• HIROYUKI (8/5): ローマ観光の拠点としてオススメ - ・立地場所が素晴らしく、ヴァチカンやトレヴィの泉など主要な観光地は徒歩圏内です。ナヴォーナ広場はほぼ庭です。 ・レトロな内装が良かったです（施設は色々狭く古いですがモダンより楽しめました）。 ・チェックアウト後に荷物を快く預かっていただき、助かりました。 ・部屋が思ったより暗かったです。写真だと明るいですが。 ・食事処は狭く、食品は包装品が多いです。テーブルが3つしかない上、隣人と椅子がぶつかります。

• MillyItaly (7/5): - Posizione centrale, arredamento in stile, pulizia. La disponibilità a tenere in deposito i bagagli dopo il check out fino all’orario di partenza. La gentilezza sia del proprietario che del personale che hanno sempre interloquito con il sorriso Sicuramente la colazione: c’era stato detto dalle 7.30 ma invece la persona che ha iniziato a preparare è arrivata quasi alle 8 pertanto noi abbiamo trovato caffè e qualche merendina. Visto che dovevamo uscire x lavoro non abbiamo potuto aspettare. Poi abbiamo visto che è stato preparato con affettati, latte yogurt e bevande. A saperlo ci organizzavamo in modo diverso!

• Magda (10/5): dolce far niente...wspaniały pobyt :) - bardzo miły właściciel, kameralny hotelik, bardzo czysto, świetne zameldowanie, bez żadnego problemu. Śniadanie w porządku, mogliśmy zostawić bagaże, ponieważ mieliśmy późno lot, za co bardzo dziękujemy :) bardzo blisko Watykanu i innych atrakcji , na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie |Grazie Antonio :) zmieniłabym tylko kolor ścian w pokoju ;)
• Jade (10/5): A perfect break in Rome - The welcome was lovely, Antiono spoiled us with champagne and chocolates as a honeymoon surprise. The room was very quiet and we were able to sleep with the window open. (There was AC but we chose not to use it). The bed was firm aghast the hotel had some lovely original touches including fabric wallpaper. The mini breakfast croissants were yummy and there was a kettle in the kitchen if you wanted drinks after breakfast. Great location for walking to the main sights and less than 10mins walk from the airport bus. Clean.
• Zaher (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Residence Ave in Rome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main historical attractions. The hotel has a charming style reminiscent of the Victorian era, which made the experience even more special. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, especially Vera, who took care of the guests as if they were her own family. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to come back again in the future.

• Dube (8/5): Odlična lokacija - Lokacija je izvrsna! Osoblje odlično.. čisto je.. svakako ću preporučiti svima.. Kreveti nisu udobni, jako su tvrdi, to mi je bilo malo mučno. Sobe se nalaze u polu podrumu, ako otvorite prozor, gledate u noge ljudi koji prolaze pločnikom. Bilo je hladno pa ga nismo otvarali i tada se buka ne čuje jer imaju duple prozore. Za doručak mi je nedostajalo voća.

• RONALDO (7/5): Ótima localização! Meu quarto era do fundo, espaçoso e silencioso. Ressalva quanto ao espaço do café que não supprta o n - Localização e tamanho do quarto. Área para tomar café! Apenas 3 mesas cada uma com 2 lugares. Necessário ficar em pé esperando vaga. O café é honesto mas não há frutas. De toda forma o espaço é muito ruim. Além disso é necessário pedir reposiçoes.

• Lisa (8/5): - The location is amazing and we were so close to everything especially the Vatican City. The check in was good and the staff here have been excellent in answering our questions and helping us book our taxi and standing with us to ensure its arrival back to the airport. The room is either on pavement level or just below. There are no plugs for the bath or sink so we had to plug both with a plastic cup provided. It does need re grouting! The air con is a blessing and many blankets are in the wardrobe. The bed is firm but comfortable. The cupboard door next to the bed did try to fall out and handles for the top drawer on a chest came out. The room is dark but overall did smell of damp. If you know you’ll be out a lot then as I said the location is great and this is a hotel that you will remember. As I said I couldn’t fault the staff and how nice and friendly they were

• Patricia (8/5): Buena Ubicación - Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación, muy muy cerca a la plaza Navona, y a la Ciudad del Vaticano, en una calle tranquila. Las cosas mas turisticas se pueden hacer caminando. Un poco oscura la habitación

O quarto em que fui hospedado fica abaixo do nível da rua… a janela fica no nível da calçada. Não é possível sequer abrir a cortina sem dar de cara com os pedestres. O banheiro é em níveis (degraus dentro) e o box é minúsculo. Não há volume de água no chuveiro. O café da manhã é absolutamente abaixo da crítica… apenas produtos industrializados e é servido num pequeno corredor… Sequer o valor justifica a falta de qualidade. Havia opções, com preços similares, muito melhores… optei por este em função das avaliações que, entendo, são absolutamente incorretas.

Taxi Service vom Hotel zum Flughafen organisiert. Ansonsten ist von der Lage des Hotes alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Balkon war leider nicht benutzbar. Frühstück besser in einer traditionellen italienischen Bar.

Fui con mi madre, mi hermana e hijo de 10 años y volvería a elegir Residencia Ave Roma si vuelvo a Roma.

Lokalita je perfektní, všude blízko - Vatikán 5 minut, Piazza Navone 3 minuty, koloseum 20 minut apod. Moc děkujeme a všem vřele doporučujeme! Všechno bylo perfektní, nechtělo se nám pryč :).

• Karishma (10/5): Great location and spacious room. - The room was nice and spacious. The location of this place is great! Right opposite the Sant Angelo Castle. You have a nice view of the River Tiber when you exit the hotel. It’s located close to many food options and there’s lots of buses you can catch close by to get to parts of Rome. The staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us arrange airport transfers too. The breakfast was nice.
