• HECTOR BASUALDO (10/5): PEQUEÑO, CÁLIDO Y COMPLETO DEPARTAMENTO - Desde el principio la atención de Lidia que estaba alerta al teléfono porque llegamos tarde. Luego la excelente seguridad y la ubicación que está cerca de la estación Termini pero en una zona segura y tranquila. Es un pequeño departamento con espacio optimizado. Cálido y con lo necesario para nuestra estadía que fue de dos días. No hubo nada que nos disgustara.
• Jaumotte (9/5): Un appartement typique des grandes villes italiennes, idéalement situé - L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, entre la gare Termini, la Basilique Sainte Marie Majeure, le monument Vittorio Emmanuel II et la Fontaine de Trevi, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied, prendre facilement le bus dont de nombreuses lignes passent à proximité ou encore le métro tout proche. A proximité également, des restaurants dont certains oùon peut petit dejeuner et des commerces dont 2 supermarchés. La propriétaire est au petit soin pour ses hôtes, entre conseils restaurants et solution pour garder nos bagages que ce soit à notre arrivée comme au départ. Dans le même immeuble, un appartement est en chantier occasionnant quelques désagréments sonores mais ce n'est en rien la responsabilité de la propriétaire. Globalement la cuisine est bien équipée mais il manque de verres (seulement 4 verres pour un appartement de 6 personnes) et quelques verres à vin seraient appréciables.

O apartamento tem todas as comodidades necessárias e é muito confortável, limpo, agradável e seguro. Além disso, a simpatia, a gentileza e a presteza da anfitriã são impagáveis. Para nós não foi um problema, mas é importante observar que quem possui algum tipo de limitação de mobilidade deve ficar atento, pois o acesso ao quarto do apartamento em que ficamos é feito por uma escada interna estreita. No restante, o apartamento nos atendeu perfeitamente.

• Georgios (1/5): Totally disappointing - Unfortunately nothing. Before making a reservation, make sure to check the reviews on Google and TripAdvisor — there seems to be a serious issue. My experience with this property through Booking was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I completed check-in at around 1:00 PM, but later that same day, at approximately 8:00 PM, I was informed that I had to leave the accommodation without any valid explanation. This put me in a very difficult situation, forcing me to find alternative accommodation last minute, with additional cost and stress. To make matters worse, the host misled me by promising to cover the cost of my stay for the remaining nights, which never happened. We were left negotiating from around 8:00 PM and eventually had to leave the property at approximately 11:30 PM, late at night, without any real solution. She also deceived me by claiming she had arranged and paid for alternative accommodation. However, when I arrived at the new place, I was informed that nothing had been paid, leaving me once again in a difficult and stressful situation. The host’s behavior was highly unprofessional and there was no genuine effort to resolve the issue or assist me. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated on a platform like Booking, where guests expect safety, transparency, and reliability. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.

• jeongeun (10/5): 로마여행 하우스 추천 - 로마테르미니역에서 도보13분 거리이고, 콜로세움은 걸어서 20분 거리에 있다. uni-지하철 이용은 도보로10분, 버스는 걸어서 3분 거리에 있어서 편리하다. 라디에이터와 온풍기가 있어서 지내는 동안 따뜻하게 지냈고, 온수도 잘 나왔다. 세탁기가 있어서 세탁할 수 있어 편리했다. 체크아웃할때도 1시간을 여유를 주어서 12시에 체크아웃을 할 수 있게 배려해주었고, 저녁시간까지 무료로 짐보관을 해주어서 너무 좋았다. 호텔 근처 현지 브런치 집과 관광지 맛집을 소개해주었고, 무엇보다 집 앞에 수퍼마켓이 있어서 편리했다. 추천합니다. 화장실에 수건 걸이와 옷을 말릴 수 있는 건조대가 있으면 좋겠다.

Darüber hinaus dass wir alle zusammen in einer Wohnung waren, jedoch jeweils 2 Personen ein Zimmer mit Bad für sich Die Zimmer hatten nichts mit dem, was auf der Seite des Appartements zu sehen war, zu tun.. abgenutzte Möbel, Klappbetten, tlw kaputtes Interieur. Warmes Wasser in der Dusche gab es nur, wenn man zuvor den Wasserhahn ca 5 Minuten laufen ließ. Und auch dann reichte das warme Wasser mit für eine kurze Dusche. Die gesamte Wohnung roch bzw stank stark nach Moder . Einen gemeinsam zu nutzenden Raum hab es leider auch nicht

• Karovic (9/5): Very good - We stayd at apartment B in separate building. Very good location (easy walking distance both to Colosseum and to Fontana di Trevi area). Very helpful and friendly stuff. Easy check in (our was very late) and check out. Last day, we could leave luggage before departure. And balcony! We were in january, it was cold outside and very worm (pleasant) in the apartment. Some small improvments ca be done to be more cosy, but nothing significant if you dont spend much time in apartment

• Serter (9/5): Suitable apartment for families with great location - The location is very good and it is very close to the major attractions. It is also walking distance to the main train station. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was almost very clean and suitable for families with babies. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view. The heating was working perfectly and we didn't feel cold. The equipment and furniture were a bit old.

• Chloé (4/5): A ne pas refaire : il vaut mieux prendre plus cher et plus qualitatif. - Super emplacement, proche de la gare, du métro et du centre historique, accessible à pieds depuis l’appartement. La propriétaire était disponible, avec des messages réguliers pour vérifier que tout se passait bien ainsi que le dernier jour pour nous demander de mettre une bonne note (j’ai gardé la preuve de cette discussion). Nous avions pris la chambre double et les photos ne ressemblent pas à la réalité de l’appartement. Les photos ont dû être prises il y a plusieurs années, car l’appartement est en réalité mal entretenu (ex. moisissures un peu partout) et il était sale (ex. poussières un peu partout). Les lits étaient également très inconfortables, nous sentions les ressorts sous notre dos.

• Anna (10/5): Grazie mille Ludovica! - 1. Tolle Lage! Wir haben praktisch keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzt. Bei Bedarf sind Bahnhof und U-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. "Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis" ist super! 2. Sehr-sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! In diesem Zimmer fanden wir alles, was wir für unsere Reise brauchten. Wir haben keine Beschwerden.

L’appartamento per 5 è giusto per dormire, piccolo per il resto, il tavolo per mangiare è da 4, il bagno è piccolino. Piccolo suggerimento: qualche appendiabiti in ingresso e in bagno per gli asciugamani

• Hossam (7/5): Good for short stay - Lucia was a great host. She helps with everything happily. The apartment was in a perfect location near by anything you need in Rome. Less than 5min walk to the metro station. Less than 10min walk to the main train station and buses stop. Less than 15min walk to the colosseum. The building is old but it has elevator. Rooms size are acceptable. Accommodation was a bit small but fine. Beds were uncomfortable, you feel spring in your back. The blanket was torn off and you can see the internal cotton. Kitchenette was away from dining table. There was a high step before entering the bathroom. Bathroom smell was not good. There was no hanging for the towels. Toilet needs to be upgraded.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Mieszkanie w włoskim klimacie 😊 - Lokalizacja mieszkania jest znakomita, mieliśmy widok z balkonu na miasto. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna i miła. Elastycznie podeszła do naszego przyjazdu, również reagowała na bieżąco na nasze potrzeby oraz poleciła lokalne restauracje. W mieszkaniu było czuć włoski styl oraz byly wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty.

La anfitriona está siempre pendiente de si ocupas algo. Bueno: el hospedaje es lo que se muestra en las fotografías en booking. Regular: el acceso a la habitación es un poco “árido”. Por dicha el señor coanfitrión nos ayudó. Malo: las dimensiones del “apartamento” son muy, muy, pero muy pequeñas, y ascender a la cama en la segunda planta, por unos escalones empinados de 50 cm de ancho es poco más que complicado. Básicamente lo incómodo que resulta por su limitado espacio. Lo demás está muy bien. Rescato la ubicación y la buena disposición de la anfitriona

• Clinton (2/5): Book a hotel the price difference is worth it. - What i liked best was leaving It's hard to put down what I liked. From arrival to departure, it was not a property I would ever stay at again. The instructions to get into the property are not that clear. There are two lockboxes, of which the code worked for both. After finally figuring out the right lockbox, we got a key. The lift inside the building was so small we couldn't even fit in there with our luggage. My wife wouldn't even get in it. We carried our luggage up the many flights of stairs. After finally arriving outside the door of our apartment, we had to wait for the host to turn up to give us the code to access the room. The bed was super uncomfortable, which I didn't sleep at all the whole night. The shower dribbled out of the handpiece, so I didn't even bother having a shower in the morning. The facilities are not the best. Leaving the property at 7am the next morning for a flight, there were no cleaning signs anywhere, and I slipped down the very wet shiny granite stairs. The only thing that stopped me from breaking my neck was that I had a backpack on. The property is actually on the fifth floor. There are so many stairs, as well as inside the apartment, to get up to the mezzanine floor bedroom, of which the handrail is very unstable and the lower step is bigger than all the others The price difference between a hotel room close by and this property is marginal. The apartment is off a common foyer where there are 2 other apartments, and the photo doesn't match the room.

• Raquel (6/5): - Nos gustó la ubicación, ya que estaba relativamente cerca andando de todos los sitios de interés y si no la parada de metro o bus están al lado. Respecto a la casera el contacto en todo momento fue agradable y nos dio varias recomendaciones, hasta el momento en el que pusimos una reseña anterior con una nota de 6. Después de que ella lo viera comenzó a mandar mensajes vía Whatsapp y continuas llamadas pidiendo que se borrase la reseña y que no podíamos poner menos de 9-10 en la reseña...cómo no lo hicimos empezó a increparnos y amenazarnos con qué habíamos hecho algo y según ella no habíamos pagado la city tax, cosa que es mentira absolutamente ya que nos tuvimos que recorrer toda Roma buscando un cajero dónde no cobrasen comisión porque no podíamos según ella hacerlo vía transferencia o cualquier otra forma que no nos perjudicase. Ha seguido mandando Whatsapp incriminatorios y acosadores ya pasados unos días de dejar la estancia y no responderla, y ese es el motivo de esta reseña. No sé si las buenas valoraciones que tiene son por este motivo, pero voy a denunciarlo a Booking porque esto debería ser inaceptable. El apartamento en general no es que fuese muy cómodo, en las fotos se ve muy amplio y realmente no es así, pero tampoco estaba mal. Lo que si hay que destacar es que la cama no es de matrimonio, si no que son dos individuales juntas y son de muelles que se te clavan al tumbarte. Además, para el precio del alojamiento podrían añadir alguna cosa extra cómo por ejemplo gel que no había en la ducha. Por último, es importante llevar el dinero del city tax en efectivo, algo que no supimos hasta el último momento, y cuesta encontrar sitios donde no cobren comisiones altísimas por sacar dinero (nosotros lo sacamos en Uni Credit sin comisión y lo pagamos el segundo día)

• Reche (8/5): Muy buena estadía y atención - La ubicación es muy buena y la atención de la anfitriona también. Elena que se encargó de recibirnos fue muy amable y nos tomó el equipaje para recorrer desde temprano la ciudad. Una vez que la habitación estuvo pronta nos dieron aviso. La anfitriona nos recomendó lugares para ir a almorzar y cenar. A la hora del check out nos permitieron dejar nuevamente las maletas y no tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente.

• Dariusz (5/5): Nie można kierować się zdjęciami. - Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa obsługa. Super lokalizacja. Do większości ważnych turystycznie miejsc można dość piechotą. Sam lokal był dość czysty. Ręczniki dostępne. Nie jest to obiekt we wskazanym miejscu. Od podanego adresu nie był wprawdzie daleko ale jest to inne miejsce. Nie można się kierować zdjęciami zamieszczonymi na stronie bo nie widomo jakie mieszkanie zostanie przydzielone. Nasze było mocno zaniedbane. Klimatyzacja huczy i warkocze do tego stopnie, że nie da się przy niej spać. Okna nie można otworzyć bo hałas na ulicy. Łóżka dla dzieci (polowe) stare i skrzypiące. Rezerwacja była na 4 osoby a wyposażenie kuchni (bardzo bardzo skromne) na max 3. Mimo uprzejmości obsługi nie wybrałbym drugi raz tego miejsca.

• Alejandro (9/5): Muy buena opcion para hospedarse en Roma - El departamento era comodo y suficiente para una familia de 4 personas. Tenia todo lo necesario en cuanto articulos de cocina, lavarropas, microondas, cafetera tipo volturno, plancha, secador de pelo, un lindo balcon donde secar la ropa y tenia unas muy lindas vistas a la calle. La zona y el edificio estaba bien, el supermercado de enfrente (Pam) muy completo y buenos precios y estaba hasta las 22hs abierto, muchos comercios muy bien la cuadra. Era un 5to piso, pero tenia ascensor, lo cual no siempre pasa en roma. El aire acondicionado de la sala hacia ruido y era un poco molesto.
