• Virginie (7/5): Heureusement que l’hôtel est bien situé parce que le personnel est désagréable et les chambres pas très confortable. - L’hôtel est très bien situé sur la place Roma et à proximité de tout Le personnel n’est pas du tout accueillant, à notre arrivé la dame de l’accueil était au téléphone, nous avons attendu un long moment mais n’a même pas dit bonjour ou esquissé un sourire, nous avons donc voulu repartir pour déjeuner quelques part avant de revenir car nous étions arrivés vers 14h. En nous voyant partir, elle a finalement raccroché le téléphone. Le reste de nos échanges avec les deux hôtesses d’accueil n’a pas étais meilleur. De plus le mitigeur de notre douche était cassé, nous n’avons pas réussi à avoir de l’eau chaude. Les chambres manquent d’isolation, nous entendions très fortement les voisins du haut et nous pouvions même entendre les voisins discuter.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem , unserer Fenster schauten zum Platz dadurch war es etwas lauter ( aber es gab viel zu sehen😊)... wir hatten ein Zimmer im letzten Stock und man muss schon recht fit sein ( bzgl. Koffertragen) den es gibt keinen Aufzug. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist echt top...

• Kauê (8/5): Aconchego de casa de fácil acesso de/a Veneza - É um lugar aconchegante, na entrada de Veneza antiga. É de muito fácil acesso de transporte público e também de carro, tendo um estacionamento ao lado e outro praticamente na acomodação. É um lugar antigo, preservando a Veneza clássica. Chegar com malas pesadas e ter que subir as escadas até o segundo andar (pode-se entender 3 andares) é um pouco complicado. Sei das limitações da construção para ter um elevador, mas poderia haver um serviço gratuito em horário comercial para levar as bagagens até o quarto. Não vejo isto como um luxo, mas como um apoio que torne o ambiente 100% acolhedor. Eu ainda estava com um bebê e seu carrinho, o que dificultava um pouco mais. Mas, mesmo com esse entrave, ainda assim essa acomodação merece um 8+ em avaliação.

Dejas el auto en el parking y cruzas el puente y estás en la terminal del Vaporetto o listo para caminar Venecia. Las habitaciones eran híper básicas y no muy bien mantenidas.

Sicuramente non sei nel cuore dei canali, ma a livello strategico la posizione è davvero Non ci sono punti negativi della struttura, se proprio si volesse parlare di qualcosa di negativo posso dire che il pavimento essendo in parquet, scricchiola un po’ quando le persone nelle altre stanze camminano

Es war warm und sauber. Bett bequem. Die Lage direkt an der Strasse und dem Autopark ist nicht schön und laut. Man kann gelegentlich andere laufen oder das Klo spülen hören.

В целом номер очень просторный, чистый, имеются предметы для личной гигиены индивидуально упакованные. Есть чайник что было приятрым дополнением, чашки, ложки, стаканы, разные виды чая и кофе, холодильник и сейф. Выезд 4:30 все эти мелочи сделали комфортным. Очень личная чувствительность. Яркая моргающая лампочка на телефоне мешала спать. Но эта проблема решена с помощью полотенца))

Gorąca woda, cieplo i mają kołdrę co w zimie nie jest to oczywiste w takich miejscach ;) bardzo miła obsługa - nie zwróciłam uwagi na milion maili o tym, że recepcja się zamyka o 19. Nie odebrałam też telefonu z hotelu i ogarnęłam się za 5 minut przed zamknięciem. Po dramatycznym telefonie - pani nas uspokoiła i poczekała chwilę aż dobiegniemy na miejsce. Szanuje to bo poświęciła swój czas.30 sekund do autobusu lotniskowego - co jest ważne przy wyjeździe o 4 rano. Jedyne co było słabe, że słychać każdy krok piętro wyżej, słyszałam dokładnie o czym rozmawiają ludzie w pokoju nade mną. Polecam zabierać zatyczki do uszu - mnie uratowały!

Risolto grazie all'intervento dei Carabinieri. La struttura meriterebbe più attenzioni.
