• Andrea (10/5): Agradable B&B en Roma - Todo estuvo perfecto, el desayuno bien y la ubicación cómoda para llegar a todas partes. Ademas quien nos atendió fue muy amable y pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estancia perfectamente. Repetiré el alojamiento si vuelvo a Roma

• Inga (8/5): Tolle Lage und hübsch eingerichtete Unterkunft. - Super Lage, sehr zentral und schnell zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch direkt am Bahnhof, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist optimal. Es war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts frisches.

• Grace (8/5): Great Location, Lovely Room, Comfortable, Clean - We were so pleased with our stay here. The location is great for us as tourists visiting Rome. We got off the train from the airport which is literally 2mins from this air B&B. To travel into central Rome (Trevi Foundation) we used the 71 bus which you can catch literally across the road. We did not meet the host however have had lovely conversations and was very helpful through message. The colleague who checked us in and attended daily to clean was very friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, the bed was also comfortable. It can be quite noisy at night however this is expected due to the train station and coaches across the road. This didn’t bother us at all! Breakfast is available each morning- tea, coffee, juice, yogurts, and light bites. We were very happy with our stay and it was beneficial for our weekend break in Rome! 🇮🇹♥️ The location is perfect however at night we found it to be a little unfriendly. This is nothing to do with the air B&B however is worth mentioning. We had no major problems at all, but expect some homeless people/ men trying to sell products late at night. We felt very safe and secure in our air B&B which is the main thing🙂

• Robéria Maria (10/5): UMA EXCELENTE OPÇÃO - PRÁTICO, CAFÉ E PESSOAS GENTIS - Amei o café que você pode se servir, usar a cozinha. Nutela e coisinhas italianas. A comunicação com a pousada é excelente, gentis e simpáticos. Uma atendente fala português. Mercado e transporte perto. Estação de metrô que te leva pra todos os pontos turísticos. A estação de trem que seguimos para Florença bem na frente. Quarto bonito. Banheiro bom. Gostei muito! Recomendo e voltaria. No mais, ROMA é AMOR ao contrário e a ITÁLIA é maravilhosa! "Quem converte não se diverte!"

• Cindy (6/5): Helaas slecht geslapen na een lange reis. - De locatie is dichtbij de trein. Je loopt er zo heen. De prijs was oké en het was schoon. De host erg vriendelijk! Het matras was erg slecht. We hebben beide amper kunnen slapen. De badkamer was ook heel krap en er hing een rioolgeur.

• Marija (7/5): - Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels – in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und gut erreichbar. Außerdem war das Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt. Ich hatte mir deutlich mehr erwartet. Auch das Bett war nicht komfortabel, da die Matratze viel zu hart war, was den Schlaf deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.

• Beatrix (10/5): - A szoba csodálatos volt ! Pont mint a képen. A szallásadó nagyon kedves ember. Maga a szállás kiváló helyen van. Termini az egy hatalmas pályaudvar, oda futnak be a buszok a reptérről. Csak át kell menni a zebrán és itt is vagyunk. Termini tele van klassz botokkal, indul onnan metró es busz is, könnyedén elérhetőek a nevezetességek . Köszönjük szépen, szuper volt!! 🥰 A reggeli a szálláson csupa édes és egyszerű dolgokból állt. Mi megoldottuk, vettünk Terminiben élelmiszerboltban felvágottat és meg is lett a finom reggeli. De amúgy kb egy perc sétára van egy klassz étterem komplexum ez is Terminiben, aki gondolja oda is beülhet, isteni péksütik és toastok vannak! Ebédre is ajánlom, tényleg szuper. Jahh még a környék ami első pillantásra elbizonytalanítja az embert, elég sok a bevándorló, akik pont az utca másik oldalán állnak kint az utcán, volt aki bekábulva feküdt az utcán két napig. Igazából az állomáson rengeteg rendőr és katona is volt, így azert biztonságos a környék. Másnapra már meg is szokja az ember, csak elsőre lehet ijesztő. Ennek ellenére csendes békés volt minden, este is ! 😊

Por otro lado ya no es culpa del B&B, la zona donde se encuentra es buena cerca de la estación pero es un lugar que actualmente está sucio y poco cuidado con gente desagradable por los alrededores

• Joel (6/5): Mejorable, pero bien situado - La ubicacion para mi esta muy bien situado, puedes ir andando todos los sitios y estas al lado de Termini y alli mismo esta el mercado central, esta muy bien. La cama era muy blanda y eso que peso 66kg y casi, el desyuno algo flojo, no cuesta nada poner algo de pan, embutido y algunas pasta (dulces) por ejemplo.

• XIMENA (9/5): Muy limpio y agradable - La habitación muy limpia y bonita. La atención del dueño súper buena, aunque no hablaba mucho español, nos comprendimos bastante bien. El desayuno incluido todos los días de la estancia súper bien. Queda remarcar que se trata de una habitación dentro de un apartamento de tres habitaciones, la nuestra tenía baño incorporado. El apartamento se encuentra en la planta 4 pero con ascensor. Súper cerca de termini y a un paso de todas las conexiones (bus, metro o tren) El estado del edificio es bastante tétrico y no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento

• Fernandez Gamero (9/5): Repetiríamos - Tanto el chico que nos atendió como el alojamiento un 10. Habitación súper bonita y limpia. A un paso de estación de tren y muy accesible a todos lados caminando. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y todos los días nos encontrábamos la habitación lista y con toallas nuevas. Incluso nos ofreció un paraguas un día que llovía para que tuviéramos 2. La ducha tenía muy poca presión y dependiendo de la hora salía con menos o más presión, la temperatura del agua igual. El desayuno muy poco variado, solo hay pan… no te pone ningún tipo de bollería.

• Silva (8/5): Excelente localização para três dias em Roma - O quarto estava sempre a uma temperatura muito confortável. Fizeram-nos a cama todos os dias. A localização era ótima. O pequeno almoço servia o básico. O pequeno almoço era muito limitado. O quarto podia ter mais tomadas. Cheirava um bocado mal na casa de banho, talvez devido a esgotos da cidade.
• Cornelia (7/5): Toplage mit ein paar Abstrichen - Die Lage ist absolut Top! Check In hat super funktioniert und Anbieter antwortet zeitnahe auf Fragen. Bett war sehr bequem. Wenn man Fernsehen möchte, ist gleich am TV Netflix und Co. zum Einloggen eingestellt. Preisleistungsverhältnis haben wir daher für eine Stadtunterkunft als sehr gut empfunden. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Tische sind zwar sehr ansprechend hergerichtet aber nur eingeschweißte Lebensmittel, wie Knäckebrot und Toastkäse anbieten hat nicht ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen. Haben uns selbst dann noch was dazugekauft. :) Zimmer ist ziemlich dunkel und wenn man das Fenster aufmacht ist der Straßenlärm schon recht laut. Badezimmer hatte einen seeeehr muffeligen und strengen Geruch- aber immer noch besser wie ein Gemeinschaftsbad. ;)

Dostępny aneks kuchenny i podstawowe produkty takie jak mleko, masło, ser, chleb, jogurt, sok, kawa, herbata. Śniadanie do samodzielnego przygotowania, ale wcześniej przygotowana zastawa na stołach. Po śniadaniu sprzątał gospodarz. Doskonała lokalizacja. Bardzo polecam 😊

En realidad el metro termini sus alrededores pero no paso nada solo que no estábamos acostumbrados a ver tanta gente durmiendo en el piso!!

Chambre propre, nécessaire de toilette mis à disposition (savon, serviettes). Prix de la chambre raisonnable. Chambre localisé dans un quartier mal fréquenté (éviter d’y aller qu’entre filles). Taxe de séjour a payer sur place et exigé en liquide (non précisé à l’avance donc nous avons eu l’obligation d’aller chercher du liquide le jour même). Peu de choix au petit déjeuner, pas de salé mis à disposition (au moins des œufs serait un bon compromis).

I’ve travelled a lot and stayed in many places, but I never imagined something like this could happen to me. It was absolutely disgusting and horrifying. The feeling was awful — seeing all that was unbearable. We were refunded for the two nights we stayed, but the property refused to offer any compensation. It’s been 10 days now, and my body is still covered in painful, itchy bites. On the third day, I even developed a fever, and I’ve had to take hormonal injections to reduce the inflammation. This was one of the most unpleasant and shocking experiences I’ve ever had while traveling.

• Séverine (9/5): Séjour à Rome - Secteur idéal, proche tout accès, le logement est hyper propre, pas de bruit très calme, parfait pour 5 jours à 2 personnes La douche petite et vetuste, le petit déjeuné nous n'en avons pas pris sur place, à part le café ce n'est pas un petit déjeuner, c'est le point qui peut être amélioré, la literie est fatiguée également , pour le reste impeccable pour nous.

Il letto matrimoniale , basso, scomodissimo è fatto da due materassi . - bagno fatiscente - condominio inquietante - colazione su tavoli piccolissimi con pochissime cose - ho avvertito al momento della prenotazione di avere una bambino con allergia a nocciole sperando di avere un aiuto sulla colazione e mi è stato solo detto che avrei potuto controllare le etichette. Peccato che le merendine confezionate ( un unico tipo, crostatine all ‘albicocca) non avessero etichetta, come il resto . Purtroppo pessima esperienza. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza con la stazione e aver potuto tenere i bagagli fiko a tardi .

• ISABEL (8/5): Agradable y bien conectado - La cama era muy cómoda, había plancha, secador y jabón y champú . El desayuno es self service pero tiene su encanto. Cerca de termini lo que permite ir a cualquier lugar Cerca de algunos monumentos. Hay bares económicos y buenos cerca como la Pizzeria Alfredo. Me hubiera gustado tener control de la calefacción. Se enciende automáticamente a las 18:00h y calienta la habitación durante la noche.
• Rocio (6/5): Difícil, pero estas en Roma - El desayuno eran una capsula de café, galletas y si querías podías tomar cereal, jugo y queso y pan de caja. Lo bueno es la facilidad para llegar al lugar, cualquier trasporte que fuera a Termini. La habitación pequeña, pero agradable. El vecindario con gran cantidad de grafitis, sucio y muchas personas en grupos, un vecindario no agradable, esta muy vandalisado El edificio donde se ubica es muy viejo y sucio, el elevador suuuuper reducido apenas para 2 personas , o una persona y una maleta y el departamento esta en 4 piso, así que sube al elevador. El departamento esta limpio, pero te piden que no hagas ruido, que no puedes usar la cocina aunque ni estufa hay, que es el único espacio exterior fuera de la habitación. Y el baño de la habitación tenia a lo mas 40 centímetros para circular entre los diferentes muebles que estaban todos alineados, la regadera muy pequeña, era un espacio muy reducido. No te sientes cómodo, cómo si siempre te estuvieran supervisando, no es muy agradable

• Laia (3/5): No repetir - Que estaba al lado de la estacion central y el colchon de la cama era comodo 1. La habitacion estaba sucia con los radiadores llenos de polvo 2. El baño estaba sucio de mo (mo en la mampara de la ducha, donde se ponen las toallas oxidado, el mango de la ducha con mo, etc) 3. El desayuno pesimo. Torradas embalzadas de dos en dos, mermelada individual y una tarraleta malisima. Parecia desayuno de covid. No habia nadie y eras tu mismo que tenias que hacerte el cafe y coger la leche, no habia ni microondas para calentar la leche o hacer un te. No habia casi nada para comer de variedad y la verdad que muy incomodo todo. Leche de vaca y un zumo. Al final pagamos un lugar con desayuno y terminamos desayunando fuera cada dia. 4. Los agujero de la puerta los tapan con pegatinas
• Piotr (6/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wygodne łóżko. Brzydki zapach z kanalizacji w pokoju. Słabe śniadania - chleb tostowy, żółty ser, jogurt i to w zasadzie tyle. Śniadaniowo tragedia, ale jest dostępna kuchnia i lodówka, więc można sobie samemu przyrządzić co się chce po wcześniejszym kupieniu produktów.

• Christine (6/5): - Die gute Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr gut erreichbar, auch fußläufig. Das Frühstück musste man selbst zubereitet. Es gab Toastbrot, kleine Kekse, Konfitüre, Butter, Milch, Joghurt und Käse aus einem Kühlschrank. Ähnlich wie in einer Ferienwohnung. Es war OK, aber ÜF stellt man sich etwas anders vor. Jedoch ausreichend.

• Mineko Alessia (1/5): Posizione strategica ma il resto bocciato - La posizione strategica Partiamo dal fatto che non avessi letto che la tassa di soggiorno fosse di 6€ a notte e il signore ha preteso i soldi visto che ne avevamo solo una parte, quando io so che i soldi si possono dare anche a fine soggiorno e invece ci ha messo fretta nell’andarli a prelevare. Poi il bagno era molto sporco é impolverato, era tutto arrugginito anche quello per scaldare gli asciugamani che aimè era spento ma soprattutto era rotto ed è stato “coperto” da degli adesivi a forma di cuoricino (orribile tutto ciò) poi anche la porta della nostra stanza era bucata e allora anche lì altri cuoricini adesivi per coprire e le porte erano delle porte delle stanze normali e non dei portoncini blindati che in genere le porte delle stanze dei b&b sono fatte così. Poi altra cosa avevamo paura che ogni 3x2 ci toccassero qualcosa nella stanza, perché il cambio lenzuola avveniva dopo il terzo giorno di soggiorno, puntualmente abbiamo sempre trovato la finestra in un diverso modo di come l’avevamo lasciata. Poi altra cosa prometteva la colazione e invece erano cose tutte confezionate e di colazione a buffet neanche l’ombra. Abbiamo usufruito solo di poche cose ma perché sapevo che fosse pagata, ma per il resto abbiamo sempre fatto colazione fuori. Poi altra cosa se volevamo l’aria condizionata dovevamo pagare 5€ in più e invece la prima notte ci siamo “accontentati” del ventilatore. Poi ultimo giorno ci siamo ritrovati le lenzuola sporche di sangue e noi avevamo sporcato solo esclusivamente il lenzuolo di sopra la macchioline piccole e invece noi avevamo di sporco il lenzuolo di sotto che schifo 🤢
