Ook geen balkon en geen ontbijtservice , wat wel in de beschrijving stond. Geen haarcondition, geen bodylotion, slechts 1 douchecabine voor 3 overnachtingen. Wel schoon!!

Perfect location! - Perfect location on the waterfront - beautiful view and also near San Marco Square, main attractions, restaurants and water transport. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable. Could hear the tour boats arriving outside in the morning a bit but not a big issue.

- Mimi (10/5): A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. - The room was very clean and well maintained during my stay. The bed was fantastically comfortable - really one of the best beds I have ever slept on. The staff were very nice to deal with. I liked having a coffee maker in the room. Easily reached from Marco Polo airport by Alilaguna water bus (to Arsenale). I chose it to be close to the venues of the Venice Biennale. There is no breakfast but there are many places to eat locally.

L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 5 minutes de la Piazza San Marco, ce qui est un vrai plus pour profiter de Venise. Tout était vraiment au top. Seul petit point à noter : l’espace entre le lit et le mur est assez étroit, ce qui rend le passage un peu moins pratique au quotidien. Mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité globale du séjour. - Olga (8/5): Schönes Hotel, Venedig-Preis, Klimaanlage kaputt - Schönes Hotel, gut eingerichtet, zentral gelegen, natürlich der Lage entsprechend teuer. Gut, das haben wir uns so ausgesucht, der Preis liegt auf dem Venedig-Niveau. die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das hätten wir von einem Hotel dieser Klasse doch anders erwartet. Wir haben einfach das Fenster aufgemacht, um dieses Manko zu beheben, es kamen aber Schnacken rein. Das hat unsere Nachtruhe und das Erlebnis etwas gestört.

- Margaret (10/5): The nicely decorated spacious room had a lovely view onto the Canal, the amenities were good and the staff were extremel - The location on the Canal… access to vaporetto and short walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, shops and attractions. Nothing although the decor showed signs of wear and tear and could do with a spruce up.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal in diesem durchaus netten Hotel, Preis-Leistung ist hier wirklich top. Leider hat es trotz Ankündigung bei der Buchung kein Frühstück am Zimmer gegeben, angeblich wurde das Frühstück Service generell eingestellt, ich finde es sehr schade, da ich extra ein Zimmer mit Ausblick zum Lido gebucht hatte und ein romantisches Frühstück erleben wollte, es war auch für uns genau der Punkt warum wir hier buchten(und eigentlich schon bezahlten), schade. Das Zimmer ist schön sauber, jedoch merkt man, das Haus ist samt den Möbiliar in die Jahre gekommen, der Stil passt sehr gut, aber ich würde eine stilgerechte richtige Renovierung empfehlen. Ich finde dennoch diese Preis-Leistung war top und ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

- Krzysztof (10/5): Nice place in Venice to stay - A nice place, well located, close to the city center and one of the stops of waterbus. The host was very kind and helpful. The room was quite small, but we knew about it and it wasn't the problem. Every day we've got fresh towels and the coffee/tea set was refilled.

The location is perfect— within easy walking distance of all the main sights, with beautiful views that really capture the charm of Venice. The team were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making everything feel effortless from check-in to departure. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and full of character, with that classic Venetian feel you hope for when visiting the city. If we’re being honest, a few areas could do with a little freshen up, just to bring everything fully in line with how lovely the rest of the experience is. That said, it didn’t take away from our stay at all. Overall, a charming, well-located hotel with a warm, personal touch—perfect for a Venice getaway.

- ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ (9/5): Θα το επέλεγα ξανά. Πέρασα πολύ ωραία. - Μου άρεσε το άνετο τρίκλινο δωμάτιο με όνομα Elvis Presley, η τοποθεσία και φανταστική θέα. Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία. Αν έπρεπε να αλλάξω κάτι θα ήταν η διακόσμηση του δωματίου. Κάτι πιο μοντέρνο.
- Martina (7/5): Buono - La posizione è buona a 5 min da Piazza San Marco. Purtroppo abbiamo preso una camera che non aveva la vista sull’arsenale, pertanto la struttura perde un pochino. Le camere nella media, la struttura invece per accesso, reception e servizi meriterebbe un rinnovamento (un po lasciata andare). Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media.

Si bien no tiene servicio de desayuno, en la habitación hay una jarra eléctrica, una cafetera , sobres de té,café y unas galletitas. El hotel está a pasos de la estación de vaporetto Arsenal, de la estación de tren te tomas el 4.2

J’ai par ailleurs précisé à plusieurs reprises que c’était pour l’anniversaire de mon petit ami qui n’a reçu aucune attention. Par ailleurs, le savon n’a pas été changé.
