• ARNAUD (8/5): - L’emplacement est top. La literie est très bien. La salle de bain aussi. On sent que l’hôtel est vieillissant mais cela ne pose aucun problème en terme de confort. Petit déjeuner très bon avec de très bonnes viennoiseries fraîches. Parking pratique (à réserver à l’avance) Personnel agréable. Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas et TV idem. On ne vient pas pour cela mais c’est très dommage au prix que l’on paye que ces services de connexion soient HS. Parking pratique mais cher (25€/ jour)

• Kateryna (3/5): Demasiado caro para un hotel en mal estado - La ubicación era conveniente y el diseño del hotel tiene potencial, pero en general la experiencia no cumplió las expectativas. El hotel está en malas condiciones: muchas cosas parecen desgastadas o mal mantenidas. La habitación no estaba bien cuidada y la calidad general no corresponde al precio. Es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen. La relación calidad-precio es muy baja.

• Jerome (7/5): Cool place to stay but semi-open bathroom and garage weren't great - The hotel is situated in a nice place and the building has a cool vibe to it. The reception area was welcoming and had a lot of nice amenities. The room was good, and had a roll-down blind that blocked out all light. The bathroom was partially open, which wasn't a nice experience. The garage was very narrow and was full of building materials and not very clean. I was expecting a bit more from the hotel on these two fronts.

• Burguete (10/5): - Quartier calme. Emplacement idéal, se situ à 30min à pied du parc Guël, à 30min de la sagrada Familia, à 30 min également de la plaça Catalunya. Personnels au petits soins. Chambres toutes rénovée. Le parking en sous sol est tout petit, trés serré, trés étroit. Pratique d'avoir un parking tout de même.

• Clara (7/5): Habitaciones BLANCAS, NADA DE ARTE - La ubicación. El hall que no parecía que entrabas a un hotel. Muy fácil subir y bajar. No hay que caminar mucho por dentro. Que las habitaciones están inacabadas! Mi pareja me dijo para reservar este hotel porque las habitaciones estaban intervenidas por artistas y estaba TOTALMENTE BLANCA LAS DOS que alquilamos. Yo soy artista, por lo tanto una gran decepción. No había ni paredes intervenidas ni cuadros ni NADA. En la recepción había dibujos de niños pequeños colgados con imanes en las columnas de la entrada? 😂 yo soy madre de 2 hijos y vine con ellos... pero no era el aspecto que pensaba habría en un hotel que vende la imagen de diseño/ arte y modernidad. Para ser un 4 estrellas el aspecto y instalaciones era muy muy básico. - No tenía ningún gancho o colgador ni en la entrada (para bolso etc) ni en el baño para toallas ni NADA. - No había ni para sujetar el jabón en la ducha, el jabón estaba en el suelo. - No tenía notas para la puerta (el cartel de no molestar, etc.. solo en 1a habitación) - Mal insonorizado, se escuchaba hasta la alarma despertador del vecino de al lado incluso. - 1a botella de agua de cortesía sin vasos ni nada para el primer día, nada más. - Ni info de nada, ni bolis, ni cosas de aseo... la verdad bastante asombroso - Le comenté a alguien de recepción mi sorpresa por las habitaciones blancas y me dijo que las habitaciones intervenidas por artistas se tienen que especificar en la reserva? 😂🙈 eso ya es de traca!

Pudemos guardar as malas no hotel antes e depois do check-in para visitar a cidade. Na receção havia um lounge onde disponibilizavam café e chá gratuito. O serviço de quartos tem boas opções. Não havia cadeiras no quarto, mas pedimos uma e foram lá levar.

• Vielstich (9/5): - Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, Bett war groß und bequem und die Anbindung war super. Das Frühstück war sehr begrenzt, Klobürsten fehlen und die Bettdecke ist nur in ein Laken eingeschlagen.
• IOANA OCTAVIA (8/5): Primitor, confortabil, sigur - Mi-a plăcut baia, dotata cu tot ce aveam nevoie (sampon / gel de dus, săpun lichid, crema de corp frumos mirositoare). Patul matrimonial a fost foarte mare și comod. S-a făcut zilnic curățenie în camera. Ne-a fost de mare ajutor camera de bagaje folosita gratis după check-out, ceea ce ne-a permis sa vizitam alte obiective turistice fără bagaje după noi. Zona de recepție este foarte primitoare și am apreciat în mod deosebit cafeaua și ceaiul gratis 24/24. Dna de la recepție a fost foarte draguta și ne-a spus ca putem sa ne servim cu cafea după ce ne-am întors sa luam bagajele când așteptăm taxi-ul, deși făcusem check-out de câteva ore. Pe hol nu era foarte curat, pe mocheta se vedea putina mizerie. Mobilierul în camera era puțin umflat în partea de jos.

• Marina (1/5): DECEPCIONANTE - Nada Soy una clienta asidua del hotel , voy todos los años pero no volveré más. El aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONABA , la habitación a 35 grados. Nos dieron un ventilador como solución, la cual no fue efectiva. La tv no funcionaba y el internet (wifi tampoco). Por más que nos quejamos no lo terminaban de arreglar. Las chicas de recepción tampoco mostraban empatía por la situación. Especialmente la chica con rasgos asiáticos. Laura muy bien. NO VOLVEREMOS.

• JOSEP (6/5): Decebedora. Perjudicial per les meves necessitats i expectatives - Suficient. No pot ser que l'accés a la xarxa no funcionés bé al llarg de tota l'estada de quatre nits. Ni mirar la tv, ni treballar amb el meu portàtil on line va ser possible. A banda d'un canvi de tv (obviament no era un problema de tv) únicament em van poder donar mirades incòmodes de complicitat. Vaig sortir-ne perjudicat clarament. Aneu-hi amb família i/o amics. Porteu el vostre gos... però no espereu poder treballar, relaxar-vos veient la tv, o mirar una sèrie on line.

• Ricardo (9/5): Moderno y acogedor hotel, bien ubicado, personal atento. - Me gustó el trato del personal que era moderno y la ubicación está bien. Y que se podía comer en el propio living, incluso tiene agua y té de cortesía. El parking hay que ver primero que te quepa el coche. En nuestro caso tuvimos suerte que quedaba una libre en la que nos permitieron aparcar. Y algunos pequeños repasos de mantenimiento, bastante bien en general.

• Nina (7/5): Very nice hotel and great area, a bit too expensive for the kind of room we had. - The Lobby is nice and we loved the tea/coffee bar. The room was creative and spacious, we loved the beds. Bathroom with window and bathtub was nice. The breakfast was made with love and attention to detail! The window in the room was made of milky glass so we couldn’t see outside which made the room less nice - and it was sad not to be able to see outside.

• maria del mar (6/5): - El pany de la porta no funcionava correctament, i la solució per part de la recepció va ser pràcticament nul·la. De fet quan varem arribar per la nit, tardarem uns 10 min en poder entrar a l’habitació.

Brak reakcji na zgłoszenie usterki takiej jak nie zamykające sie drzwi od toalety więc ciężko jest sie załatwiać przy otwartych drzwiach do pokoju w którym są inne osoby . Personel przyjął uwagę ale nic z tym nie zrobił. Nie jest komfortowy pokój gdzie prysznic nie posiada drzwi i ma mleczna szybę i toaleta również w dodatku sie nie zamykała.
