Labai nuostabi terasa ant stogo, su kėdėmis, stalu... iš kurios atsiveria puikūs vaizdai į visą senamiestį 😍 Mašinos parkavimas patogus, netoli esančioje aikštelėje. Pusryčiai kuklūs, jogurtai, batonas, sviestukas su džemukais, bei bandelės įvairių rūšių...kava iš aparato puiki😊

• Centurelli (7/5): Posizione ottima, peccato per doccia. - La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro Firenze, a pochi minuti dalla Cattedrale. A livello di spostamenti sia di giorno sia di sera ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione non è rumorosa e si dorme bene. Farsi la doccia è stato problematico: l’acqua calda non arriva, arriva tiepida e nel momento in cui si gira il pomello verso il caldo la quantità d’acqua diminuisce fino a quasi sparire. Mi sono lamentata e la spiegazione è stata: “è perché siamo al terzo piano”. Io vivo al sesto piano di un condominio e questi problemi non li ho. In più, l’appoggio del soffione è stato sostituito in precedenza con uno di plastica che non reggeva il soffione e ci è caduto addosso durante la doccia. I muri erano pieni di zanzare morte spiaccicate. Non ci sono zanzariere e le zanzare entrano facilmente (era inizio maggio).

• Sam (6/5): Fantastic location, lovely historic charm but some updates needed - The location, it was perfect! The rooftop terrace was a nice edition and we appreciated the coffee machine. The mattress was also super comfortable. The host Gabriella was very welcoming and gave great suggestions of places to visit. We stayed here knowing it was an older historical property, which we appreciated, but it could really benefit from some modernising to make it more comfortable for guests. The en suite in particular needed attention — the toilet seat was broken and when I asked the host about it, I was told I needed to tighten the screws. The shower curtain was also quite unpleasant and felt very outdated in a dark ensuite. Modernising the en suites would make a big difference along with replacing the dark old curtains and bedding. The 77 steps up to the B&B were definitely challenging at times, but we were aware of this before booking so it didn’t bother us too much. Breakfast was basic but fine, packaged pancakes and croissants, along with toast, cereal and yogurt. Overall, the property has a lot of charm and potential because of its historic character, and with a few thoughtful updates and improvements it could truly be a little jewel.
• Kait (1/5): Nightmare... - Fantastic location, everything right outside the door. Rooms are spacious *UPDATE...After leaving Florence and catching the train for the next part of my trip, the red bumps I got on my arms and hands while staying at B&B Il Bargello started to swell more and become extremely itchy. This ended up ruining the rest of my vacation, I was so uncomfortable. I went to 2 separate pharmacies to be told they were bites (and not just mosquitoes)...I've attached photos. I did bring this to the attention of the Gabriella and another lady that worked at the front desk while I was staying there and all I got was "Sorry for the inconvenience". This was far more than an inconvenience. I asked if there has ever been an issue with bed bugs and they just said "no". They never looked into it any further, never showed any concern. -The WiFi never worked in my room for my entire stay, I had to use it near the front entrance. Ceiling leaks in the shared space. -My window was opened by the cleaners with no screen and it let a ton of mosquitoes in, so I didn't sleep for the first 2 nights, was just getting bit all night and had to deal with constant buzzing in my ear. On my second morning I woke up with red bumps all over both my arms/hands. I've never had something like this before and I'm very concerned about what it might be...they're definitely different then the mosquito bites... -The breakfast area is right by the rooms, and even though breakfast was supposed to be a set time, there were people who would be there at 6am making noise. -The taxi situation...I wish they would've told me that there is a major taxi shortage, especially at certain times of day and that I should book one 24 hours in advance before my departure. I've been to Florence many times and I've never had this problem. I ended up having to walk to the train station with a heavy bag on one arm and dragging my luggage on the cobblestone sidewalks for 20 minutes wasn't enjoyable

Check in was easy, Gabriella was very thorough with her instructions for self check in, and when we finally met her the next morning, she is a very warm and wonderful host. Her assistant, Mylene is equally courteous. Both ladies were very helpful with their tips on how to go about the city, and even with leaving our luggage with them after checkout. The rooms are cleaned every day. Amazing breakfast choice and the location of the property is centralised to all the major landmarks.

La terrasse permet une pause avec une joli vue. La nuisance sonore des personnes sortants des bars la nuit.

They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. A clear 10/10 experience.

The breakfast was very good, and the cooking facilities and lounge area were really comfortable. It was exaclty what we needed. There were many stairs to get to the room so it would be difficult for some people.

A pesar de no ser impedimento para nosotros, está instalación no cuenta con ascensor para subir al 3er piso, pero todo debidamente informado por los anfitriones.. el lugar es perfectamente cercano a todos los lugares históricos de Florencia. Perfecto para un round trip por europa.
• Giovanni (8/5): Please top-up plumbing maintenance. - Location was superb and also the breakfast and we also liked the loft area. What we didn't like is the side table was hanging loose, the toilet roll holder was hanging loose, the toilet basin plug was terrible and the release was rigid and the water outflow took forever which made our stay in the room uncomfortable. The hot water took between 10-15minutes to heat up and the hot water pressure was at a trickle. If I'm paying 646.00 euros for 5 night stay, I expect everything to work. I'm sorry ........ this is not an attack and compliant, it is a real issue we had and I expect top amenities for the price I paid of 646.00 euros for 5nights. We also own a small B&B and I take care of all the maintenance issues, please do not take offence!

• Melissa (8/5): Great location with breakfast available at any time - The hotel is easy to find, looks incredibly cozy, and is very nicely decorated. It feels just like staying over at a friend’s house. It’s right near the cathedral, and you can walk everywhere from there. Breakfast is available at any time of the morning or day. The beds are comfortable. You have to climb some steps to get to the hotel; there is no elevator. The bathroom isn't anything to write home about, but it's okay.

Como estar en casa . REPETIREMOS No hay nada que no nos gustara, si hay que poner una pega, los 70 escalones para subir con las maletas, pero es logico el edificio es lo que hay , y es un pequeño handicap que desparece si se tiene en cuenta la ubicacion, y lo agradable que es

• Clive (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Great breakfast with food left out all day for snacks. Nice to sit on the roof terrace with a book and a drink. The 77 stairs were a pain with cases but were made aware of that before booking. Florence can be very noisy at night but that would probably be true for all accommodation.

• Smurfsalot (9/5): Voltaria a reservar, na eventualidade de voltar a Florença. - O alojamento está muito bem localizado, com várias opções para almoço/jantar a menos de 150 metros, algumas das quais com comida muito boa a preços justos. O conceito do alojamento é o de um apartamento privado com vários quartos (além de uma suite superior, no mesmo piso mas do lado oposto do patamar de escadas). O ambiente é acolhedor. Vários hóspedes referiram já que são muitos os degraus para chegar ao topo do edifício. De facto, em mais de trinta anos de viagens, creio que este foi o alojamento em que tive de subir mais degraus para fazer o check-in. Porém, para quem não tenha problemas de mobilidade, é um incómodo não muito relevante. Aliás, ao fim de alguns dias, acabámos por nos habituar. Além disso, no patamar intermédio há um banco para poder descansar. A comunicação pré-check-in foi eficiente e cuidada. O custo do quarto é económico, para a média praticada no centro de Florença. A rua é estreita, com edifícios altos, fazendo com que os ruídos de pessoas a falar ecoe no quarto, mesmo estando muitos metros mais acima. Basta que passem alguns pequenos grupos mais barulhentos, de madrugada pela rua, para conseguirem acordar os hóspedes. Isso sucedeu mais do que uma vez durante a nossa estadia, o que prejudicou o descanso. De facto, as janelas não têm vidro duplo e nem sequer são bem calafetadas, o que leva a outro problema, mesmo estando sempre fechadas: os mosquitos. Quem tiver alergia à picada dos mosquitos não deve escolher este alojamento, até porque o pé-direito do quarto é alto e o tecto feito de lajetas de tijolo maciço, o que torna virtualmente impossível perceber se há mosquitos no quarto e, caso haja, conseguir matá-los. Portanto, numa obra de beneficiação do alojamento, a questão das janelas e da seu calafetagem deve ser considerada. Outro ponto que precisa de ser melhorado é o colchão da cama de casal, que está já muito usado e encontra-se deformado, o que, ao fim de 4 noites, torna-se muito incómodo. Na última noite, acordei de madrugada com dores de costas.

• Maria Julieta (4/5): NOS MINTIERON EN LA CARA... - Ubicación. Desayuno abundante pero todo industrial. La cocina No funciona. No hay gas directamente. Compré unos huevos para el desayuno y no pude hacerlo. Llegamos de noche, en el horario pautado, el timbre falló. Esperamos mas de 20 minutos con niños y ancianos a que nos abran. Puede pasar, lo entendimos. Llegamos y no había agua caliente. Nos ofrecieron bañarnos en habitaciones que tenían libres. Agradecimos mucho el gesto. Luego nos dimos cuenta que tampoco andaba la calefacción. Pasamos frío. Al otro dia, nos dijeron que no sabían si se iba a poder solucionar. Pero al estar con niños, abuelos, y maletas en un depto con 77 escalones y sin tener donde ir, decidimos quedarnos. Al segundo dia se arregló el agua pero no tuvimos wifi en todo el día. Tuve q ir a un bar a trabajar. Nos indicaron que si lo arreglaban nos compensarían con el 50% del valor de la noche y de lo contrario con el 100%. Nos sorprendió, ya que no lo habíamos solicitado. Y dijeron que harian el reintegro una vez que nos vayamos. Ilusa que lo crei. PERO RESULTÓ SER MENTIRA. NUNCA NOS DEVOLVIERON NADA, ESO FUE LO PEOR. LA FALTA DE PALABRA...

• PATRIZIA (10/5): il viaggio diventa un sogno se scegli il b & b giusto, e questo lo è stato. - la signora Gabriella ha messo a disposizione in cucina per la colazione tantissime cose, dai pancake al latte d'avena, prodotti per celiaci, succhi di frutta, caffè, acqua, a disposizione veramente tutto il giorno. io non ho mai visto nulla del genere. pulizia in stanza tutti i giorni e asciugamani puliti giornalmente. terrazzo con vista mozzafiato. l'unico inconveniente, ma si potrebbe, perché se si distanzia la porta di altri 50 cm si ricaverebbe un bidet, mi dispiace solo per questo ma sapevo che mancava. poi i 77 gradini sono bassi e si possono fare tranquillamente.

• Laura (8/5): Ottimo! - L’accoglienza è stata molto cordiale. La posizione è ottima, a poi chi passi dal Duomo e dalle altre attrazioni ma in una zona tranquilla. La camera, come la struttura, è calda e accogliente, a disposizione anche un salottino e un terrazzo. La colazione gustata al tavolo della cucina condivisa è stata speciale, un vero gesto di cura verso i clienti. Ci è stato permesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli in struttura al check out per poterli riprendere a fine giornata. Il bagno è molto piccolo ma vivibile per una persona. La pressione dell’acqua è sicuramente migliorabile. Riporto queste informazioni nello spazio dedicato ma sottolineo che non sono cose che hanno influito pesantemente sul nostro soggiorno, consigliamo vivamente la struttura e ci torneremo sicuramente!

• Miguel (9/5): Alojamiento ideal para visitar Florencia - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente; a 10-15 minutos a pie de cualquier punto del casco histórico. Espacio amplio, ideal para familias (apartamento executive). La atención y limpieza fenomenal también. Básicos de comida y bebida (leche, zumo, café, pan de molde, galletas, dulces...) siempre disponibles, no sólo en el desayuno. La única pega es el ruido nocturno (es lógico si tienes en cuenta la ubicación, pero es verdad que las ventanas aíslan muy poco el ruido exterior).

Cute breakfast area - teas, juices, coffees. So good The shower pressure wasn’t too great, it took about 7 minutes to get hot. Just note if you have luggage there are a lot of stairs. Lucky I had my partner to carry up our ski bag
• Susan (10/5): - This bnb was so comfortable and homley.We appreciated the central location .We were easily able to visit the Bargello museum which was just around the corner. The breakfast was help yourself , simple and generous. We liked the cosy lounge are too. We found the shower pressure a little iffy -but despite this we would stay again as it really does feel like a special place to stay.
• Laura (7/5): Relacion calidad precio bien - Ubicacion super centrica y aun asi no se escuchaba ruido de la calle.La persona que nos atendio fue muy atenta.La habitacion y el baño muy amplios y con terracita ,nos gusto mucho la habitacion.Poder hacerte un cafe o una infusion cuando te apetezca. El desayuno demasiada bolleria industrial (aunque en cantidad eso si) . El agua de la ducha los dos primeros dias salio templada tirando a fria tal vez la caldera ...y tambien note frio en el baño por la mañana.
• Teresa (8/5): PERFECTO PARA UN FINDE EN FAMILIA - El apartamento del B&B IL Bargello es grande, luminoso y cómodo para una familia de 4. El desayuno privado servido en la cocina se agradece mucho!! La ubicación es inmejorable. Y te pones en forma subiendo las escaleras :-) Como siempre, la limpieza es mejorable, aún siendo correcta y según lo esperado. La estancia es antigua pero tiene su encanto.

Anche la reception merita un 10

• Guest (10/5): - La struttura ha una posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro. La camera era comoda e pulita, la struttura in sé molto accogliente e lo staff super disponibile. Inclusa anche la colazione molto abbondante.

• Daniel (9/5): Buena ubicación, limpio y un trato del personal excelente. - La ubicación para visitar el centro de la ciudad es muy buena, la limpieza de todo el alojamiento es correcta. Aunque es un edificio antiguo tiene su encanto y tiene muy buena calefacción. El personal es muy amable y solucionan cualquier duda al momento. Los 77 escalones para acceder por poner algo, pero estábamos avisados previamente, pero si van personas mayores les cuesta un poco subir. También la insonorización de las ventanas, por la noche se escuchaba algo del ruido de la calle.
