- Diana (8/5): Had a very pleasant stay at the Park Hotel . - For an unpretentious 4 star hotel, Park Hotel met all our needs as a transit hotel. Location was excellent ,near Tsim sha Tsui Mtrc and was very near a lot of shops and eating places. There was also a little fruit mart nearby where we could buy fruit and drinks. I was very Impressed with the helpful staff at reception. Thank you There is nothing much you can do about the unimpressive hotel entrance.

- Natsuko (5/5): 普通！でもお部屋はすばらしい！ - 入口付近の雑多感や裏口の感じはかなり怪しいホテルだと思い、やばいところを予約してしまったかと思い、フロントもそれほど広くなくやばいか、、、と気が気でなくフロントにいきましたが、フロントのスタッフは丁寧な感じで、コンシェルジュもかなりの人数がおり、親切な方ばかり。お部屋も期待していなかったのですが、広くて、清潔、お部屋だけは４スターでした。 ここからの交通網がどうという問題ではなく、立地。裏口の怪しさは少し怖い。あれは裏口ではなく正面玄関ですね。正面玄関は怪しいです。 ロビーが少し狭くて、待合のソファが１組しかなくて、待つところがない。

Welcoming and very helpful staff, very comfortable, clean and spacious room. On site independently run Cafe on 4th level and small lobby Bar. A lot of food places nearby; exit main lobby to left down ally OR exit right and walk over walking bridge. I booked this based on its good reviews and would book again. Side note for tourist 🤓get an Octopus Tourist e-card for HK - it was the best advice and made things easier and a pleasant experience

- Njagi (8/5): Nice hotel. Good location. - Location - near TST and short walk to Avenue of the stars and Nathan Road. Size of the room. Lots of shops and eateries next door. Easy to access using the MTR and also buses - can get a bus (A21 for 34HKD) direct from the airport to a 1 minute walk to the hotel. Concierge of the early morning wasnt helpful but rest of the staff were good. No shower cubicle but bathtub with a shower head and curtain.

- Sophie (6/5): - Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht groß und die Auswahl war sehr gut. Es gab einige asiatische Gerichte, aber auch europäische Gerichte. Die Betten waren sauber. Insgesamt war das Zimmer etwas abgelebt. Es hat auch etwas muffig gerochen. Die Badewanne mit Duschvorhang sollte man definitiv austauschen. Für eine Nacht war es ok.

- Kylie (10/5): Great location with great facilities and spacious room - so so happy - The location was great as most of my travelling party stayed around the corner at the Mondrian which is only a 3.30min walk. Park Hotel rooms were so much bigger so I was most pleased with my choice. The breakfast is next level delicious and again had a great variety to fill you up before your days adventures started. Even with the shower being part of the bath - the water pressure was so great it didnt bother me at. When I return to Hong Kong I definitely would stay at Park Hotel again. I can't fault the place - absolutely loved my stay.

- YI HUI (10/5): 房間很新很乾淨，床非常好睡！ - 我們選了兩間雙人房，有提前告知飯店想要一間雙人床以及一間雙床房，房間位置希望近一點，當天入住後確實是一間雙人床一間雙床房，最超乎我預期的是兩間房間還有內門可以互通，對於朋友間出遊真的超級方便的！不需要一直走出去才能進朋友房間，大廳人員服務也都超級好的，下次還是會選擇百樂酒店！

- raffaella (8/5): Good location if you like Kowloon hustle and bustle - Great location in hectic Kowloon , 5 minute walk to Nathan Rd and a subway station. Restaurants and shops all around. Room was a good size for HK Common areas a bit more dated.

- David (10/5): Great stay and value in TST - The location was excellent and the room and view were nice. The staff were prompt and efficient. The gym was a bit underwhelming, but at least they had one.

- Ronald (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Park Hotel for 3 nights and the staff were very polite and helpful, - The Buffet Breakfast was very good and ,nice selection of foods I loved the Tandoori chicken and spring rolls ,had good selection of fruit juices No Soy milk provided at breakfast only normal milk which I can't use as I am lactose intolerant,also hot water was never boiling hot to have for a cup of tea

- Roseanne (5/5): Exceptioanl staff and support but no view and hemmed in against side of building - Exceptionally kind and helpful staff....a 10 star rating for staff. They truly shine, perhaps the most courteous and kind staff ever met. The value for money was poor. The view was claustraphobic and kind of dismal, and being that paying only $30 - 40 USD more per night could get a spectacular view at another hotel, I would have opted for the later.
