- Alain (6/5): À éviter - L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel La propreté de la salle de bain ( voilage taché) cabine de douche cassé, néon hs, petit déjeuner moyen plus, le seveur du petit déjeuner n’échangeait pas les sets en papier après le départ d’un client et se contentait de balayer avec la main, la couette etait décousue ( voir déchirée) le lieu est austère et beaucoup à remettre en état. J’entendais mon voisin ronfler. Crucifi accroché au mur. Si vous êtes fans d’un séjour monacale : c’est génial. Cet hôtel n’est pas un hôtel, c’est plutôt une pension de famille et vraiment sûr côté au niveau du prix. Je ne suis pas critique en général, je désire simplement que d’autres personnes soient aussi déçues comme je l’ai été.

- Serge (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist idyllisch gelegen, ohne Verkehrslärm, und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf Florenz. Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit, gibt gute Tipps, und man kann dort direkt Bustickets kaufen. Dadurch spart man sich den Stress, einen Parkplatz suchen zu müssen. Persönlich finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Für diesen Preis hätte ich ein besseres Frühstück erwartet – ich fand es eher spartanisch. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft veraltet und erinnert mich persönlich an ein religiöses Besinnungshaus, mit dem ich als Kind in Berührung gekommen bin.

- Theresia (9/5): Gute Unterkunft mit Parkplatz in toller Lage - Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick über den Garten und seitlichem Ausblick auf Florenz. Das Bad war offenbar frisch saniert, sehr schön gemacht. Es war alles sauber, das Personal war freundlich und die Gegend ist toll. Der Bus hält unmittelbar vor der Zufahrt zum Hotel, die Tickets gibt es an der Rezeption und somit ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in Florenz ohne das Auto zu nutzen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nichts besonderes aber es gibt alles was man so braucht, inkl. Obst (Äpfel und Orangen, einen Tag gab es Melone). Schön wäre es wenn man den Garten als Gast besser nutzen könnte, wenn es ein paar Liegestühle oder Sitzecken gäbe.

Der Preis (knapp € 129,-/Nacht/Einzelbelegung) war im Verhältnis zum Gebotenen maßlos überteuert: 1) Der Müll von den vorherigen Zimmergästen war nicht geleert (Bananenschalen, Papiertaschentücher, etc). DAS geht gar nicht! 2) Die beiden Einzelbetten waren nichts anderes als quasi lose FELDBETTEN mit extrem weicher Matratze 3) keine zB Taschentücher-Box 4) kein Mini-Kühlschrank 5) kein Safe 6) Frühstück ist noch "ausbaufähig" Solche Dinge erwarte ich mir (nicht) bei einem solchen Preis!!

- Станислава (9/5): В целом, если не брать недостатки проживание запомнилось только хорошими моментами - Было очень удобно, спокойно, отличное местоположение с удобным сообщением транспорта с городом! Каждый раз возвращаясь в номер чувствовалось спокойствие и единение с природой! Рядом есть маленький город Фьезоле с красивым панорамным видом на флоренцию! Как и всегда в отелях Италии проблемы с душем! Лейка душа вся текла и было сложно принять душ! В целом ванная комната требует ремонт косметический! На двухспальной кровати не единый матрас, а 2 односпальных, которые в процессе ночи разъезжались и ты оказывался в дырке, что создавало дискомфорт!

- Isolde (7/5): Gute Basis für einen Städtetrip - Verkehrsgünstig gelegen am Stadtrand in einer schönen Villengegend, rasch in der Innenstadt von Florenz, aber auch in Fiesole, Rezeption bei Fragen ansprechbar, bequemes Bett, Aufzug vorhanden, Frühstück okay Lärm vom Flur und der Aufzug, sowie der Straßenlärm waren zu hören , sehr einfache Ausstattung, alles schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, geruchsintensive Putzmittel im Bad, Personal nicht durchgehend freundlich, im "Garten" gibt es keine Sitzgelegenheit

Personale della reception praticamente assenti, un mezzo sorriso e un ciao tanto per e a parte questo la nota dolente sono le pulizie della stanza, abbiamo avuto 3 giorni di bagno sporco, il lavandino come lo lasciavamo lo ritrovavamo e nonostante lo abbiano fatto presente al personale (personale che secondo me non capiva nemmeno l'italiano) non lo facevano. Peccato perché la struttura merita veramente di più.

- Serhii (4/5): Вся правда про номер за 140€ на околицях Флоренції - Гарна природа, непоганий сніданок, привітний персонал, зручна парковка. В номері дуже воняло дезінфектором. Кондиціонер не працював на обігрів (трішки врятував електричний обігрівач, але не можливо виставити потрібну температуру, тому вночі доводилось вставати та вимикати, бо було дуже жарко). Кришка на унітазі була зламана, тому було не зручно сидіти. Батарея для сушки рушників також не працювала. У ванній була відбита та облізла штукатурка. Рушник для ніг який лежав мокрий на підлозі не змінили на наступний день, просто підняли його з підлоги і мокрим поклали на парапет душевої. Гелі для душу також не поклали, хоча ми їх всі використали. Лампа над дзеркалом у ванній кімнаті не працювала. Була терасса, але вихід на неї зроблений вікном, а не дверима. Також дуже сильна чутність між номерами.

- Sebastiano Leonardo (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Struttura curata e incantevole, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Fiesole. La colazione molto buona e il parcheggio interno gratuito comodissimo. Staff SUPER !!!!
- Vladyslav (8/5): - The hotel is located in a picturesque area 2-3 km from the main sightseeings. BTW, the bus stop is right at the hotel. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. And I liked the breakfast. A lot to choose. Thanks a lot for that. I had some issues with WI-FI but wasn't that bad. Sometimes I needed just to wait a bit to get connected. It was pretty cold in room for me. There was heating of course, but still didn't help. You can regulate heating but... Still cold.

- Fabien (8/5): - Hôtel en dehors du centre ville, au calme. La vue de la chambre donnant sur Florence est très agréable. Parking très pratique et gratuit pour la voiture. Ascenseur dans l hôtel. La chambre est mal insonorisée, on entend les conversations du couloir ou des voisins de chambre. La décoration est minimaliste. La salle du petit déjeuner est encaissée et n a pas de vue. L'hôtel a un jardin mais on n en profite pas. Le personnel de l accueil ne donne pas trop d indication pour le bus, on s est débrouillé seuls, mais cela reste un très bon moyen de se rendre à Florence.
