В нем все есть, что заявлено, все соответствует фотографиям. Он достаточно простой, но для такого местоположения и стоимости отличный вариант. Кровать хорошая, места вокруг достаточно. Мы смогли оставить чемоданы, так как приехали утром и пошли гулять. В отзывах читали про ступеньки, да, подниматься тяжело, если вы с большими чемоданами и в возрасте, учтите это при выборе, чтобы не было сюрпризом. Нам было нормально, даже полезно. Общение было приятным, что в переписке, что уже в самом отеле. Рекомендую.

• Lachmann (8/5): Très satisfait - L'accueil est génial (instructions reçues par mail pour le transport et trouver l'hôtel), nous avons également eu des instructions dans la chambre avec un plan de la ville. Nous sommes arrivés après fermeture de l'accueil mais tout était très bien organisé pour trouver la clé. L'emplacement est idéal, la chambre offre de belles prestations (savon individuel, shampooing, bonnet de douche, sèche-cheveux, sèche serviette, thé à disposition, mini bar), bureau, penderie, table à manger, support bagage, porte manteau, climatisation. Le service de chambre est bien (changement des serviettes, des savons, du papier wc, du mini bar, lit refait), le petit déjeuner est très bien et à prendre obligatoirement dans la chambre (pain et viennoiseries chaudes, confiture, Nutella, miel, beurre, biscuits, biscottes, chocolat chaud ou café, jus, yaourt). La déco est bien faite. Il faudra être sportif car il y a 3/4 étages à monter sans ascenseur. L'emplacement fait que dès 8h il y aura de l'animation en bas de votre chambre. Le parquet ancien de la chambre fait beaucoup de bruit. Le matelas était trop ferme pour moi, mais mon conjoint a aimé. Pour le petit déjeuner je n'ai pas demandé s'il y avait une option "salé" et s'il y avait plusieurs choix de jus.

Lo staff davvero gentile, disponibile a fornire informazioni e facilmente contattabile via WhatsApp. Camera accogliente e comoda, in pieno stile veneziano. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione servita in camera molto buona. Infine buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se devo trovare dei difetti, citerei l'assenza di ascensore (la struttura si trova al terzo piano), la scarsa insonorizzazione delle stanze ed i materassi e cuscini leggermente duri. Nonostante ciò, rimane un'ottima struttura e ci tornerei.

• Brozef (7/5): Satisfying couple of nights - The soundproofing of this room was superior. Close the windows you hear nothing, open them you can hear the insane noise from the crowds down below. Decent breakfast. Decent cleanliness. The staff here I think goes above and beyond, which is really just one helpful woman. The location is great, near Ponte di Rialto, actually in the very heart of Venice, however be aware of the countless tourist traps. Lot of stairs to climb, but this is a situation in every building in Venice actually. The breakfast starts too late, from 08:30. Tourists want to start their day very early you know, they have early tours and schedules to follow. The third bed in the room was subpar, it reminded me of a field bed. The price - as for everything else in Venice - was a bit high.

We kwamen 2u vroeger aan dan onze check-in. Er was geen toilet om te kunnen gebruiken. Enkel de kamers zelf hadden een wc maar daar mochten we niet in we moesten nog wachten 2u lang.

Персонал тоже понравился (Милена приветливая очень девушка, постаралась, чтоб всем угодить). Расположение отеля просто супер, в двух шагах от площади, все в пешей доступности . То, что скрипел пол и то, что подниматься в отель нужно на 4 этаж . В завтрак можно было б добавить пару ломтиков сыра ( а ещё лучше и ветчину)

• Miranda (9/5): Good value for money spent. - I liked the proximity to the city center. The bathroom was clean and modern. Option of mini bar was nice. Towel warmer was a nice touch. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows very flat. The ac didn’t seem to work well. Our room was very close to reception desk. First morning I woke up to a plate dropping. We couldn’t get into our room until 2 and check in ended at 5. We wanted to go to Burano, but had to wait until 2pm to get into our room so that we could get our keys.

• Kostiantyn (8/5): Great location in the very center, but because of that it is very noisy in the room. - Location in the very center. Daily cleaning. The room is clean and well-kept. The manager at the reception was a very friendly local Italian woman. She told us secret places for locals where you can eat delicious and inexpensive authentic local cuisine, showed on the map the main places that are a must-see, suggested how and when it is best to visit the islands of Murano and Burano. Breakfast is coffee, juice, croissant, bread, cookies, jam, butter, honey and Nutella. It seems like a lot of everything, but I'm not used to eating so much sweet food for breakfast, so I had to buy ham for breakfast in the supermarket. I would like breakfast to include at least something salty. The non-working air conditioner forced us to sleep with the windows open and listen to the loud noise of tourists under the windows from early morning until late night.

They were very kind and made it very smooth to get in after regular check in hours. Also, the communication is very efficient. The room is pretty and cozy. And very clean! Coffee bars around to pick up a morning coffee. It is 100% walkable from this place. I can only recommend that. Thank you for everything!

Sono stati molto gentili a permetterci di lasciare i bagagli in reception anche una volta effettuato il check out. Non è una colpa dell'hotel, per raggiungere la reception ci sono 4 rampe di scale da fare. Se qualcuno ha problemi di mobilità può essere scomodo.
• chiara (9/5): Eccellente!! Piacevole e accogliente - Ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza San Marco e da tutti i punti di interesse. Utile per girare la città solamente a piedi. Per raggiungerla prendere il vaporetto fino a Rialto e circa 5 minuti a piedi. Colazione in camera con l’orario prestabilito con succo, cornetto, yogurt e fette biscottate. Disponibile lo staff ci ha anche anticipato l’orario della colazione per permettere una visita. Deposito bagagli. Bagno nuovo e pulito con acqua calda e phone. Wi-Fi gratuito Purtroppo i tre piani senza ascensore pesano. Per un maggior servizio inserirei la carta igienica “chiusa” per essere sicuri di essere i primi ad usarla
• Barbara (10/5): Precioso - Hermosa habitación limpia, el baño muy cómodo y hermoso todo, la atención muy buena y amable. Detalles solamente las almohadas eran duras. Recordar que por la ubicación tan centrales no hay ascensor es un 4to piso.
• Arnaud (8/5): Hébergement très bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix. - Très bien situé, à 5 minutes de la Place Saint Marc et du Rialto. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Chambre avec tous les équipements nécessaires, dont une bouilloire électrique avec tout un choix de thés. Petit déjeuner très copieux servi dans la chambre. Rien de particulier. Juste signaler que les chambres sont à un étage élevé, ce qui ne nous gênait pas du tout.
• Andrea (9/5): Super séjour très bien localisé - Super accueil, personnel très sympathique ! Le déjeuner en chambre est sympas, uniquement du sucré mais très bien ! Localisation en hyper centre proche de tout! Hôtel situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, ce n’est pas dérangeant mais bon à savoir pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

• Sadie (10/5): Amazing - They were able to book us last minute. Breakfast was great. They were very helpful and communicative with our flight being delayed. Amazing staff. Beds were not great but doable for the short time we were there.
