• Georg (8/5): Kurztrip nach Venedig. - Die Lage und der Preis. Selbstverständlich das Hotel selbst. Hotel liegt 3 min von der Anlegestelle Academia entfernt und in 10 min ist man am Markusplatz. In unmittelbarer Umgebung kann man gut und günstig essen. Für 2 - 3 Tage in Venedig, wenn man nicht zu viel fürs Nächtigen mit Frühstück ausgeben möchte, ist dieses Hotel meine erste Wahl. Alles gepasst.

• MICHAEL (7/5): Enjoyed our stay in a clean facility with friendly staff and a great location. - Location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was decent size (even though online photos are very deceiving). Appreciated having beverages in the mini fridge. AC didn’t work so had to open windows and are now covered in mosquito bites. Online photos made it seem to have canal view which it definitely does not have.

• Hannah (9/5): - Großartige Lage, ruhig und zentral in einem alten Palazzo, mehrere Vaporetto-Stationen in der Nähe. Geräumiges Zimmer, freundlicher Service. Alles bestens! Die Wände sind dünn, man hört jedes Wort der Zimmernachbarn. Sonst alles top.

• Stephanie (9/5): Ideal accomodation - The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Location was central and close to major attractions. More towels for drying hair please otherwise everything was perfect
• LIVIA (9/5): Great location, calm, clean and very nice staff - The location could not have been better. The pictures shared are not of the Hotel itself, but of the property front building across their patio. The hotel is at 3 steps from the Academy bridge and great for Dorsedouro, Campo di ST Stefano, but less crowded and much calmer than areas closer to Piazza St Marco and Rialto. Close to Academia, Zattere vaporetto stops and 10 min to St Angelo’s orange line to airport. Antonella, the breakfast hostess was great never pushing you to finish faster: the coffee croissants, and the salty daily pies a vegetarian and ham/cheese) were very good . If the orange juice was freshly squeezed the note will be even higher. The price is not low for a 2 star hotel, this is not a ‘charming venetian’ place. In addition to RAI, a TV news channel would be a plus. ( international news channels ( French, Quatari, British or Euronews) would have been a good way to end the day.

• Magdalena (6/5): Walking distance to a lot of top destinations, but bring ear plugs for better night sleep, it’s kind of busy alley. - Close to everything, comfy beds, really nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Location makes for a good stay! Kind of loud, even at nighttime, despite windows being closed you could hear groups of people walking by being rather vocal. Bathroom didn’t “smell clean “ upon arrival.

• Nicholas (9/5): - Although it was in early April, the humidity was already high and we had no air conditioning in our room since it was controlled at the building level, but rather heat (which was too much) so we had to open our windows to stay cool enough to sleep, which was not ideal given the high humidity. Otherwise the room and property were fantastic and in a great location.

This property is on Academia Bridge a walk overlooking to the water bus and only 10-15 to st Marco Square Not extras in the bathroom like body lotion and shower cap !

• pia (9/5): Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal, fin och lite lugnare miljö mitt i Venedig. - Området är trevligt, hotellet ligger i en lite lugnare gränd mitt i Venedig med perfekt avstånd till alla sevärdheter och biennal området. Rummet var fint, rent och rymligt och frukosten väldigt bra. Nära till Vaporetto station.

• Andrea Giovanni (8/5): Molto piacevole e nonostante il caos la stanza molto tranquilla e il letto comodo - Posizione perfetta, in un bel palazzo appena ristrutturato, tutto nuovo e ben tenuto Non c’era il caffè, c’era un bollitore ma solo con tè. Il mini bar era invece ben fornito. Si faceva un po’ fatica a capire il funzionamento delle luci.

• Sanchez (7/5): Estancia con encanto pero relación calidad precio, algo caro. - La ubicación al lado de donde coges el vaporeto, y la conexión con las calles para ir andando es muy buena. Las habitaciones que salen publicadas están muy bien pero ninguna da al canal, la imagen de la fachada pertenece al museo que hay delante del alojamiento y yo lo reservé creyendo que eran habitaciones con vistas al canal, se debería especificar porque crea confusión y engaño.

• Philip (4/5): Decent location, not the best hotel. - Amazing to have a private boat from & to the airport docks, from the front of the hotel. The staff were amazing apart from one of evening staff, he was rude, unhelpful and very argumentative! I would avoid this hotel just based on him and his attitude. The hotel is in a decent location, but no matter where you stay, you're walking miles in Venice. Very uncomfortable beds & pillows, no power outlets apart from 1 in the bathroom which isn't ideal for a family of 4 with phones and ipads. Safe didn't work and don't be fooled by the photos, there is no view of the grand canal.

A recepção é em um ponto e os quartos precisa sair à rua para adentrar outra porta, mas parece que isso é comum em Veneza.

• Praveen (9/5): A Central Location with a great view of Venice around the Corner - Foresteria Levi is right around the corner from the Accademia bridge, that offers the best (and the most recognizable view) of Venice. The location is also quite central, about 15-20 minutes (depending on speed) walking distance to both Realto Bridge and San Marco Square/Basilica and Doge's Palace. The hotel is reachable from Santa Lucia Train Station or Bus Station in Piazzale Roma via Vaporetto No. 2 (Stop Accademia) or No. 5.1 (Zattare). It is definitely possible to rely on public transport to go around (if necessary) and to reach train/bus stations and eventually the airport. The rooms we stayed are located in a buiding adjacent to the historical building with the waterfront. It is accessable only with a card or a code, so we felt quite safe. There is an elevator in the building, which was handy with our heavy luggage. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and nicely organized. Room also had a kettle, free tea and a minibar (at cost). The beds were super comfy and there were extra pillows for those of us who need two. Bathroom/shower was clean and had all the basics. Overall, very satisfied that we picked this one over hundreds of other options. Would do it again. Nothing major.

• Amy (8/5): Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it was a good location. - It was clean and a good location to grand canal to get Vaporetto. Staff was very friendly. After hours there is no one at desk if you need something. One singe bed didn’t have sheets and we don’t realize it until the desk was closed. It was warm in the rooms and we couldn’t turn the AC on due to time of year. We didn’t want to keep windows opened because we kept hearing bugs buzzing around our ears when we tried to fall asleep.

Close to so many gelato grocery and restaurant… No view from window but it’s a known thing- so technically shouldn’t count :)
