• Mikael (4/5): Нормальные двери и окна установить, воду и всё удобства провести - Персонал нормальный, помогали, кондиционер классный, Амазон прайм был, уютно в подъезде, рядом можно сказать главный вокзал, продуктовые Район полный отстой, будто переехал в Индию, частично грязно, и нет ощущения, что ты в Италии, вообще, скорее Бразилия. Номер прям маленький, мы рассчитывали, что будет только кровать, так было буквально, так как нет мест подвинуться лишний раз, номер только для ночлега. В душе редко нормальная горячая(теплая) вода появляется. Фен искрит, убит, страшно включать. Был второй фен, вроде его не протестировали. Мы жили на последнем этаже, и нам прилагалась терраса, но там гуляли сотрудники по своим делам, хозяйственный блок. Также окна наши открывались с двух сторон, то есть с террасы тоже. Двери и стены будто из картона сделаны, это ужас. Рядом ресторанов нормальных мало. В общем, когда мы приехали, мы моментально пожалели и разочаровались в Италии. Еще и вайфай на нашем этаже не ловил вовсе, пришлось раздавать с телефона, чтобы смотреть фильмы на телевизоре

• Eduard (10/5): Great location in a quiet neighborhood. - We had the quad room, simple amenities and brand new room and bathroom. We enjoyed that it was located centrally but in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to this affordable gelato, so we enjoyed the gelato every night before going home. We like to drink tea or hot drinks before retiring and when walking up. We would have loved those facilities, Just kettle and cups to boil make a small cup of tea.

Ovviamente non è consigliabile per un soggiorno lungo, ma per trascorrere una notte o due va bene. Buona la posizione e camera essenziale ma pulita. Camera piccola. Non ha l'ascensore, quindi bisogna salire anche diversi piani a piedi. Il personale alla reception non particolarmente gentile o disponibile

Las fotos no se correspondían con la realidad, la habitación era bastante pequeña, la puerta corredera del baño hacía un ruido terrible y aunque nos hacían la cama todos los días no nos cambiaban ni las sábanas ni las toallas, a parte de que no limpiaban la habitación.

Este sitio ES UNA ESTAFA!!!! las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. Si solo fuera eso y no que el edificio entero está mugroso, huele a tabaco, la habitación que nos ofrecieron estaba en un zulo construido e la terraza y tenía lagartos dentro, las sabanas sucias, todo muy mal a demás de el ambiente intimidante que existe dentro y fuera del edificio, no me senti segura siquiera de dejar mis cosas allí. Son incapaces de reconocer que es una estafa y le dejan todo el marrón a la página de reservas . No se os ocurra caer aquí por el precio "competitivo" hay sitios alrededor de tres estrellas y trato muy decente por menos. Que ha sido una estafa integral, las fotos no son las que están aquí, te quieren ofrecer primero una habitación que está en un zulo, todo el edificio huele a tabaco. Tiene bichos dentro, las sábanas se ven sucias el ambiente inseguro, no nos pudimos quedar porque veníamos con niños.
• Oğuzhan (3/5): - When I went to the Hotel, the receptionist took all the booking money via credit card and then he told me that the room had a water leakage problem, our room is in a different apartment 150 meter away. I had spoken to them early on the same day and they didn’t say me anything until they took the full payment. Anyway, it is not easy to make last minute changes with a family of 4 and luggage so we went to our new room. Of course it was much worse then what I had booked. The bathroom was not clean, internet was very slow and always cut off. Shower head was broken, door frame of the bathroom was broken. In short the room deserved half of my payment. I advise you to stay away from this property.

• Rado (2/5): The worst possible stayover. Avoid at any cost. - There were ants in the room, they got tonthe fridge that infested our food. The shower leaks into the main room. The check in time is not correct. It says 11:00 am, then we were allowed to check in at 10:00 am, but when we made it to the place - we were told we should check in at 16:30. We payed the city tax cash and they never returned the change. The pictures and the rooms do not match. Avoid this place at any cost!

• Iana (4/5): It was okay, but wouldn’t give it a second chance. - Location- it’s 20 mins from Colosseum. The staff didn’t speak english at all, it was really hard to communicate with them, room was cleaned, but the bathroom had some mould on the ceiling. Also room didn’t have bedspreads, it was just cover and sheet, it was really hard to sleep with it. Weren’t enough hangers and not enough space in the room for the clothes. Also it was huge echo in the hotel, so during the night we could hear everything that was going on at the reception and on the staircase. Once they have forgotten to bring cleaned towels in to the room and didn’t clean the bathroom.

The location worked for us and it was decent enough to just stay. The toilet was facing a corner wall that stuck out, so had to sit sideways on the toilet, then the toilet would wobble and the seal came off and flooded the floor. The shower was good. It'd be nicer to know what the room looked like beforehand, and not feel like it was misrepresented. Good walking distance to colosseum.

• Cristina (8/5): Very good - Room on the 4th floor was just renovated and clean. Location was perfect, close to the metro and bus, walking distance to the Colosseum. We received a card with a discount for a good restaurant nearby. They clean the room daily and provide water. Stains on sheets and towels, even though everything else was clean.

(The area itself is not very good, but it is close to the Colosseum and Termini) The room did not correspond to the photo, there is no sound insulation, everything can be heard very well from the street, from the building itself, the room is for three, and there was only one bed, although before that it was discussed that we needed two separate ones (after a reminder, they added a folding bed). The room itself is terrible, there was no coffee table as indicated, only one bedside table (a second one was delivered on the third night) The room is in bad condition, the walls are dirty, something is smeared somewhere in the bathroom, the toilet is bad, the room was hardly cleaned (the floor was rarely washed, the garbage was taken out every day). The room seems extremely old, does not match the photo. Resting in the room is difficult.

The bathroom sink has no additional stand or place to put toothpaste, toothbrush. The bedsheets or bed cover don't change even we stay for 3 nights, the towels provided are obviously been used for years.

• miriamwS1456PQ (2/5): AWFUL AND LIARS - AWFUL AND LIARS! The pictures you see online have nothing to do with the place. It is barely a guest house. We were with children and decided not to stay. There was no one at reception when we arrived. We were waiting in the street. There was a dirty mattress on the floor by the door. The door and interphone were not working. No sound proofing. We cold hear everything in the building. We were told they would charge us 1 night and reimburse 2 nights with a big smile when we decided to leave. After 2 weeks of messaging them, they said they will not reimburse us.

• Wright (1/5): Lies and lies. Avoid. - Nothing. To be avoided. The property is not a hotel. You might want to call it a guest house at most. There was no one at reception when we first arrived. We only entered the property, because a guest was leaving. The staff did not speak Italian. They replied to me in English saying they did not know what language I was speaking. The photos are completely misleading. This is a building that was renovated superficially and poorly to claim the name hotel. The room did not look like the pictures. Honestly, I did not feel safe health wise and in the property. I was in Rome for a family trip with 2 young kids. I decided not to stay in this place and booked another hotel even if it meant losing money. They agreed to charge us 1 night instead of 3 and reimburse us the next day. No news since. The pictures are lies and they lied to our face. Avoid at all costs!

Close to the colosseum and lots of shops nearby. Wasn't hella ghetto or anything BUT there were ants. Like every morning I would wake up and there would be an ant on my nightstand and in the bathroom too. It wasn't anything crazy and I never saw more than 6 ants in a spot but I was getting annoyed of them by the 3rd day. The AC system also needs and update and I literally slept in a see through sheet. Shit was aight, if you're on a budget it's a nice place and tbh it's not great (maybe not even good) but it's definitely not terrible. Regardless to the rumors or there being a smell... there is no smell. The ANTS, the AC, the see through sheets and the Bidet stains

I’ve never stayed in Italy so I don’t know if this is normal or not to supply these things . To buy coffee in italy it’s horrible I don’t think they use hot water . The room was cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels in the shower room .

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were very kind and I had everything I needed. Overall, it was excellent value for the price paid.
