• Chelsey (10/5): We hebben genoten - Perfecte ligging, goede airco en vriendelijke host. Kamer was ook super netjes en schoon. De badkamer was best krap, maar voor ons wel prima te doen.

At least the toilet was separate from the shower and it had an additional, bigger sink inside the room which made it good overall.

It was closer to the locals rather than the tourists It was a little small but it’s fine for a short/ long weekend stay. The room was very warm, as the air con seemed to not work but we weren’t staying in the room during the day, so didn’t really bother us.

• Ella (10/5): Bra och trevligt! - Läget var perfekt, nära till både Vatikanen och andra sevärdigheter, ca 15-20 minuter åt alla håll om man promenerade. Området kändes också väldigt tryggt. Rummet såg ut precis som på bilderna och värden var jättetrevlig. Det enda negativa var att det inte riktigt framgick i beskrivningen att det är mer av en lägenhet med flera rum i än ett hotell, dock är rummen jättefina och jag är nöjd med allt!

We were more concerned with price than luxury during our short stay in Rome. The location was excellent for what we planned to do in Rome, with many nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable. Tiny shower, awkward to get in and out of.

The daily rate is well above the average for guesthouses in the area.not worth the cost. don't have any of those items or equipment to prepare or heat a meal. There are no utensils. One mini-fridge for all 4 or 5 guests

• Jack (8/5): Well located, small room for those exploring Rome. - Good location, clean room with good amenities. Reasonably priced when compared to other places in the area. Host was keen to help. Generally nice room, relatively small especially the bathroom however if you plan to be out for majority of the day this is no issue at all. Could've done with a small bin for rubbish in the room. Some of thr bathroom could do with a bit of attention as tiles coming off but nothing that made it unusable.

• Juian (8/5): A cozy room in a great location in Rome. I highly recommend it - The service was nice, and communication was smooth and effortless. The host was very friendly. The location is convenient, and the room was cleaned daily. The shower had great water pressure in the bathroom. There is an elevator and secure entry, and the surrounding area feels very safe. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The soundproofing in the room is not very good, and you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

• Harald (8/5): Wir würden wieder buchen. - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Vatikans. Bus und Bahn sind in der Nähe. Das Personal (Paolo) ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir konnten schon um 11 Uhr einchecken. Gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist sehr eng.
• Ramona (8/5): - Super Lage, nicht weit zu Bushaltestelle und U Bahn. Zur Engelsburg und zum Petersdom ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Nette Kommunikation per whats app. Alles in allem perfekt für eine relativ günstige, gut gelegene Unterkunft für ein paar Tage in Rom. Die Matratzen sind etwas hart und es gibt keinen Lattenrost. Für mich wars ok, meinem Mann war es etwas zu hart. Die Bilder auf booking.com sind etwas beschönigt. Das Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt, aber eben italienisch wie man es kennt :-) und für uns trotzdem ausreichend.

• Roman (9/5): Muy bien - Muy buen ubicado, el barrio es muy bueno estas cerca de todo andando. Paolo está pendiente de todo lo que necesites. Bastante cómodo, algo antiguos los baños y pequeños pero en relación calidad precio, como está Roma, estuvimos muy agusto!

• Vaiolet (4/5): Desacierto total - Cerca al Vaticano Me solicitaron cambiar de habitación a mitad de mi estadía porque tenían otra reserva, se molestaron cuando dije que no, como si estuviese establecido que ellos pueden cambiarte, esto llevó a que el ambiente fuese pesado. Finalmente accedí y cambié a una habitación más pequeña y menos cómoda, la cual no merece el precio pagado Por servicio y comodidad fue un Desacierto tomar la reserva en este lugar

• Lidia (7/5): Nice and quiet to sleep. Shower needs cleaning. - My husband and I went on vacation. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Great to sleep and rest. The neighborhood is nice, you are only a few steps away from the subway station and close to many restaurants. The cons were that the shower needs cleaning. The tiles were dirty and it’s nothing you can’t fix with a nice scrubbing and detergent. Also the internet is intermittent. We told this to the host but he wasn’t helpful. Something to consider is that the shower is small so if you are on the heavier side you may not be able to enter it. Overall it was okay but I would have stayed somewhere else in the same neighborhood.

The room was clean. The staff was polite, and the location was convenient, but the room could have been better maintained. There was a strange smell of dampness or mold that didn’t go away, even with the windows open. This was a bit unpleasant, especially at first.. There was just a little space and no closet for our clothes.

• Aharon (4/5): Very disappointing value for the high price - The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and bars nearby, and a pleasant evening atmosphere, close to everything. However, the room and facilities do not justify the price: the room is small, dark, and not very clean, with lots of dust, non-functioning lights, a noisy AC, and an old, uncomfortable mattress and poor WIFI. The bathroom is very small, and the toilet seat is peeling, adding to an overall unpleasant and dirty feeling. Additionally, the staff does not speak English, making communication and problem-solving difficult.

• Charlotte (7/5): Lovely neighborhood, comfy bed, loud plumbing - The location is excellent - a lovely neighborhood and close to a metro station. The bed is very comfy. Booking.com listed the property as offering breakfast, this is not correct. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge and a kettle. There wasn't any dishwashing soap, so if you made a coffee you were sharing an unwashed mug with all the other rooms. Also, the bathroom is very small. The plumbing is very loud between rooms and you can hear people in the other rooms using the toilet.
