- AnnaPapagena (9/5): Citynahe Unterkunft, um Florenz zu Fuß zu erkunden - Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Piazzale Michelangelo, zur Ponte Vecchio 20 Minuten. Super Frühstückscafè mit internationalem Frühstück direkt nebenan, parken vor der Haustür möglich. Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich in der Küche an Kaffee, Tee und Joghurt zu bedienen. Etwas laut, da direkt am Kreisverkehr gelegen, direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster (ebenerdig) befindet sich außerdem eine Nebenstraße, so daß man manchmal das Gefühl hatte, die Motorroller fahren durchs Zimmer.

- muki77 (7/5): 주요관광지와 가까운 숙소입니다. - 미켈란젤로 광장을 도보로 이용할수있습니다. ZTL외곽이라 렌트카 이용객이 이용하기 좋습니다. 두오모성당 및 주요 관광지도 도보 이용가능합니다. 조식은 제공되지않지만 별도의 식사공간이 준비되어있고 무료로 간단한 빵이나 요거트 및 음료도 준비되어 있습니다. 밤에 에어컨 전원이 꺼져서 아침까지 작동이 되지않아 창문을 열었는데 모기때문에 밤잠을 설쳤습니다. 그리고 별도의 작은 주차공간이 있으나, 유로로 이용해야 했습니다.

It was walking distance to restaurants and the centre. Very affordable. It is basic in terms of very few extras. No safe, no remote for AC in room (there in April), no water in kitchen, breakfast very basic.

It is close to Terrazze Michelangelo and walkable distance to all the main monuments in the city. It was also a very quiet and peaceful refuge at night after busy days. Has parking available and the owners/staff are absolutely lovely and accommodating!

The beds were comfortable and we had the possibility to have some coffee there in the morning. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. It wasn't bad but not to great either. The price is rather elevated but in comparison to other places in the city still acceptable...

- Ellie (7/5): One night stay - The location was great. We travelled by car so it was very easy to reach the centre. The room was nice. It reflected the outside of the villa. The only thing I feel like commenting on is the bed. A bit too firm for my liking. It wouldn't stop me from booking again, though.

- Paul (5/5): It was okay. - Location near to tourist areas and to "local:" less touristy areas. Got good local vibe in latter areas, e.g. Grand Cru Bar a highlight! No direct contact or conversation with host- all via messaging- impersonal. Room was good but nowhere to sit outside of the building. The previous garden is now a small car park. Larger cars may not fit through the car park gate. We only just got in with side mirrors folded.

- Joanne (8/5): Fantastic location with off road parking. Buses nearby. - The location is superb with the added bonus of off street parking for 10 Euros/ night. The check in was flexible and friendly. The self catering aspect (a tick box on Booking.com) is very limited . There is a communal room with tables and chairs,a microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine but no sink or kettle or cooking facilities. We managed with ready made salads and heated water in the microwave to make tea.

The walls are very thin so we could hear noise from the other rooms. The shower was good, but the shower head was quite calcified so needed cleaning. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible hotel!! Do N O T go there! The owner are rude and not pleasant at all. It looked like they didn't want us to be there. The breakfast is a joke! We couldn't believe they charged us for it. The rooms stinks with mold. it was just a nightmare!
- Nayoung (10/5): 조용하고 깨끗한 호텔 - The owner Christina is so kind and rooms are very good. I like the high roof and also you can park a car in side the villa for 5 or 10 euro (I can not remember exactly fee.) Breakfast is good and you can walk to Piazzale Michelangelo by 10 min.

- Eric (10/5): - Cet hôtel est très bien situé et possède un parking dans une cour intérieure, ce qui est très utile à Florence. L'accès au centre-ville à pied prend moins de 15 minutes. Il n'y a pas de personnel sur place en tout temps (seulement en matinée), mais un soutien téléphonique est disponible au besoin. Le personnel a été très sympathique et aidant pour optimiser notre séjour à Florence.

- Lasse Lund (6/5): Centralt hotel, men dårlig morgenmad - Godt placeret hotel i gå afstand fra centrum. Elendig morgenmad. Ingen ost, ingen skinke og ingen æg. Kaffen blev serveret af stewarden, der ofte var optaget. Mangler en kaffemaskine, som man selv kan betjene. Gode rum og senge.
- Gregory (4/5): Traffic Noise - The Hotel / B&B was further away from Firenze Center than I had thought. Also the 'entry' arrangements were a little uncertain (no person on site). The only "pay" breakfast of all my Italy hotel stays. And room No 1 which I had, is VERY noisy with traffic and late night party crowd at nearby 'pub'. Given all of that, still a nice enough place.
- Armelle (10/5): Allez y alle rampe ! - Bien situé à Florence même s'il faut marcher un peu pour le centre historique . Facile à trouver gérante et personnel très symythique. Par contre on pensait trouver un hôtel classique alors que c'est un b and b. Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais l'annonce internet n'est pas claire à ce niveau et cela peut gêner certaines personnes. Autrement tout était parfait.
- L L Lee (8/5): - Villa Alle Rampe is a lovely bungalow located next to the river (kind of across the street) with a lovely garden. Christina (the manager) is very hospitable and helpful indeed. It was a pleasant stay for me and my sister.
