• Marialuisa (8/5): - Camera molto ampia ed essenziale, ma curata. La location è vicinissima alla stazione e rende gli spostamenti molto agevoli anche per la vicinanza alla metropolitana. Da segnalare la disponibilità estrema dell'host che ci ha lasciato la camera fino al pomeriggio permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli in sicurezza. Il materasso, molto comodo per qualità, è ormai un po' imbarcato, probabilmente per l'uso. In camera manca un frigo bar. Purtroppo il bagno cieco che affaccia sul corridoio dell'appartamento emana un odore sgradevole quando si entra in casa.

• Jayati (9/5): Great stay - Fantastic location, room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The property owner/manager was available over WhatsApp and made sure we were comfortable. He even accommodated our late checkout request. Thanks Daniele! The directions to the property could have been clearer. We went around the entire station block spending 15 mins, where actually its just 3 mins away.

• Yauheniya (9/5): Все прошло спокойно. - Отличное расположение. Хозяин все время был на связи. От момента прибытия в Рим до отьезда. Вопросов у нас не возникало, но ребята все время интересовались как мы, все ли хорошо. Уточнили нужно ли нам оставить багаж. Иногда было шумно на улице утром, но это центр города и нельзя быть в ответе, за то, что происходит на улице.

Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et toujours disponible. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. Le check-in en autonomie est très pratique. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour au Trani B&T Rooms.

Many Italian & other ethnic eateries and grocery stores close by. Fully furnished & Clean facility. Shared kitchenette was an inconvenience. Slight stink in bathroom. WiFi was fluctuating at times.

• Robert_59 (8/5): Convenient & comfortable - A room in a 3rd floor apartment (there is an elevator) close to Termini station. Walking distance to various attractions in Rome, & plenty of eateries in the area. It's a shared bathroom, but it didn't prove to be an issue at all. Not cheap at EUR 110 a night, but that's Rome.

• Linor (8/5): A comfortable base in Rome with easily reachable staff - While I never met the staff, they were super helpful via whatssap, checking in with me before I arrived and before I left, willing to answer any questions I had, and very clear in their instructions. There's a little kitchenette area which is nice -- I was able to put some pizza I brought back in the fridge --- with a kettle and some tea. A packet of instant coffee in addition to the tea would have been nice... There is very/little no soundproofing between the rooms of the place. So anyone who came or went I heard clearly, and, unfortunately, there was a couple with a baby in the room next to me, and the baby's crying definitely kept me up. Not the property manager's fault obviously, but maybe an important note for families with small children that it's not the ideal place to stay...
• Lore (10/5): Fantastic location, helpful host, clean and well equipped room - Great location, really appreciated Daniele’s communication and that there were basic amenities such as kettle and crockery. The light bleeds through the clear panels on the bedroom door, so if you’re sharing with other guests who leave early it can wake you up, but other was the only small thing.
• Sonalee (8/5): Very good - Location is great and convenient to travel around the city in Metro or Bus, just within 5 minutes distance to the Roma Termini. Daniele is a great host. My flight was delayed and by the time I reached the facility it was late night. As a female solo traveller was bit worried about the late night walking on the street. But Daniele patiently and constantly was in touch until I could check into the apartment safely. It's a nice cosy apartment and I believe worth for the money considering the great location.
• Tomoya (8/5): Very good overall. - Getting into the room has several steps and a little bit difficult but the manager texted and taught me carefully beforehand. A little expensive cuz there are no breakfast.
• Marlene (10/5): Exceptional - Danielle had been very helpful from the beginning of our journey as well as throughout the vacation. He gave us the keys to the house & the apartment (the room is inside a shared apartment - the other two bedrooms are rented as well - and the apartment is in a very secure building). There are four doors in total preventing strangers from entering which made us feel extremely safe. The room itself was clean and had air conditioning, which was very much needed due to the fact that we went to Rome during the summer. Bathroom was small but functional and clean. Location is amazing! Great and relatively cheap restaurants nearby as well as the train and metro station. There is also a drinking fountain a few meters away from the building. The pillows were a bit hard to sleep on but other than that, it was great

• Adrian (4/5): Good location and clean room but impossible to sleep well during the night - Good location, clean room, very nice and responsive host. We could not sleep well at night. Someone always left at 5 o'clock at night, came back at 6 and left again at 7. The front door makes a hellish noise that wakes you up. The interior doors are not soundproofed and have transparent windows. You can always hear noise from the other rooms. The shower has moldy parts and the soap holder is full of rust. The toilet is next to the wall, it is very uncomfortable. The heater in the room roars very loudly.
• Károly (10/5): Exceptional - Nice clean and comfi room. Bright in day, quiet in night. Near the railway station, and good place from explore the city. For the price, this is pretty good. We was happy with it. Got what we expected. All good.
• Susie (10/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient location - The location is great, convenience also great. The restaurants are plentiful close by. Termini is a few hundred metres walk. Buses to airport are close ( much cheaper than train). The host was very friendly, met us at allocated time and showed us where everything was. He gave us a city map and pointed us in the right direction of where we wanted to go I'd booked for 2, but I didn't stipulate that I wanted separate beds. The single bed wasn't made, so I had to share with my friend. It was just a communication error, not a fault.

• Leonie (9/5): A wonderful central safe accom to stay right near Termini and all public transport. - Loved that it was so close to public transport and eateries, and supermarket at Termini. The room was clean and comfortable and Antonio was there as arranged for key collection and to show us the place. It was extremely secure apartment in a building and also had a little kitchenette with microwave to share with other Trani guest room. It was the perfect accom for a 2 night stay, and a bonus that we could leave our luggage and do last minute sightseeing until 12 on the day of our departure. Thank you

This is NOT a breakfast and should not be labeled as so. That said, it was a great place: great location, clean, helpful staff, up to date.

Airconditioner was not working properly so I and my mom suffered hot and sweaty night and the electricity was gone during my shower as well. Refrigerator was not working too. But the location and the prices were ok.

Mencionan que tienen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones pero no funciona, yo lo reporte y aún así no lo arreglaron. El refrigerador tampoco servia. Pueden encontrar uno mejor.
• prips (2/5): Terrible place to stay! - Not recommended. The beds are squeaky. Room is hot and Air conditioning doesn't work. Its next to a busy street and you can hear loud noises all through the night. Don't fall for free breakfast. Its just some bread and milk and coffee thats kept in your room. Shared bathroom which is so disgusting. Bathroom floors are always wet and more that 3 rooms (10+) people share the same bathroom. Horrible place to stay!
• Verified traveler (4/5): Meglio altro - Camera buona e a grandi linee pulita. La camera era ubicata in altra zona a circa 800m da dove fatto check-in. Alla reception non parlava bene italiano! (straniera a Roma!) La camera in generale era pulita, ma sul soffitto c'erano evidenti macchie misto umidità/sporcizia. Non c'era la tv come descritto. La colazione era composta da 1 brioche e 1 marmellata confezionate e cialda caffè. Tutto sommato... da evitare!

She was very kind and tried to be very helpful to every guests who stayed in this hotel. My room was big with two beds. It was really clean with good room cleaning service. I had to share bathrooms but it works well with me. Bathrooms are very clean with good condition. I'll go back here again on my next journey of Rome.

• Fulgencio (8/5): Muy antentos - Tras un error en la reserva (por parte de hoteles.com), los responsables del hotel nos consiguieron acomodar en una habitación libre y fueron muy atentos para solucionar el problema, incluso nos recompensaron con una habitación mejor que la reservada (cuando ellos no tenían la culpa). Respecto al hotel: muy bien situado y la zona, aunque no es la mejor de Roma, está bastante decente. El hotel son varios apartamento en el mismo barrio y en general esta bastante bien cuidado y limpio. En resumen, buena relación calidad/precio.

• mid 30s (8/5): Great for the money! - Claudia was sweet and organized :) Room was in building closer to Termini was perfect for morning exit to airport shuttle. A/C, 24hour key, clean, shared bathroom with only 1 other room, included small breakfast. No elevator. Recommend for solo traveller or couple on a budget. Would stay again for sure!
• Julio (8/5): A hostel close to Termini - I had never stayed a hostel. I am 44 yrs old and the crowd in this place was half my age. Even though I had a private room, I had a bit of a hard time trying to sleep because of the noise my neighbors were doing. Apart from this, the hostel was very clean and 2 blocks away from Termini Station from where you can take trains and metro. Area is not too nice, lots of beggars sleeping on the streets but they didn't cause any problem and I felt safe at all times.
• Bruna (4/5): Não recomendo - Apesar da localização ser boa (perto da estação termini de Roma e perto de restaurantes) o hotel, pra começar não tem placa, tivemos que perguntar uma pessoa onde ficava, e depois a moça que nos recepcionou, dona do apartamento, falou que nao podíamos levar a mala, pois nosso quarto ficava em outro prédio e era muito alto e não tinha elevador. Ai, ela nos deu sacolas pra tirarmos nossa roupa da mala e colocar nas sacolas para irmos a pé para o hotel. Chegando lá, era um apartamento de dois quartos com banheiro compartilhado, onde um quarto estava um casal e nós ficamos em outro. O colchão é péssimo e as condições estruturais do prédios estão bem ruins.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hostel with friendly staff, but very noisy. - This hostel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Only downside was that we barely slept due to the extreme noise from passers-by walking the streets all evening.
• coppia giovane (4/5): Quando la pulizia non basta - Abbiamo richiesto per 4 notti una matrimoniale con bagno privato. Al nostro arrivo la ragazza del b&b é apparsa molto cortese ma, ci hanno accompagnato in una struttura differente rispetto a quella delle foto!l La camera era ad uso doppia e non matrimoniale ( due letti singoli distaccati), bagno cieco, unica finestra della stanza dava sul cortile interno, poco luminosa. Il bagno cieco era un tetris tra é bidè e lavandino ... Per qyanto tu guarda la colazione inclusa nella tariffa ... 2 fette biscottate x persona, una marmellata, una cialda del caffè ( 2 giorni su 4 fuori servizio ) ,1/2 di latte e una brioche confezionata alla marmellata. Infine l'ultima mattina alle ore 9.15 hanno cominciato a bussare per chiedere di lasciare la stanza quando il check out previsto era alle 10.00 e la ragazza il primo giorni ci aveva dato la possibilità di tenere la stanza fino alle 10.30. Unica nota positiva, da dire per la correttezza, camera molto pulita.. Tutti i giorni pulizie e rifacimento del letto!

Prenotano camere inesistenti, sono arrivato li e mi è stato detto che la mia camera era stata cancellata. Non si sono preoccupati di mandarmi neanche una mail per avvertirmi e così alle 22 di sera mi sono ritrovato senza un posto in cui dormire e mi sono dovuto accontentare di pernottare sempre nella stessa struttura, ma in una camera insieme ad altri due sconosciuti quando io avevo chiesto una singola. DEVE CHIUDERE... NON SOGGIORNATE LI

La salle de bain était également à partager car elle ne se trouvait pas dans la chambre. Il n'y avait pas de télévision. Le débit de la carte a été fait le jour de la réservation au lieu du jour de départ.

The hostel does not have a lift but it's located on the first floor so it's not too bad. the hostel is clean and sufficient. internet was free for 1.5 hours only then you have to pay for extra time. the air cond was good.overall it was ok as a hostel
• Sarah (10/5): Great apartment hotel close to termini - The hotel was great. very easy access to the termini and a short (25 min) walk to the spanish steps. My room (although not in the hotel block) was very spacious. It felt like I had my own apartment in Rome! there was a big kitchen which means travelers can try and save money if needs be and the bathroom was great - only being shared with one other room. The only downside is that if you're traveing alone there is no common room so meeting others has to be done in the city. This didn't seem a problem for me though! Also, the breakfast could definitely be better (only a croisant and one coffee sachet) however this stopped me being greedy and eating my own bodyweight in pastries (which I did at other places) so i can't really complain. On the whole an amazing stay and I would most definitely reccommend. The staff were also very helpful letting me use their personal computer when the comunal one woudlnt work.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - I did not stay at the hotel because I rang the bell for more than 10 minutes and nobody came to open the door, after 10 minutes a man wearing no shirt opened the door for us and he did not spoke english or italian, maybe he was a guest and showed me a room wit many beds and there was a man almost naked . Me and my wife were very afraid and then we left the building to find another hotel to stay. I have never seen such a bad service. We have been treated like animals.
• Lisa (4/5): Average - Diana is very nice and did a great job explaining the rooms/showers and offering to answer any questions for us. She scheduled a cab for us to get to the airport as well since we had to be there before any of the trains/shuttles were leaving. Just an FYI for those that need/expect wireless (especially if you plan to use it to check in for a flight), they have two different buildings that rooms are rented from. If you need the internet, request a room on Via Mille, the rooms on Via Marghera DO NOT have wireless access. We were really irritated to learn that although they advertise that they have wireless in all rooms, only one of the buildings actually does. The breakfast was smaller than we were expecting. It included a croissant/toast plus jam and an espresso. The food they put out was good, but we chose this place so that one of our meals would be included. We ended up stopping for breakfast/snack later in the morning because it wasn’t filling. Our room on Via Marghera also had what looked like mold along the ceiling. If we hadn’t paid for our stay at the beginning, we probably would have moved hotels. It seemed like more of a hassle than it was worth though. Our last comment is that it wasn’t clear in the description of the hotel that the bathrooms are not attached to the rooms. They are shared bathrooms amongst all the rooms (2 showers on Via Mille and 1 shower on Via Marghera).
• Katrina (10/5): - We booked online, for the location by Termini station, which was really convenient to get to & find. Once there the staff were lovely, and asked if they could put us in a different building. The new building was even more centrally located, and they drove us there and gave us instructions how to get back to Termini station for our bus back to the airport. And gave us a bottle of wine too. it was a smaller room, but clean & comfortable & a great experience.
