• Jannier (1/5): Malo no pésimo - La ubicación El personal , ha sido mi peor experiencia en un hotel , han llegado a golpear mi puerta luego de 5 horas instalado , sobre las 11 de la noche queriéndome sacar por que supuestamente no tenía reserva , ya dormía y salté del Susto , tuve que buscar mi reserva y mostrarla nuevamente , digo nuevamente por que lógicamente la mostréis al llegar para isntalarme , luego se fueron sin más , aparte de que no es fue nada cómoda la cama y que el baño privado que me correspondía no fue privado , muy mal este hotel , no venir aquí.

Postele byly pohodlné, čisté povlečení a ručníky Zařízení a budova už jsou starší , či mají toho dost za sebou. Koupelna už toho taky má dost za sebou
• Kelly (10/5): Convenient, efficient, and clean. Thank you! - The 24-hour staff was a lovely security feature, the room clean and safe feeling. The window in my room had been left open. I am glad that I thought to look for whatever the view was so that I could close the window once for my own security. I assume the person who cleaned the room left the window open for some fresh air. First floor (which in Italian means for Americans, the second floor). A small room with safe and fridge (did not use either.) I would stay here again. I did not understand how to use the safe. I suspect most travelers do, however.

• Santos (5/5): Vale a pena - Custo beneficio muito bom, quarto confortável, o banheiro pequeno mas nada que atrapalhou a estadia, agua quente no chuveiro, localização muito boa com restaurantes e comércios próximos, bem perto da estação e da pra fazer muita coisa andando, 20 minutos de vários pontos turísticos.. Não gostei do quarto 101, fuja dele, fica ao lado da recepção e isso deixa muito desconfortável pois todo tempo ouvi pessoas entrando e saindo, conversando, recepção vendo vídeos altos, quando dormia acordava com alguém falando, atrapalha muito pois não tem tratamento acustico.

• Llum Carrera (4/5): Decepcionante. - Lo único bueno era si ubicación cerca de la estación central Termini donde estaba el metro y el bus de i/v al aeropuerto. La calle donde está el hotel muy animada con muchos restaurantes y ambiente. Pero nos sentimos decepcionadas porque no es un hotel sino más bien, un hostal tipo albergue. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Humedad en el techo. Las camas se movían ya que tenían (algunas) las patas sueltas. Aún apretando los tornillos de las patas seguían siendo inestables y por tanto incómodas. Alguna funda de las almohadas estaba sucia.... Para estar 2/3 noches pateando Roma y solo dormir, aún se puede aguantar por su ubicación. Pero desde luego no lo recomiendo ya que quedaría fatal.... Pensamos era tipo apartamento, para 5 personas, con utensilios (cafetera, cubiertos, etc). Para poder desayunar, pero era agobiante, la verdad. Puede servir para viaje tipo mochilero, sin muchas espectativas, cerca de la estación.

• Diana (10/5): - La cercania a la estación de trenes es muy cómodo considerando que fue nuestra primera parada y estábamos muy cansados. La pieza tenia linda vista, cuenta con aire acondicionado, era bastante grande y contaba con un closet enorme para guardar la ropa. Hay muchos lugares para comer cerca también. Las camas no son taaaaan cómodas.

• Joana (2/5): Very poor - The door was broken, it didn’t fully close, so all the noise from the corridor was heard in the bedroom. The light was visible from the inside of the room. The water lacked pressure. It was very time consuming taking a shower. Overall, the room was very dirty. Spider webs all over the place and bugs would casually appear in the room.
• sandrav825 (6/5): Budget friendly, good located place to lay your head and wash up; don’t expect more and you’ll be fine. - Stayed three nights. One room was clean and the other could’ve been cleaner on a daily basis. Good location close to Termini and easy walking distance to many attractions. Small fridge in room. Each floor had a microwave in the hall and a watercooker but no cups or utensils in the room. Was told they are there for the cleaning staff to use, not us. Great for folks with a budget who do not mind a toilet that wouldn’t properly flush the whole time (Rm 204), shower worked well but had doors that won’t close and a slow drain so it was an on-off-on-off as you watch that it doesn’t overflow to the floor experience (Rm 103), AC that doesn’t work (both, then discovered heaters on and can’t turn off yourself, so maybe only seasonally used?) so the window had to be opened to the noisy street below (restaurants and young people hanging around outside the hotels opposite this one.). The ceiling fans worked one speed. Definitely did not experience someone at the desk 24hrs a day (had a surveillance camera) and no internal call button, only from the street. Wanted to buy a bottle of water a few times but couldn’t. WiFi worked. TV worked. Plenty of food options nearby including a small supermarket. Can find breakfast nearby as early as 6 am. They have a baggage room which was useful. Maybe they will refresh all the rooms and fix all the issues some day; I see my experience is not far from experiences people had in past years. As titled, this is a budget friendly, conveniently located place to lay your head and wash up, just don’t expect more than that from this accommodation and you’ll be fine
• Kurt (5/5): You get what you pay for - This is in line with the rest of the small, off chain, hotels around the area. If you have ever stayed at one of these, you get what you expect to get. The location is great if you need quick access to Termini. When we checked in, the person behind the counter asked us to pay cash for the city tax. I told him that I do not carry cash on me when I travel, and he seemed put off by this. Also, that was the only time I ever saw someone behind the counter. We left the key behind the desk because, after 10 minutes, no one came to help us. I also had to grab the key from the same spot when I came back.
