• Joseph (8/5): - Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, big cozy rooms. The breakfast was also lovely. The lift in the building is defective and requires urgent repairs. It often fails to stop at the hotel floor, forcing guests to use the stairs instead. This is particularly difficult when carrying baggage. No hot water kettle, drinking water, tea/coffee in room.

• Pfaffeneder (9/5): - Super freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage, ruhig trotz Straße, klein und gemütlich. Gutes, kleines Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war für diesen Preis super bis auf das Badezimmer. Das war leider nicht ganz sauber. Liegt wohl daran, dass es einfach sehr klein und verwinkelt ist und daher schwer zu reinigen.
• Crystal (9/5): The workers at the front dest were absolutely wonderful! It was perfect for what I needed. - It was jsut a couple blocks from my conference location, and from the train station. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe. The staff were absolutely wonderful! So kind! The room was a bit small, but I asked for a "single," so it was fine for just me. It was a little tricky to find the entrance and get in when I first arrived, but that only took a few minutes to figure out!

La struttura è molto datata, arredi tremendi, il bagno sporco , piccolissimo , colazione pessima e in una stanza molto piccola, dovevi alzarti per far fare colazione agli altri ospiti, in due notti trascorse con altri amici a nessuno è mai stata rifatta la camera , si sono scusati e dato uno sconto del 10% per il prossimo soggiorno , che non rifarò sicuramente qui.

• Ermal Elezi (8/5): A pleasant stay. - Perfect location, only 3 min from Wien-Mitte station. Quiet, comfortable, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. If you want a good value and good location this hotel is great for you. I wish the breakfast had more options, also slippers for the room.

No frills, but no problems either. - Great location and amazing value for money given it was booked at quite late notice, and Vienna is not cheap. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, e.g. fried eggs or pancakes instead of just boiled eggs.

• mJemmy (6/5): 2 nights in Vienna close to the city - Location is perfect and close to the train/metro stations. Breakfast is good. Staff were helpful. Noise level is good. It is a bit old and need renovation. Cleanliness needs to be improved (yellow pillow) . Bathroom inside room is a bit strange as it is not part of the room and added (seems like plastic box).

• Pedro (1/5): - Nada. Chegamos, o quarto estava sujo, o hotel estava todo sujo, inacreditável o que encontramos. O rececionista mais velho, mal educado, agressivo, e ainda gozava a dizer que o po e a sujidade nunca matou ninguém. Tentou ainda intimidar a levantar a voz. A água quente não funcionava,tudo sujo, vejam as fotos chegamos e saimos logo, era impossível ficar lá. A Booking teve conhecimento de tudo,espero que retirem este alojamento que não está com condições de alojar seres humanos.

Trato muy bueno aunque había algún recepcionista bastante ... serio Las habitaciones no las hacen todos los dias, por tanto la limpieza pues no es de lo mejor, pero al principio esta bien de limpieza Las habitaciones son de casa antigua sin mucha reforma, techos altos y un poco sinsentido las cosas o muebles pero las camas esta bien y es amplia la habitación Ubicacion excelente. • Daniel (7/5): Geräumige, sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. - Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage und Nähe zu U-Bahn und Shopping Mall. Das Hotel; insbesondere das Zimmer, war nicht hübsch. Alles machte einen zusammengebastelten Eindruck.

• Judith (10/5): Goed! - De locatie is perfect in de buurt van heel veel centrale locaties in de stad. Goed bereikbaar met OV. Het ontbijt was prima en goed verzorgd, maar wel redelijk basic. Het personeel was fantastisch, aardig en meedenkend. Het gebouw en de inrichting is redelijk gedateerd. De badkamer was in orde maar ook oud en daardoor waren er hier en daar waren wat kleine gebreken.

• Patricia (8/5): Si vuelvo a Viena, repetiré alojamiento - Hotel pensión modesta pero muy buena atención, limpieza y ubicación. Cercana a estaciones de tren, metro y tranvía.
• Francisco Jose (6/5): Pensión bastante céntrica, con personal amable y una aceptable relación calidad-precio. - La localización es muy conveniente, el ambiente es familiar y el desayuno, aunque sencillo, es suficiente y aceptable. Es una pensión... el edificio, las habitaciones y el mobiliario son bastante viejos. Por ejemplo la cama y las almohadas no son muy cómodas.

• Tiziana (7/5): - Posizione ottima per gli spostamenti a piedi essendo molto vicini a Innere Stadt (Duomo di Santo Stefano a 10-15 minuti). Dietro la stazione Wien Mitte, quindi perfetto per arrivare in aeroporto. Inoltre, in stazione è presente un centro commerciale con negozi di vario tipo e avere l'Interspar è stato molto comodo per acquistare acqua e cibo. Pulizia approssimativa: abbiamo fatto due notti, gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati. I letti sono stati rifatti molto sommariamente. La mattina della partenza, abbiamo guardato sotto il letto perché ci erano cadute le chiavi per terra e ci abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di coca e delle monete non nostre. Bagno essenziale, ma con luce fioca e un leggero odore di fogna.
• Olivera (10/5): Savršen boravak na savršenoj lokaciji - Lokacija hotela je savršena! Preko puta hotela se nalazi Wien Mitte stanica i šoping mol, gdje imate sve što vam treba. Interspar pronto radi do 23 h, čak i nedjeljom što je odlično ukoliko želite kupiti neke namirmice. Na desetak minuta hoda od hotela nalazi se katedrala i uže gradsko jezgro. Osoblje je ljubazno. Doručak je pristojan. Sve je bilo savršeno!

• Günter (4/5): Sehr klischiertes Bild auf den Abbildungen von booking com.Leider keinerlei Preisleistungsverhältnis - Der Hinweis auf lediglich 3-Sterne war für den Chef genug Entschuldigung für die teils gravierenden Mängel dieses allenfalls „Stundenhotels“: Bettroste, die nicht aufsaßen, fehlende Regalböden, sichtbare Wasserschäden im Bad, letztlich fast „Sperrmüllmöbel“, kein Zimmerservice(Reinigung etc.),verdreckte Tassen, teilweise nur eine Brötchensorte bei sehr mager ausgestattetem Buffet. Teewasser in Kanne lauwarm. Frühstückszeit endete exakt um 9:30 mit Aufforderung zum Schluss zu kommen. Sehr resiliente Reaktion auf Bitten um Nachbesserung. Siehe oben!!! Bei Ankunft gegen 21:40 wird die Frage nach einer Flasche Mineralwasser mit dem Hinweis auf einen „Sparmarkt“ um die Ecke beantwortet.

• Jeyhun (4/5): Despite the excellent location, the overall impression is not the best. - The hotel has an excellent location. The staff was very friendly. It was cold in Vienna, and the room was very poorly heated. Two old, dusty rugs were very annoying and inconvenient. The overall condition of the hotel gave a feeling of severe wear and tear. A huge gap under the door illuminated the room whenever one of the guests passed by.

Great continental buffet breakfast, spotlessly clean rooms in what is a budget hotel. Staff are friendly, professional and courteous at all times too Nothing - all good
• Laller (9/5): Unaufgeregt und zweckmäßig - Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Wärme und lag in der Innenhof Seite, dadurch war es besonders ruhig zum Schlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Lift hatte etwas gruseliges, drei Personen (je 65kg) konnte er nicht befördern, also ging es zu Fuß, in den zweiten Stock. Beim Frühstück, die angeräumte Küche bzw. Geschirrspüler zu sehen. Es wäre von Vorteil, diese mit einem Vorhang - Schiebetüre zu verdecken.

• Marinus (7/5): Een C hotel op een A locatie - Het unique selling point voor dit hotel is de locatie, vlakbij het park en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheid. Ik heb geen ander hotel gevonden op zo’n plek voor die prijs. Het hotel zelf is erg basic en ook wat gehorig maar wie niet van plan is om veel op de kamer te zijn en geen 200 euro of meer per nacht wil betalen is dit een top plek voor een zacht prijsje. Er waren op de kamer een paar dingen kapot die gemakkelijk gerepareerd kunnen worden (losse contactdoos, kapot lampje, etc) Verwacht niet teveel van het hotel, maar in 5 minuten lopen sta je in de binnenstad.
