• Fabienne (7/5): - Il pregio di questa struttura è la sua posizione tranquillissima e proprio a ridosso di San Marco. Bello la possibilità di farsi un tè! La camera era abbastanza ampia e la vista sul canale ti fa subito ricordare che sei a Venezia. Abbiamo prenotato un'hotel. Ma ci siamo ritrovate con dei codici mandati via WhatsApp per aprire la porta d'ingresso ... dopo le 17.00. La Signora responsabile doveva esserci a partire dalle 09:00 la mattina. Purtroppo l'abbiamo incontrata solo dopo 5 giorni alla nostra partenza ... per caso. Infatti l'asciugacapelli non funzionava e menomale che il giorno seguente un'addetto alle pulizie ci ha potuto portarne uno.

• Nataliya (7/5): Отлично расположен, чисто, есть лифт. - Отель очень чистый и ухоженный, удобно расположен. Слышимость в номерах 100%, как будто живешь с соседом в одной комнате. Душевой кабины нет, только ванная и плохо работающий душ, с переменной температурой воды. Отсутствуют завтраки, но рядом миллион кафе.

Almost everything absolutely way overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. It is old rundown, no services no staff no facilities just enormously overpriced for a very low level room.

• Maria Sol (8/5): - La ubicación está bien pero tampoco considero que fue la ideal. Estaba muy alejada del punto de llegada a vencia. Media hora caminando. El tamaño del cuarto bien. El baño limpio. En la foto parecía mucho mas linda la vista al canal, no es linda la vista que tiene... Las paredes estaban bastante manchadas. La calefacción estaba muy alta, por lo que abrimos la ventana pero entraron mosquitos... Creo que faltaría regular la temperatura de la habitación. Se nota que las paredes son finitas porque se escuchaba todo de los otros cuartos. Muy ruidoso.

• Krishna (10/5): Excellent Location and Staff - The location is perfect and the recepionist was so helpful and friendly. The room itself is minimal but that was fine for us for a 3 day trip to Venice. They provide you with the essentials, coffee, tea, kettle etc. They made our beds everyday and asked if we had any special requests i.e. fresh towels, toiletries etc. Overall a very good experience and would recommend.

• Acera (10/5): Awesome - The location was great, and the place was exactly as described. The bed was really comfortable, just perfect to have a comfortable sleep after walking all day. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything someone could need to make a quick meal if needed. The location was amazing, just a few minutes from San Marco and the ferry stops, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby while still being in a really calm place. We loved it and would come back.

• ZIH-YU (8/5): - The location is great, it’s close to major attractions such as St. Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs, all within walking distance. Although we did a self check-in due to our late arrival, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The staff also helped us resolve an issue with the hairdryer after reception hours. I had a great time resting here after a long day of walking around the beautiful city of Venice.
