• Urtė (9/5): Perfect Location, Great Stay - The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city—just a ten-minute stroll from most of the iconic attractions, and only two minutes away from streets where you can find absolutely everything: from everyday essentials and grocery shops to restaurants, cafés, and more. Considering such a central location, the fact that our room was on the smaller side hardly mattered and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Despite its size, the room was thoughtfully arranged and well-equipped with everything we needed: bedside tables, European-style sockets, a small table with cups and glasses, a kettle, a refrigerator, a clothes rack, and a secure safe. The bathroom, though compact, had a shower, toilet, sink and a hairdryer. The room also featured two windows, which brought natural light and made the space feel more open. A lovely added touch was the large mirror by the bed—definitely appreciated (especially from a girl’s perspective!). The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and even though we spent most of our time out exploring, we always slept deeply and peacefully. Each day, the housekeeping staff carefully tidied the room, replenishing the complimentary tea, coffee, and cream sachets, emptying the bins, and making the bed to a pristine, hotel-standard finish. It was always a pleasure to return to such a neat and impeccably arranged space. The hotel also has a lift, which made getting around easy, and the staff were consistently polite and professional. Everything—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and seamless. As this was our first visit to Paris, staying here left us with a genuinely positive impression of the city and made the whole experience feel even more special. Thank you!🫶

In some rooms the bathroom on the lower floor and the bedroom one floor up. The house is very narrow, so the only solution to place the bathroom. But not convenient.

The only "issue" was that bathrooms are a bit dated and need changing but they are very clean. Staff very helpful and welcoming and comfortable beds

Pulizia eccellente e precisa. Bagno veramente piccolo, da seduti sul wc le ginocchia toccano il muro! Doccia adatta solo ai magri alti 1.50cm. Disponibili solo 4 foto della stessa camera Superior al momento di prenotare dunque ci si aspetta la camera corrispondente. Invece ci viene detto che la camera può variare aspetto. Camere adiacenti con accesso alle porte in comune. Zero insonorizzazione.

• davidebE8721IU (2/5): Terrible experience – Health hazard and zero flexibility. - My wife and I booked a week-long stay, paid in full upfront. While the location is good, the room hygiene was unacceptable. Immediately upon entering, my wife suffered a severe allergic reaction to the dust in the carpet, to the point where she struggled to breathe. When we asked for a room without carpet or a solution, the staff was unhelpful. They stated all rooms were identical and refused to assist us in finding alternative accommodations. We were forced to find and pay for a new hotel nearby on our own. Despite this being a legitimate health and safety concern, management refused any refund, citing their "non-refundable" policy. They even blamed us, stating we should have seen the carpet in website photos before booking. Most shockingly, the assistant manager claimed they wash the carpets every two months as if that were a standard of cleanliness; for an allergy sufferer, that is incredibly poor hygiene. We essentially paid for a week-long stay we couldn't use due to health risks. I feel completely let down by their lack of empathy and basic cleanliness standards. Avoid this place if you value respiratory health.

Whilst I understand this is the norm in Paris it really was uncomfortably small with barely any room to store luggage etc. As long as you are accepting of this before you book then this hotel is fine.

Fiquei no último quarto no primeiro andar e a privada fazia barulho o tempo inteiro. Parecia que o esgoto de todos os quartos era ali atrás e eu ouvia todas vez que algum hóspede dava descarga. O refrigerador não funcionou, e, na última noite, todas as tomadas pararam de funcionar. O 5G do celular não funciona no quarto e o sinal de Wi-Fi é péssimo. Ou seja, se você pretende usar a internet, esqueça.

Stayed for 4 nights so would have liked a bit more variety for breakfast or even rotate certain items.also somekind of covering for the sliced bread as a few times it was very dry,however coffee machine was great.

• Helen (6/5): Disappointing - Small room with only two sockets in corner of room No mirror near table and chair Bathroom dated, a struggle to get out of the bath as had to hold onto shower screen to aid getting out, as bath was quite deep Booked a standard room but a family member upgraded us to VIP as a gift by suprise at quite a cost !!Which included a larger bed, dressing gown and slippers and tea/ coffee and cakes which appeared to be for all guests anyway. Felt the photos are Misleading 5 tables for breakfast which are located in the reception of the hotel. Stair carpet out side room very stained and scruffy.

If you are traveling alone it’s perfect or if you join 2 rooms it’s perfect. We were on a 2 week trip through Europe and had large suitcases and they barely fit in the room. That was the only challenge. The location was perfect.

• Sarah (9/5): Un séjour exceptionnel à la capitale - Le personnel était très à l’écoute et répondait à toutes les demandes des clients. Nous nous sommes vues proposer le service de bagagerie à notre arrivée ainsi qu’à notre départ. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel avec du choix. Le seul point négatif est pour moi la taille de la douche. En effet, la douche est si petite que l’eau frappe sur la porte de la douche et s’écoule en dessous de cette porte, on se retrouve alors rapidement avec une grande flaque d’eau qui s’écoule dans la salle de bain.
