• Eva_Ki (8/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Neapel ideal - Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos mittels eines Codes für die Schlüsselbox. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöner, als auf den Photos. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 3. Der Fahrstuhl war in Ordnung. Alles war bestens. Nur die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel ist nicht so schön, aber das steht in der Beschreibung, d.h. dass weiß man vorher. . Es war aber nicht wirklich gefährlich. Wir waren ein Paar, aber für eine alleinreisende Frau würde ich für abends besser abraten, weil man durch einen Innenhof gehen muss. Wir mussten um 4.30 aufstehen um zum Flughafen zu fahren (Abflug 7.20 Uhr) und die Lage ist dafür ideal, weil man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß bei der Haltestelle von Alibus am Bahnhof ist. Der erste Bus fährt um 5.10 Uhr. Es war alles in Ordnung, die schlechten Bewegungen im Internet verstehe ich nicht, sie sind wohl veraltet, wahrscheinlich wurde zwischenzeitlich renoviert.

• vikseen (7/5): W sam raz na krótki pobyt - Pokój odpowiedni na max kilka dni, lokalizacja plusem i minusem, bardzo blisko dworca z max 5 min pieszo, więc komunikacja super. Przemiła Pani sprzątająca, na plus możliwość pozostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu. W wyposażeniu jest suszarka i podstawowe kosmetyki. Brak jakichkolwiek sztućów oraz naczyń, jest mikro kuchnia ale w niej w sumie tylko kran i mikrofalówka, nic więcej. Mają tragiczne ręczniki, pozostawiają farfocle na całym ciele. Kamienica w średnio przyjemnej okolicy, więc widok z okna nie porywa, ale to wiadomo jak jest we Wloszech przy dworcach :) Ogólnie do centrum to na pieszo trochę się idzie. Mieszkanie znajduje się na 3 piętrze, ale jest creepy winda. Brak wifi, przynajmniej nie było nigdzie informacji, że jest.

We booked a big one that is more expensive and got a normal one instead (for 2 people) - They didn't clean often enough or didn't change the bedsheets well. • Maria (5/5): Adatto a soggiorni di una notte e per chi viaggia in treno - La vicinanza con la stazione dei treni, personale affabile. Se sei una donna che viaggia da sola, NON scegliere questa struttura. La strada, così come tutta zona adiacente di piazza Garibaldi è sporca e dà una forte sensazione di insicurezza, sia di giorno che di sera. Le stanze affacciano tutte sullo stesso corridoio e le porte, non chiudendosi bene, non assicurano intimità a ogni ambiente: luci, suoni e rumori passano da una camera all'altra. Ho passato l'intera sera e la notte a sentire la musica che una coppia nella camera accanto ha ascoltato sul telefono, sentivo benissimo ogni parola pronunciata, per non parlare dell'happy ending avvenuto alle due di notte. Sono certa che non è colpa della struttura, né dei gestori; dipende molto dalle altre persone con cui capiti, ma per una struttura affittacamere non può essere una giustificazione o un problema secondario: un po' di impegno nella protezione dai rumori e nell'utilizzo di strumenti progettati per l'insonorizzazione sarebbe auspicabile.

• Maria Teresa Castellarnau Martínez (8/5): Recomendado para estar cerca de la Estación Central - Una habitación con baño privado grande y cómoda su cama y almohadas muy confortables A 300 metros más o menos decla estación central Garibaldi, genial para quien quiere estar cerca de élla. Muy buena comunicación con Fabio,envió unos videos de cómo llegar désde la estacion y los códigos para las puertas super claros y fáciles,si bien el barrio es de inmigrantes trabajadores en los puestos de las calles y de entrada choca,Fabio me aseguro que podía entrar y salir con total tranquilidad, así hice de dia y de noche y viajé yo con lo cuál repetiría sin problemas, también me permitieron dejar el equipaje horas y eso es de agradecer Quizás que para subir con equipaje al segundo piso hasta hacerte con las llaves del ascensor es un poco pesado cuándo llevas tiempo viajando..

Macchinetta del caffè disponibile per gli ospiti. Diverse prese della corrente non funzionavano. Dovevo bollire l acqua nel bagno. Vicini di casa rumorosi la notte. Persone lì intorno alla zona hotel poco rassicuranti e anche se non è successo nulla ho trovato le strade non sicure per una donna sola.

Ho fatto prenotazione ( confermata) per stanza con due letti singoli separati ed ho trovato un letto singolo e letto matrimoniale quindi con spazio ridottissimo. Mancano canali Rai, Movie...in TV. Porta-carta igienica rotto, maniglia frigo rotta , spina per bollitore acqua ( posto sopra frigo) in basso ai piedi del letto singolo. La rete internet descritta sul foglio in camera non è funzionante, gestore ci ha comunicato altra rete ed altra password.

• TING CHUNG (8/5): Unbeatable location in the heart of Naples - Location, location, location. The accommodation is located about 500m from the central train station and the bus station which makes things so much easier. There is an abundance of cafes , restaurants and shopping in the area as it is very close to Piazza Garibaldi where all the action is. We had heavy luggage which needed to be carried two floors up since the elevator was not available to guests. Greater attention should be paid to hygiene of the bed sheets.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Clean, comfortable, unique experience for us. - Close to station, cafes, and restaurants. Very clean. Comfortable large double bed.Tray with espresso coffee and tea. Hairdryer. Kitchenette on the floor with microwave. Helpful attendants inside court yard. Loved the uniqueness of building and the elevator. Entrance difficult to find. Poor signage outside. We had no internet during the day to get entry instructions. This was a problem for us. Bathroom needs some attention from owners.

• Volha (9/5): - Очень хорошее расположение апартаментов, владелец была очень вежлив, спросил ни один раз, все ли хорошо и чем, может помочь. Сами апартаменты представляют собой квартиру с несколькими номерами. Хозяин позволил оставить сумки до самолета - это было очень мило и прекрасно! Забота, внимание и тепло - могу смело рекомендовать эти апартаменты!

• Katrin (9/5): Sauber und unkompliziert - Wir sind erst spät angekommen und konnten auf Nachfrage online einchecken und uns wurde ein Code für die Schlüsselbox und ein detailliertes Video mit "wie komm ich hin und rein" geschickt. Sehr zentral zum Hauptbahnhof. Mini-Balkon. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.

• Michael (8/5): Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Bad war modern und ebenfalls sauber. Der Inhaber war äußerst freundlich und hat uns vorab eine Wegbeschreibung mit kleinen Videos geschickt.

Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione centrale. Camera e bagno puliti. Il bagno è da rinnovare. Dalla porta della camera passa troppa luce e rumore.
