• joy (4/5): - Very uncomfortable bed and very itchy blankets and you know that its not washed, toilet bowl is so dirty. broken shower door. took us 30 mins waiting in the counter to return the keys for check out because we cannot find the receptionist. Near the metro station is the only nice thing about this.

• Lorenzo (8/5): Una pronta risposta! - Grazie alla disponibilitá del B&B Re di Roma che ci ha risolto a Capodanno un problema dovuto ad una precedente prenotazione con Expedia. Siamo stati accolti sotto al nostro arrivo e ci hanno spiegato tutto lasciandoci le chiavi. Molto confortevole e calda la stanza,buoni il bagno,il set colazione,il set bagno, balcone. La zona è tranquilla e ben collegata con metro al centro e comunque piacevole da girare. Sicuramente da consigliare,per noi è stato un soggiorno molto bello.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Okay but you can find better - the - :The walls were paper thin and could hear everything around, the flat is split in two with 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, the windows are not closing well so when the couple from the other bedroom was smoking we were having smoke in the bedroom, breakfast was not a breakfast (cheap and poor quality), matress is horrible. the + : Close from metro, the ower is living next door so welcomed us late (10.30pm), "reasonable price even if I think it is way overpaid for what it was. Overall: I would not recommend it and would rather spend a bit more to have a proper accomodation
• OLDEMAR (4/5): Sem café da manhã - Ruim. Não havia recepção no local. O horário do check in era as 11h porém fomos informados pela porteira do prédio de que o quarto só ficaria pronto as 13:30h. Após reclamarmos, em contato telefônico com os proprietários, ela conseguiu que iniciassem a limpeza imediatamente. O quarto ficou pronto por volta das 12:15h, enquanto isso, esperamos em pé na portaria do prédio. O café é feito no quarto pelos hóspedes e era composto de torradas, geleia e 2 croissants para 3 dias para o casal, prazo de limpeza do quarto, com louça lavada na pia do banheiro. O proprietário, além de não resolver nada, era extremamente inconveniente e nada profissional.

• pippo (8/5): Grazioso B&B a due passi dal centro. - Esperienza positiva,il B&B si trova vicino fermata metro e ciò agevola nei movimenti.La camera è spaziosa e luminosa,l'angolo colazione è un po scomodo ma funzionale,il bagno accettabile in dimensioni e organizzazione degli spazi;avrebbero comunque potuto esserci un pò più di asciugamani.Complessivamente pulito.Unico appunto la prima colazione prevedeva merendine confezionate che non mi aspetto di trovare in un albergo.
• Engin (8/5): Perfekte Lage - Die Metro ist in der Nähe zu Fuß in paar Minuten erreichbar, ein riesen Vorteil, da man mit der Metro alles erreicht. Frühstück war okay. Im großen und ganzen war es gut.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Achtung - nicht buchen! Kein Hotel !!! - Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um ein Mehrfamilienhaus ohne Hinweis am Klingelschild. Wir wissen erst jetzt, dass dieses B&B unter gleichem Namen wie das Hotel "Re di Roma" Zimmer anbietet, sich aber nicht als solches ausweist. Der Vermieter weigert sich auch, dies eindeutig zu kennzeichnen. Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel "Re di Roma" gebucht und wollten dann drei weitere Nächte im selben Hotel buchen. In gutem Glauben, dass dies so erfolgt ist haben wir die Reise angetreten. Vor Ort stellte sich leider heraus, dass beim zweiten Buchungsvorgang aus uns unerklärlichen Gründen das o. g. B&B eingebucht wurde. Da beide Anbieter unter identischem Namen Zimmer anbieten, ist es für den unwissenden Kunden nicht sofort erkennbar, dass überhaupt zwei existieren. Lt. Hotel ist dieser Missstand schon länger bekannt, wird aber leider von keinem der Beteiligten abgestellt. Eine eindeutige Kennzeichnung wäre für alle fäirer und würde Unstimmigkeiten und Ärger vermeiden...
• Serena-Michele (8/5): - Il Re di Roma non è situato nei quartieri più centrali della città, ma dista solo 200 m da una fermata della metropolitana e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il cuore di Roma. La camera è spaziosa ed accogliente, dotata anche di un angolo cucina con tutto l'indispensabile per preparare colazioni, pranzi e cene. Il bagno con doccia è spazioso. La camera è dotata anche di balcone e di WiFi gratuito. Buona la pulizia. Il quartiere presenta negozi, bar, ristoranti ma è molto tranquillo sia di giorno che di notte.
• Anna (4/5): Pas de respect!!!Ils te reveillent a 7h du matin! - Quand on est arrivé il n'y avait pas de nom d'hôtel sur la sonnette. On était obliges de chercher et de demander des personne pour entrer dans le bâtiment et pour que quelqu'un du bâtiment nous informe sur cet hôtel. Quand finalement on est monté les responsables nous ont accueilli. Ils nous ont demandé de payer les taxes de séjours pour 4 jours (28euros) mais nous y sont resté que 3 jours. De plus, ils ne nous ont pas donné de la facture et ils ont compté 3,50euros par personne (sur internet il y a 3euros/personne). Pendant les 3 jours je ne les ai pas vu. La chambre était propre mais ils se sont pas intéressés pendant notre séjour de changer des serviettes ou faire sortir des poubelles. Le pire de tout est que les chambres sont très mas isolés. De 7h à 9h du matin les femmes de ménage de la chambre à coté parlaient sans cesse et fort....INSUPPORTABLE!!!!!Pas de respect!!!On est venu pour faire de vacances pas pour se reveiller à 7h du matin! When we arrived there was no hotel's name on the doorbell. They asked us to pay taxes for stays of 4 days (28euros) but we have stayed there 3 days. Moreover, they did not give us the bill and we were charged per person 3,50euros (in the internet I found 3euros person). Worst of all is that the rooms are very bad isolated. From 7 am to 9 am the next chamber maids spoke incessantly and loud .... !!!!! UNBEARABLE!No respect !!! We came for vacation not to wake up at 7 morning!
• Marcio (10/5): Excelente hospedagem em Roma - À localização do B&B é perfeita: próximo à estação do metrô e conta com restaurantes, pizzarias e mercado na vizinhança. A impressão é que vc está hospedado no apartamento (que conta com um quarto e com um banheiro espaçosos) de um amigo. Fomos bem atendidos, o proprietário nos acionou por e-mail (graças ao telefone celular) antes e durante nosso trajeto para o check in, o que foi excelente. Ainda conseguimos contratar através do B&b o transfer para o aeroporto, pois partiríamos de madrugada.
• Thiago (4/5): It's not a hotel! - This is not a hotel. Room location is in a residential building. The breakfast there is only one juices, cakes and bread that are left inside the room. It is well located, near the metro. The room is clean and the bathroom is very good. the cost is worth it.

Just round the circle is non pizza...excellent food. Please do NOT fold or crease up the Roma pass since that creates a problem to swipe on the metro.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Cute apartment in a noon tourist location - This is less of a hotel more of an apartment away from the tourist and pan handlers. Great location a block away from the metro. The only issue was the shower. it would go from scalding hot to ice cold without warning.
• michele (8/5): nella norma - Siamo star per tre notti in questo b&b a Roma.la posizione comoda e ben servita dai mezzi, la stanza arredata in maniera approssimativa e il bagno molti vecchio !!! La signora che gestisce la struttura però molto cortese e disponibile !! Tutto sommato si sta bene !!
• Aila Anneli (8/5): Hinta-laatusuhde ok - Huone oli tilava ja erityisesti kylpyhuone saa plussaa. Oli tosi siisti ja käytännöllinen. Tilava jääkaappi ja huoneen koko miellytti. Sänky oli perustasoa ja vähän kova patja. Parveke oli kiva lisä kokonaisuudessa.

• Ulla (8/5): Bra hotell i lugnt område nära tunnelbanan - Trots att vi anlände sent pga inställt flyg fanns rummet kvar åt oss. Bra utrustning om man ville laga mat själv. Fräscht duschutrymme. En något för hård madrass för min smak och kuddarna kunde varit högre ( naturligtvis en smaksak) Vi var väldigt nöjda med vårt boende och vistelse i Rom
• Daniel (6/5): Value half of its price as it delivers. - No full breakfast as announced: just has a basket eith some non fresh bread and jely, milk on the fridge and thats it! No one to tomunicate daily, only one person via email - we tried to understand whats check-out procedure for example. Poor water heating system - could not stay more than 5 min on the shower (we were in two people).
• Elisabetta (8/5): comodo bed and breakfast a due passi dalla metro - Ho trascorso tre giorni a Roma con mio marito pernottando al bed and breakfast Re di Roma. e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera con bagno, con accesso completamente indipendente, si trova in un condominio a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. E' una sistemazione semplice ma confortevole e funzionale, dotata di frigorifero fornito con acqua minerale, succhi di frutta, latte, burro. Ci sono inoltre una caffettiera e un bollitore elettrici, caffè, tè, brioches e fette biscottate confezionate. C'è anche la tv. Ci ritornerei volentieri.
• Hans Feise (6/5): No es un Hotel es un Bed & Breackfast - Tuve una ingrata sorpresa, al llegar yo habia reservado un hotel y me encontre con una habitación de Bed & Breackfast , en la oferta incluía desayuno gratis, lo que habia era una panera con galletas y mermelada una pequeña cafetera eléctrica para uno hacerse el cafe, ni siquiera habían platos ni una mesa para sentarse a tomar desayuno (no es un desayuno) , la habitación no la limpian ni hacen la cama ni cambian las toallas, no pueden cobrar como hotel si no dan el servicio, llame a Hoteles.com y hable con un Sr. Hamed que me indico que haría el reclamo hasta ahora no he recibido ninguna noticia. Tampoco veo que hayan incluido las 3 noches en mi Reward. Que pasa con Hoteles.com yo vengo utilizando este servicio desde hace mas de 7 años y nunca tuve problemas como este. • S et FM (10/5): UNE PERLE ROMAINE - Une remarquable découverte que ce B&B très bien placé, à proximité immédiate du métro (à 4 stations de Termini) et de commerces. L’accueil de Marco le propriétaire est très chaleureux : il nous fait visiter ce studio où tout est pensé pour le confort dans le moindre détail (même des parapluies ou des chaussons neufs à disposition !). Vous trouverez aussi en arrivant un frigo garni d’eaux, pétillante et non gazeuse, de jus de fruits, de lait, de beurre etc. La déco est très agréable avec de jolis meubles. La literie est excellente. Le tout est spacieux avec canapé, table, chaises, coin cuisine intégré, balcon. L’équipement est complété par un écran plat, un wifi de qualité, une climatisation, sèche-cheveux etc. La propreté est irréprochable et pour un coût, vous comprendrez que cette adresse est une perle pour Rome (Les tarifs sont cependant variables, en fonction du site et de la période de réservation). Si la mention B&B n’apparaît pas à l’entrée, sonnez au numéro 15. Un petit plus, à deux pas du B&B: le SAPORI PAROLE, qui est une boulangerie-restaurant proposant une formule apéro avec buffet de tapas italiennes à volonté.
• Verified traveler (8/5): B&B près d' un métro à rome - Très propre. Il y a une cuisinette. Déjeuner inclus, mais très modeste. Un peu à l extérieur du centre historique, mais très près d' un métro et a 15 minutes à pied du Colisée.
• Joe (8/5): Nice room, good location. - My girlfriend and I stayed at the Re di Roma appartments for 3 nights in June 2014. The room was as advertised: clean, spacious and in a good location within a minutes walk of Re di Roma Metro station which takes you directly into the city centre in under 10 minutes. The landlord was friendly and everything seemed very well organised for our stay. I would certainly recommend to friends visiting the city.
• Daniel (10/5): Dejlig rent - Opholdet på Re di Roma BB var rigtig fint! man skal dog være opmærksom på at det ikke er et hotel men end bed and breakfast, og man derfor skal finde en almindelig opgang. Det forvirrede os noget. Men opholdet var fint værten høflig. viste os til rette, og så så vi ellers ikke mere til ham. Men hvis vi fik brug for ham var han nem at kontakte. Morgen maden var dog ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Det var en kurv med med forskelligt langtids holdbart halløj, men der var fri the og kaffe juice og vand.. så det var egentlig fint! - Det lå perfekt tæt ved Metroen, på 5 min var man ved termini!

Stor lejlighed! eller studio med altan/loggia, rolig ejendom m. elevator og RENT RENT overalt. Fuldt monteret skabs-køkken. Flink Vært, engelsktalende. 200 meter til Metro - 8 min. til hoved -banegården. Trygt kvarter at komme hjem sent om aftenen, gode spiseste-der i gåafstand, supermarked vis a vis. Hvor vi nød at bo lidt væk fra turist-myldret. Ps. Super senge,Reng. efter 3 dage. Hurra for et ophold.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Schönes Zimmer, aber falsche Angaben - Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings fand bei uns keine einzige Zimmerreinigung statt und das Frühstück ist kein kontinentales Frühstück sondern beinhaltet lediglich ein paar Kekse mit Tee oder Kaffee.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location - Great room in a large apartment block...two minutes from the metro in a good neighbourhood with great restaurants nearby(none tourist traps)...lovely room with a fridge and clean modern bathroom...my only criticism would be the breakfast, cakes, jams and packet toasts...this is only a small critisim and the coffee maker and fresh coffee were great...thanks would stay again !

Room/ apt. was comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it for anyone staying longer than 1 night. The downside? Not easy to find! In fact, we were dropped at the wrong hotel! This is actually locaed in an apartment building and IS NOT marked as a B&B. Comfortable and cozy!

• Verified traveler (10/5): A recommander - Notre séjour de 5 jours à Rome a été très agréable, et en partie grâce à cette chambre d'hôtel bien placée et où l'on se sent chez soi. Le concept de la chambre d'hôtel dans un immeuble résidentiel peut sembler étonnant mais personnellement nous avons trouvé cela plaisant car la liberté est totale. La contrepartie négative est que malgré la gentillesse et les efforts de disponibilité du couple propriétaire des deux chambres, le service d'accueil n'est pas celui d'un hôtel classique. Concernant la chambre en elle-même, nous l'avons trouvé quasi parfaite avec un bémol pour l'isolation et un gros plus pour la climatisation et le placard kitchenette. En conclusion, l'hôtel Re dI Roma est une très bonne option pour les personnes au budget limité qui veulent être à proximité du cœur de Rome.

• Richard (10/5): Great stay - It is a B&B, not hotel. Location is in a comfortable upper middle class area, very safe, peaceful. Close to metro. Room & bathroom is clean and hygiene. No decoration expected. A pizza shop and big supermarket nearby. Very convenient.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ικανοποιητικό - Ιικανοποιητικό, ευρύχωρο, καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα σε στάση μετρό. Το πρωινό που ήταν ένα καλάθι με γλυκά και καφές που έπρεπε να φτιάξεις ο ίδιος, ήταν απογοητευτικό αλλά το ξέραμε ήδη. Στα μείον είναι ότι στις 3 αυτές μέρες δεν μας άλλαξαν σεντόνια/πετσέτες, ούτε μας πήρανε τα σκουπίδια από το δωμάτιο, συν ότι έπρεπε να περιμένεις πάρα πολλή ώρα για να ζεσταθεί το νερό και να κάνεις ένα μπάνιο. Το μεγαλύτερο μείον: το τελευταίο βράδυ δεν είχαμε ούτε χαρτί τουαλέτας, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι αγοράσαμε το δικό μας. Υπηρεσία ρεσεψιόν ανύπαρκτη. Έπρεπε να χτυπήσεις το κουδούνι του ιδιοκτήτη. Ικανοποιητική διαμονή, αλλά σίγουρα μπορεί κάποιος να βρει κάτι καλύτερο με αυτή την τιμή.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great Place to Stay - Nice little B&B. Very friendly staff. It is a bit from the center of Rome, but not not too bad (and the street is a bit quietter- a nice bonus). Some good places to eat and shop in the area and not far from an underground (subway) station.
• Bélinda (10/5): Très bon séjour - Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Très facile à trouver depuis la station de métro qui se situe à côté. Un petit supermarché et pleins d'endroits pour manger une pizza, des pâtes, des glaces...sont à proximité. Beaucoup de boutiques aussi à proximité. Le propriétaire et sa femme sont des personnes très gentilles et disponibles. La chambre et la salle de bains sont propres, rien à redire. Le frigo est remplit de bouteilles d'eau, jus de fruits, boissons alcolisées..Des petits gâteaux, biscottes et confitures sont réapprovisionnés dès que le panier se vide. De multiples serviettes de bains ainsi que des couvertures sont à disposition. Le balcon est très agréable également. Je n'ai que du positif à dire sur cette chambre d'hôtel ainsi que sur les propriétaires. Très bon rapport qualité/prix!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great simple stay in rome - I travelled with my girlfriend to Rome. It was my first time in the city and her third. I booked the trip as a birthday present to her. The price was somewhat lower than a lot of the hotels I looked at, nevertheless this place was just what I was looking for. It is not a hotel, but a plain apartment with all the nessesary things needed, when being on a holiday. The place was nice and clean, we had a small sealed of balcony and a fine toilet and bath. The only minus was our bed, it was a little hard and made a lot of noise :) The family owning the place lives in one of the nabouring apartments and they were very friendly and helpfull (although they didn't speak english). We had a late flight out of Rome, and we had our luggage stored in their apartment untill we had to leave. This was a very nice service. The apartment is close to one of the central metro lines and the area has a lot of fine restaurants. If you need a nice genuine place, with all the necessities of a normal apartment (- kitchen), and a central and well connected place this is the place for you. You lack some of the comfort of a normal hotel, but if you (like me) like to do most stuff yourself and dont nessesarily need someone to cater for you all the time this is a perfect place.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean, tidy and homey - This is a really nice B&B in an apartment. The room was lovely with a small kitchen, nice bathroom and balcony also. The man that runs it was very nice and helpful and has an apartment next door. It is reasonably central and has cafes and a supermarket just up the street. This place felt like home more than any other place we stayed in Europe and in an apartment block we felt very safe also.
