Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat klaar stond om me op te vangen bij aankomst en me naar de ondergelegen parkeergarage te begeleiden om de huurauto te parkeren.

No existe recepción ni nada de personal en ningún momento del día, aunque es cierto que el anfitrión fue muy atento a nuestra llegada para facilitarnos las llaves y explicarnos el acceso, y vía wasap podíamos contactar con el. Se oye mucho el ruido de la calle, que es muy transitada de noche ya que hay bares en la zona. A mejorar la posibilidad de que no entre luz en la habitación, ya que en una parte de la venta na no hay persiana, sino una contraventana que no evita que la luz del sol entre por la mañana. No se realiza limpieza durante el periodo de estancia en el alojamiento (3 días en mi caso).

La habitación era amplia No te hacen la habitación, NADA. Nosotros estuvimos 4 noches y aparte de no hacer la cama (lo que menos nos importo), no limpiaron el baño y barrieron ningún día, no cambiaron ni las toallas, ni la toalla pequeña que se pone para salir de la ducha. El wifi prácticamente inexistente, se lo comunicamos y su respuesta fue, intentare reiniciar el router

Konaklama sahibi güler yüzlü sempatik biriydi. Nevresim ve bornoz veriyorlar. Chek-in saatinden 30 dk önce geldik ama bekledik. Chek-in için tam zamanında orda olmanızı tavsiye ederim. Oda çok küçüktü. Valizlerimizi açamadık bile. Ayrıca odada çok sivrisinek vardı gece uyuyamadık. Hava o dönemde bizim şansımıza çok soğuktu ama ısıtıcılar da çalışmıyordu gece üşüdük. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bi yer değil

• Piotr (7/5): Fantastyczna lokalizacja z widokiem na bazylikę Santa Croce. - Ogromny plus za lokalizację. Przydało się ogrzewanie choć to był już koniec marca . Wygodne łóżko Ogólnie na plus Brakowało wyposażenia- jakiś naczyń czy ekspresu do kawy. W pokoju tylko czajnik i 2 filiżanki. Nawet szklanek brak. Mega nieszczelne okna w zasadzie zupełnie nie chronią przed hałasem.
• cecile (9/5): Un super séjour et emplacement - Emplacement tout simplement parfait. Ascenseur pour les bagages. 4ème étage donc le plus loin possible des bruits de la rue. A proximité immédiate des points de visite principaux. Accueil très sympathique de Roberto. État et fournitures de la chambre ...nickel. Literie également. Tout était très bien, mais relativement bruyant la nuit car positionné dans une passante ou les jeunes font la fiesta toute la nuit et le vidage des poubelles en verre tous les matins n'est pas idéal. Un changement de serviettes ou de tapis de sortie de bain à mi-sejour aurait été apprécié mais si on est propre tout va bien 😊.

• Claudio (9/5): Ottima posizione a due passi dal duomo. - Le recensioni degli altri utenti, che ho letto, corrispondono a realtà. Nel senso che i schiamazzi notturni in strada fino a mattina sono davvero fastidiosi, anche se io ho il sonno molto pesante. E anche il fatto che nel bagno della mia stanza c’era una porta che dava nel corridoio della struttura, ma non è stato un problema. Piuttosto la cosa che mi ha un po deluso (ma giusto un po) è stata che il check in si può fare dalle 11, ma se la stanza non è pronta non serve a niente farlo. Infatti, una volta fatto, abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre un’ora per prendere possesso della stanza. Diciamo che il fatto del check in disponibile dalle 11 (che è una rarità) ha influito tantissimo sulla scelta della struttura, perché potevamo metterci a visitare la città senza dover tornare in struttura per farlo. Difatti ho prenotato il costosissimo parcheggio per l’auto per le 11 e avrei potuto evitarlo. Comunque è tutto relativo. Il mio giudizio è positivo. La stanza è ampia, pulita, anche il bagno è spazioso. Il gestore alla reception è gentile e disponibile. Soprattutto è favolosa la posizione, a 2 passi dal duomo.

Siamo stati sfortunati perche tutta la notte si son sentiti schiamazzi e rumori dal vicinato. La camera è parecchio datata, un cuscino in più sarebbe stato graditissimo anche perché ho trovato molto scomodi quelli presenti, come il materasso che non ho trovato, per i miei personali gusti, molto comodo.

Az ágy és a párna elég kényelmetlen, a hűtőszekrény lehetne nagyobb, mivel nincs reggeli, több helyre lenne szükség. A be és ki jelentkezés rugalmassága egyáltalán nem valós.

• Miguele (7/5): Good - The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom were very good. The location was central and at a walking distance to the main tourist attractions. As it was a B&B, we expected to have the breakfast included with the room. However breakfast was not included. We did not realise that it was not a hotel as on the booking site it says hotel A Teatro, that was rather confusing. There was no room cleaning, however we were able to have new towels when needed.

All'arrivo ha accompagnato mio marito al garage, indipendente dal b&b, e alla partenza ci ha aperto il cancello esterno facilitandoci con i bagagli La persiana che non oscurava completamente ed i rumori provenienti dalla strada, che abbiamo sentito fino alle 4 di mattina Inoltre, nessuno è passato a rifare la camera e tantomeno la pulizia del bagno Doccia strana.. mancante del vetro di chiusura.. Mancanti anche gli asciugamani da bidet
• periklis hondros (7/5): - Πρωινο δεν υπηρχε η τοποθεσια του δωματιου ηταν σε αριστη θεση αλλα ειχε πολυ θορυβο απο την γειτονια λογω του πολυσυχναστου δρομου καθως και γιατι η μονωση των θυρων και παραθυρων ηταν κακιστη. Δεν μου αρεσε η μυρωδια της εντονης υγρασιας στο λουτρο/wc καθως και η ασχημη εως ανυποφορη μυρωδια απο το σιφωνι.

• Andreas_Veracruz (7/5): Good, but it can be too noisy at night - Location, it was easy to get there. It is about 15-20 min to walk from the railway station. The host provided clear instructions. Some guests were very noisy at night. It is necessary to be prepared for it - earplugs were our only solution for this situation. We tried to talk to these noisy guests, the message to the host was sent as well, but no results, even the host never answered the message. Some parts of the room need painting and some tiles need fixing.
