• Jeff Jurach (10/5): Would stay here again without question. - Great location in a safe neighborhood near the marina. Close to metro, several quality restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned. Hostess (Emanuela) was very, very helpful arranging transportation, providing advice for restaurants tailored to our specific desires.
• Angela (6/5): - Room was basic but comfortable and clean. No change available for city tax and change not provided next day as required. Staff vaping in reception outside room. Ocean View as booked, but really only if you went out on to the balcony and peered round to the left. Only one roll of toilet paper so ran out day 2.

• Carmela (10/5): Consigliato - Ho trascorso solo 1 notte con la famiglia in questa struttura. Bella camera vista mare. Pulita e spaziosa. Bellissimo palazzo storico. Posizione ottima vicino alla metro mergellina. Non ho riscontrato nessun aspetto negativo.

• minoru (9/5): 快適でした。すぐそばのピザ屋が美味い。 - スタッフは親切でした。空港シャトルも手配してくれた。推薦してくれたレストランは、凄くおいしかった。 特にないが、空港シャトルが現金が必要なら、先に言ってくれた方が助かります。

Ma ciò che ha reso l’esperienza davvero speciale è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria — sempre sorridente, attenta a ogni esigenza e pronta a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Si percepisce la passione con cui gestisce la struttura. Consigliatissimo, non vedo l’ora di tornare!

• Antonella (10/5): - Zona fantastica sul lungomare vicino a fermata di bus e metro, camera pulita con bel balconcino vista piazza e mare, lo staff molto disponibile e gentile, lo consiglio.
• Nicolas (7/5): - Il s’agit d’une petite structure de 5 chambres, située au troisième étage d’un immeuble. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. La réceptionniste nous a beaucoup aidés durant notre séjour. La literie est assez confortable. Des petits biscuits et des confitures sont mis à disposition pour le petit-déjeuner dans la chambre. Celle-ci est nettoyée chaque jour. Nous n’avons pas apprécié que la machine à café se trouve dans le couloir, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. La vue depuis l’hôtel est latérale et ne permet pas réellement d’apercevoir la mer. La rue est bruyante et l’on entend tout dans la chambre, même avec les fenêtres fermées. Toutefois, il s’agit d’une situation courante à Naples, ville où le bruit est omniprésent, quel que soit l’endroit. Il convient également de préciser que l’accès au bâtiment nécessite de monter quelques marches avant d’atteindre l’ascenseur. Enfin, on note la présence de moisissures dans la douche.

• Katie (6/5): Everything we needed for a one night stay. - Great location and view from the balcony. Isabella was very friendly and welcoming, both before and during the stay. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and the snacks in the room were a nice surprise. Very loud and air conditioning temperamental. Thin pillows and sheets. Only one key, which also controlled electricity.

The large windows and daily cleaning were very pleasant. The terrace with a view of the ocean was also great. I'd definitely like to stay here again. Thank you.

• Gaetano (10/5): Back in magic Napoli, this time the..3 of us - We enjoyed our stay in Caracciolo 10, the owner is available and kind, our flight was delayed 1 hour on saturday evening but we had smooth communication and quick check in. The room is very comfortable, and the location fascinating: nearby there we ate the best pizza of our life, in the morning there is plenty of choice for a coffee and pastry. Excellent transport system, easily reachable by metro and bus. Higly recommended

There was dried toast left in the room for breakfast , we left early (7am) so not sure if anything else was provided later

• Russ (10/5): A stunning, contemporary masterpiece of a hotel - Isabella, the owner is an absolute star and stayed late to welcome us when we were running nearly 4 hours behind schedule. The hotel is a little tricky to find at first but we soon realised it was behind a set of gargantuan wooden doors leading into a shared courtyard which, quite frankly, comes as a relief in Naples! There's a lift if you're not feeling up to a good few flights of gorgeous marble stairs and once inside you're greeted by contemporary artwork and clean, white walls. We stayed in the 'yellow' room, which was impeccably clean and up to date, yet with incredibly tall ceilings and a small balcony that offered views of Capri and the surrounding seafront. Free car parking was also provided within view in a separate building with a valet service. After the interesting drive into Naples during rush hour traffic, the hotel was a welcome relief from the madness on the streets below! Top marks.
• Debora (4/5): Almost impossible to find the entrance! - It took 15 minutes to find out how to get to the hotel 'lobby!'. It is really just part of a floor in a large building. You go up some dingy stairs to a tiny rickety elevator to the 3rd floor, then finally on one door you see a sign. The 'receptionist' is only there in the morning, or when some is checking in. The street noise is awful. There were some kids sleeping in the hall / reception area being very loud, and no one to complain to!
