- Izabela (10/5): Pobyt w Hotelu Novalis byl super. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokoj hotelowy ma podstawowe wyposażenie. Na korytarzu jest dostepny czajnik, różne herbaty , kawa. Bardzo cicho. Bardzo wygodne lózka. Personnel bardzo uprzejmy. Miałyśmy zmianę dotyczącą rezerwacji i bez problemu mogłyśmy warunki zmienić. No może gdyby dla wygody mogłyśmy mieć 2 klucze :) ale poza tym to wszystko ok

- Tonia (4/5): Hotel in a great location and nice staff, but would not make a recommendation to stay here. - The staff were accommodating to our early check in. The location is close to the trams and underground subway stations. Many great restaurants all around and walking distance to Museum Island and shopping. The hotel looks like it is one floor of a building that they converted into several rooms. The walls are pretty thin. Everything in the room just seemed very old and dated. The bathroom fan would constantly die out and we had to wedge paper in the shower head just to stay upright. The space between the bathroom and bedroom had a slight step in-between, which is a tripping hazard. It did seem like the bathroom has not had a deep cleaning in quite a while and the sink had very slow drainage.

- Trixi38 (7/5): - Gute Lage für unsere Zwecke. Leider kein wirkliches Hotel, eher Pension, nur umgebautes Haus. Alles etwas verlebt. Kaffee/Teezubereitung war nicht, wie beschrieben im Zimmer. Wasserkocher auf dem Flur, aber nur Tee, kein Kaffee vorhanden.

- Germán Manrique (6/5): Ni fu ni fa - La ubicación, muy cerca de todo, y la cama, grande y cómoda. Lo peor es que te cambian las toallas cada 2 días, para mí esto es inaceptable en un hotel. Además, es un edificio antiguo que necesita algunas reformas. Y, por último, el recepcionista que me atendió necesita un cursillo de cómo tratar a un cliente.

- Barbara (7/5): Ottima posizione, un salto indietro nel tempo :) - Hotel semplice con posizione ottimale, anche senza mezzi si raggiungono tutti i punti strategici, camminando! Lo sceglieremo per tornarci, sicuramente! Forse il concetto di pulizia è diverso rispetto all'Italia, magari una spolverata in più e una rinfrescata alla moquette potrebbero essere apprezzati. Inoltre abbiamo acquistato a parte la colazione, molto semplice, mancava latte caldo..sciocchezze che potrebbero migliorare il servizio (per 8€ a persona).
- Margit (5/5): Preiswerte Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit wenig Komfort. - Die Lage ist zentral, die Umgebung ruhig und man findet in der Nähe etliche preiswerte Restaurants. Das Haus und die Räumlichkeiten sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovation könnte Wunder wirken.

Die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Fenster sind sehr dünn. Jeder Schritt eines Fußgängers ist deutlich hörbach,

- Julia (6/5): Good place for the price - I liked how the room was decent size, and the pictures and descriptions of the place were accurate. It was a good place to stay for a couple of days! It had good WiFi, clean beds, easy check-in and check-out, and good location. I thought the bathroom could have been a little better. The shower drain filled up a little when I showered. Overall it was worth the price of the stay.
