- Lucia (10/5): - Had a very nice stay at Hotel Chicago. The location is excellent, close to Termini Station and only about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. The room was clean with comfortable beds and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Avendo una bambina piccola, la presenza di un bagno esterno alle camere, ci ha permesso di usufruirne sia all' arrivo che alla partenza. Camera e bagno molto puliti La struttura avrebbe bisogno di alcuni lavori di ammodernamento (porta della camera, scarico del bagno) ma per una o un paio di notti, il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile.

- Suriel (1/5): Hotel totalmente inseguro. - Nada. Passamos por uma situação muito séria durante nossa hospedagem. Eu e minha namorada estávamos dormindo no quarto por volta das 20h quando, do nada, um homem abriu a porta do quarto usando outra chave e entrou sem bater, sem avisar e sem nenhuma explicação. Foi um susto enorme e nos sentimos totalmente inseguras e sem privacidade, principalmente por sermos duas mulheres em outro país. Não faz sentido alguém conseguir entrar em um quarto ocupado dessa forma, principalmente enquanto os hóspedes estão dormindo. Queremos entender: quem era essa pessoa, por que ela tinha acesso ao quarto fora do horário comum de limpeza e como o hotel permite uma situação dessas acontecer. Sinceramente, isso acabou com nossa sensação de segurança durante a estadia. Esperamos um posicionamento do hotel, visto que presencialmente deram uma desculpa informando que o funcionário não sabia que nós haviamos feito o checkin no quarto.

Vicinissimo alla stazione di termini e molto comodo per spostarsi con i mezzi per andare a vedere la città. Se in futuro ricapiterò a Roma, andrei nuovamente in questo posto.

The building was old, which we knew their air conditioning didn’t work. Our room had a horrible smell like cat urine. The cleaning staff cleaned our room, even though we asked them not to because we had so much luggage and then they didn’t lock our room back up fortunately, nothing was taken.

Spotlessly clean room, very comfortable beds, quiet setting in a courtyard away from the street. Having a fridge, kettle and espresso maker was ideal. Friendly staff and a real front desk, unlike so many budget hotels. Highly recommend!

The room was below average, but the location was excellent. There was an odd smell when we checked in, but it went away after opening the window.
