- Hans (10/5): Fabulous week in a wonderful boutique hotel. - Beautiful small boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Near good restaurants from a reasonably priced authentic Sicilian place (don’t miss the gelato) to the fabulous Molto. Metro station is a short walk - it’s a real neighborhood, not at all touristy. Please note, just an observation — the immediate area is hilly and the property has steps.

I have easly got answered to all questions asked asked and I felt well taken care of. Ease filled experience. Thank you!
- ciro (10/5): - Eccezionale
- Anna (10/5): Extraordinary pleasant - We stayed for a long weekend at the property and from the very beginning the hosts were extraordinary warm and friendly. We got the coffee in the morning even not asking about that and the room was every day tided by the room service. The host Maria-Theresa was like Coco Channel, gorgeous seniora with lovely kittens in the yard where my daughter played. We stayed like at home in Rome with grate gratefulness and pleasure. Many thanks and greetings from Alemannia.

- Grace (9/5): Idyllic stay in Rome - Suite Oriani is a great place to stay in Rome. The best part about the hotel is the owner and the staff. They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you. When we wanted to go to a Laundromat the owner simply offered to do our laundry for us free of charge!! Amazing hospitality!! Like every thing. Wish the room had Blinds as the thin/ sheer curtains do not keep the light out in the morning.
- Marcel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sameer (10/5): - This is a special place for the discerning traveller. Beautifully kept and in a quiet place away from the crowds. Would recommend. Thank you for a perfect stay!
- Marina (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome - Wonderful apartments in the most beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It’s our second time here, and once again we’re delighted. Everything is very comfortable and beautifully designed. Nothing👍
- lindsy (10/5): The best rest in Rome... - The staff were amazing from the Manager Alexandro to our day staff Alberto they were friendly, helpful and attentive. Great location with walking to grocery and services. You use taxi, metro, walk to anywhere in Rome. The house and suite are artwork themselves, hand cut parquet beautiful floors. AC,porch,a great retreat after a long day in Rome. We will be back
- Katrina (10/5): A wonderful memory! - Suite Oriani is located in the quiet Parioli district of northern Rome. The owner, Alessandro, was very welcoming and his majordomo Marco greeted us each morning with coffee and biscuits. Suite Oriani is not a “full-service” hotel, meaning there is not a 24-hour desk clerk or room service; but if you need anything you can always contact the owner and you should not worry about coming in after dinner because the neighborhood is very safe. The atmosphere inside Suite Oriani is also very nice. You can eat in local cafes, patisseries and restaurants; and it is easy to reach the hotel from the Roma Termini station with the 223 bus. You can pick it up opposite the ancient Baths of Diocletian after riding the Leonardo Express train into Rome from Fiumicino Airport.
The hotel and neighborhood were very peaceful. Parioli is something like Zurich but grander and more colorful because it is in Italy. Behind the gate of Suite Oriani were a lovely little porch and drive where you could have coffee and maybe say “hello” to a neighborhood cat. The house looks like an old brick mansion carefully maintained. Its rooms sit around and above a pleasant little foyer. Our room was lovely: tastefully equipped with older wooden furniture decorated with marquetry and cast bronze fittings. There was a carafe for hot water and a small fridge. The bathroom was all stone tile in shades of beige. Very pretty!
If you are a traveller who does not like to stay in a big box hotel with sealed windows or you would like to be away from the more crowded areas of Rome, Suite Oriani is perfect. If you like to stroll after a quiet dinner past beautiful Mediterranean art deco buildings and embassies, then this is the place for you. I had a wonderful time there with my daughter and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect.
- Rosa (10/5): I would definitely return and recommend! - Delightful place and delightful people, willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay.
- Sandro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alesja (8/5): Very good -

- Susan (10/5): Suite Oriani was an amazing place to stay, beautiful and peaceful. - Well this is a definite gem for hotels!! The Oriani is in a smaller neighborhood near Villa Borghese. It is 5 mins to the taxi stand or bus to the metro.
As soon as you walk through the gate, you are surrounded by flowers and a lovely house. The garden area is beautiful.
It is self serve entry, and we walked up to the 2nd floor and our room had a lovely balcony that overlooks some other buildings which all have flowers and trees.
The room is wonderful, has a shower, toilet and bidet. They supply towels and shampoo and conditioner.
The bed is one of the best beds I have slept in, in Europe, without being a large hotel chain. There is a little sitting area, and lighting is good.
The other gem of this hotel is Alvaro, he is a very hard worker, likes to chat, well we tried to understand each other and did well!! He brought us coffee, cookies and orange juice every morning, and always was available for any other problems or concerns we had. Like getting a taxi!! He was very nice and helpful. The Suite Oriani has it all put together.
There is not one thing I would change.
Unless you want to be closer to the action of Rome.
However, we found the business of Rome and all the attractions too much, and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood at the end of the day.
- 258alejandrad (4/5): Disappointing - No one to help, we had to call knock the door for being able to ask to pay, no daily towels or bedding suite n1 no drawers for clothes we had to leave our small que lleguen hoy
clothes in our suitcase the whole time, no coffee tea or sugars we have to buy our own, they dont leave anything out for replacement the owners never on site if you stay here it is a guaranteed that if you need anything no one is there. For the price paid it is the minimum. The pictures and deco nice but to rent rooms you need to understand the customer service has to be of high standard. This place is in a slope not suitable for walking difficulties
- William (10/5): - I would stay here again. Safe and quiet. Also, the room was roomy (twice the size of the hotel room I stayed in in the city center) and not stuffy (so no ventilation issues, unlike the other place I stayed at).
Some practical things to keep in mind:
1. An official white taxi from the city center to Suite Oriani, metered, cost me around 11 euros while an Uber (either a true Uber or the same taxi through the Uber app) would ask for 14 to 22 euros. So, maybe don't take Uber to the hotel since taxis are easy to catch in the center of the city.
2. I did have an eye mask with me, which I recommend bringing because there are no blackout curtains and you might have a building with lights across the street.
3. Water in the shower might not be hot, sometimes lukewarm, but is totally OK imo, at least in October when it's warm. No idea how it is in the colder months, so maybe inquire ahead of time if it's a concern.
4. City tax is collected at the end in cash. Make sure to have cash ready for that.
5. Suite Oriani offers a wash-and-fold laundry service, but (a) make sure you then request it with enough time for your clothes to air dry as there is no drier (and hang-air-drying is the norm in Italy), and (b) you will, I think, need cash for that too, so ask the owner ahead of time.

- Mirena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Niko (10/5): Exceptional - This perfect location within walking distance from Parco della Musica. Very nice and clean room.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -

- Auriane (10/5): Beautiful stay at Suite Oriani, we would come back anytime! It was great to discover the district Parioli, very charming -
- Marina (9/5): For sure will stay again here👍 - Very nice district and area around. Super comfort apartment. Nothing to say.
- Alina (10/5): Exceptional - exemplary cleaning is done every day, the hosts offer you everything you need. the location is in a quiet area. everything was ok, nothing to complain about. thanks for the morning coffee
- Hadeel (10/5): Wonderful choice - Lies in a classy quiet area, very clean and quiet. A few minutes away from center and very well known by taxi-drivers. Friendly staff and very supportive. Reasonable prices. Its going to be my no.1 choice whenever I decide to visit Romw.
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Crn (9/5): A very nice place - The place is located near the auditorium in a historic building and at 5 min away from the main transporting systems, you can be at piazza Popolo in 15 min.
Very quiet location full off lush green.
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
The access can be done at any hour as you can use one code from the main gate to the room itself. The room is rather small, compared with others off the same price.
During the first night it was a bit chilly, and even the AC was set on heating and the temp turned to 30C degrees, it just circulated the air.
- Aurora (10/5): Exceptionally clean and in a beautiful area close to centre. -
- Andrei (7/5): Good - Ok Although the ad on Boouking clearly says that all taxes are included. Similarly, when you book the room and pay, it tells you that all taxes are included (VAT + city tax), the owner harasses you with messages and on the phone, asking you once again for the city tax of 6 euros per person. If the tax is paid in the room price, as shown by Booking, why is it asking me for an additional tax? Shame! I do not recommend!
- Avaani (8/5): Very good - Hotel was lovely and clean and comfortable A little bit further away from the city centre than what we were expecting
- Kangudie Olivier (10/5): - Very nice property, safe, upscale residential area
- Anila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Soha (10/5): Very nice place to stay at feels very cozy and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. - The staff is amazing! The very best! Very kind and helpful.
The neighbourhood is very safe and calm.
There are bus stops that are just a couple of mins away and they’re well connected to all the different places. Nothing to complain of to be honest
- Dagmar (9/5): Superb -
- Jeanette (9/5): Very enjoyable stay , having a good host and friendly staff having a - Breakfast was delivered to my room every morning by a lovely member of staff. I had a choice of what i would like to eat for my breakfast and at what time. The host and staff are so very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was good and really convenient for me as i could travel to the venues of the concerts i was attending quite easily. Public transport is five minutes walk away and wherever you want to travel to the services are quite frequent. Suite Oriani is a lovely place to stay for peace and quiet after a hectic day sightseeing. I would highly recommend a stay here. It's only a personal preference and can't please everyone, I just found the bed a little too hard for me. Everything else was great.
- Nicoleta (10/5): We loved the place. - Quiet location.Easy to get to the bus station.I would recommend it big time 😊
- Nadine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bianca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lan (9/5): Superb -
- Stefan (9/5): I recommend this to anyone who wants a more quiet and green stay in Rome. - A very pleasant and small guest house with comfortable rooms. it’s a bit off, but there are plenty of public transportation options nearby. the neighbourhood in itself is calm, green and very stylish. Very helpful housekeepers. My only complaint are the pillows. They are of the cheapest kind and not really comfortable. This is unfortunately a common problem in Italy,

- Linda (9/5): Suite Oriani is a special hotel with excellent staff and is a place to return to. - The room was very comfortable and quiet. The AC worked well when we needed it, the room was dark for sleeping. Renaudo (spelling?) was friendly and helpful and kept us supplied with towels, etc. and kept the room clean. Federico was excellent-he saw to our needs immediately and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The hotel was close to our daughter’s apartment and close to many restaurants and shopping. We will stay again if we have the opportunity. We would have liked to have a top sheet on the bed as the comforter was too heavy but a light cover was needed. We also would have liked to have washcloths. The hot water pot and supplies would be easier to access and use if they were on a higher table and there were two outlets - one for the pot and one for the refrigerator.
- Rebecca (10/5): After busy days in Rome, staying at the Suite Oriani and dining nearby was a welcome restorative. - My husband and I stayed at the Suite Oriani for five nights in early May of this year. We had been looking for a room in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the historic section of Rome. By staying at the Suite Oriani, we not only found a comfortable and well-appointed room with its own bathroom (modern bathroom, air conditioning, with antiques) in an historic building in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood, but also a kind and gracious host, Alessandro. Even before we arrived, he texted us to share recommendations on places to eat, all details about the bus (we took a bus from the train station), how to get to museums and places downtown and what not to miss while in Rome. He helped us understand how to operate the blinds (with a remote control) without laughing. He also arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. Housekeeper Renata did a great job keeping everything looking beautiful. Be sure to say "yes" when she offers to make you espresso in the morning! Suite Oriani was a pleasant walk from downtown, just north of the Villa Borghese gardens/park. The room had lots of outlets for charging phones and laptops. There is a mini-Carrefour grocery on the nearby street with many excellent restaurants, which was convenient for picking up bottles of seltzer water. Thank you very much, Alessandro, for your kindness and hospitality. We hope to return some day. There is nothing to not like.
- Ritamaria81 (10/5): Exceptional - The area and the location were perfect. Calm and close to the bus station and the metro.
Alessandro is a wonderful host, always ready to guide and help.
The place felt like home and the check-in and out were very smooth. Nothing literally. But next time I would book a bigger room.
- Ramona (10/5): wonderful people, always helpful and smiling . I will come back again, for sure - great location, beautiful villa, I totally recommend it
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Piergiuseppe (6/5): low value for money - position narrow stairs to get into the room, bad smell coming from closet under the sink, bidet only hot water, poor breakfast, approximate cleaning.
- Maksim (10/5): Amazing host, location and services. We recommend. - Nice Italian style breakfast.
- Павел (10/5): We do the right choice! - The location was perfect. Very closed to the park. Every morning we stand up with bird songs. It was a small garden outside the hotel. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was good. We prefer these place to any travellers. Nothing!
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arnaud (8/5): Very good - Kindly staff, beautiful location, the most friendly cat, clean rooms Disappointed by the quality and confort or mattress
- Bojana (9/5): Superb -
- Josteinj (9/5): Superb - We've been before. The location is perfect - the embassy area of Rome and the house itself is something special. This time we were upstairs and the room was a bit smaller than the one we had downstairs. One station on the subway to the centre of Rome and some great restaurants within walking distance. Our rental car was parked outside and someone crashed into it overnight. Of course no fault of the facility.
- Vladimir (10/5): We loved every day our our stay in this beautiful and quite place. - Everything tbh.
This is a great place for vacation. It is just a heaven.
Great staff.
Great service.
- Anonymous (9/5): you should prefer - the location is great. after one stop by train, you can get the center. also if you would like to walk to center , both the envoirement is so beatiful and it takes 25 minutes with children. i really recommend suite orani. Also, the staff is very helpfull during any time. lastly, in the morning you can hear birds pipes.
- Roshan (9/5): Relaxing, royal and a nice neighborhood for staying in Rome - We really enjoyed the breakfast both from the quality and quantity perspective and loved that it is served in the room. The interiors of the room are nice, and fresh and give a royal feeling. The bathroom is of good size. The little terrace in the room is perfect for summer/sunny days to sit and relax, The neighborhood is really safe, quiet, and green. The location is slightly outside the main attraction area but we actually enjoyed it because it's a short walk from the main attractions but gives us access to non-touristy and authentic restaurants. Actually, the main city garden is just 900 meters and another 500 meters you are within the old walls. Overall a nice and relaxing experience. There could have been a better closet to keep or hang the clothes but not at all an issue.
- Petr (10/5): Exceptional - It was very nice hotel. I like check in and accomodation processes. We felt us as in home. Many thanks!
- Filippa (10/5): lovely breakfast beautiful area close to the center ❤️ highly recommended 🙏 -
- Olga (9/5): overall the stay was very pleasant mainly due to wonderful staff who are really friendly and looked after us - The location is great and the property is very stylish and Italian)) there is no room or area outside your actual room
- Nadine (9/5): Superb -
