• Elisabeth (8/5): 1A Adresse für Übernachtungen in Berlin - Super freundlicher Empfang, wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Was uns fehlte, wurde direkt nachgeliefert, obwohl das Restaurant, das gleichzeitig Rezeption ist, geöffnet hatte. Toilettenpapier und Filtertüten waren vorhanden, hatten wir nur nicht gesehen. Der recht warme Kühlschrank (Minibar) wurde sofort ausgetauscht und ein Wasserkocher gebracht. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und liegt sehr zentral. Ein Späti 100 m entfernt, S-und U-bahn 200 m, für jemand, der wie ich nicht gut zu Fuss ist, ideal. Auch mehrere Bars und Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Ein türkischer Bäcker mit gutem Frühstück zu günstigen Preisen ca. 150 m entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert auch das zum Guesthouse gehörende chinesische Restaurant mit authentischer Landesküche, Übernachtungsgäste erhalten 20 % Rabatt. Für einen Aufenthalt tagsüber weniger geeignet, Zimmer sind sehr dunkel, da die Fenster auf einen kleinen Innenhof inmitten von 5 stöckigen Gebäuden hinausgehen und außerdem mit Milchglasfolie beklebt sind- im Erdgeschoss aufgrund des Sichtschutzes sehr sinnvoll. Wir mussten auch tagsüber Licht einschalten. Außerdem begrenzte Intimsphäre, zum Bad nur eine Glasschiebetür und vom "Kinderzimmer" muss man durch das "Elternschlafzimmer" ins Bad. Für uns war das okay, wer weniger vertraut miteinander ist, sollte das wissen. Für Übernachtungen 1 A, für einen längeren Urlaub ohne familiäre Vertrautheit nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein paar Mängel, TV ging nicht, lag wohl an vodaphone, Duschtür klemmte und Waschbecken lief nur sehr langsam ab. Gehe bei dem Super Service davon aus, dass das umgehend behoben wird. Mir persönlich bzw. meiner arthrotischen Hüfte waren die Matratzen zu weich (durchgelegen?), mein Enkel fand sie klasse.

• Alberto (3/5): Si no te quieres complicar demasiado... - La ubicación, estaba muy cerca del lugar donde iba. Hay que tener en cuenta que es una Guest house barata en el Centro prácticamente de Berlín, tampoco se puede pedir mucho más. La habitación es muy tranquila. La chica del servicio de habitaciones te despierta a las ocho de la mañana para poder entrar a limpiar. La limpieza consiste en echar la manta encima de la cama y barrer un poco (y de esto tengo mis dudas), no se complican demasiado. La habitación está sucia y debajo de las camas y de los muebles ni se molestan en limpiar. Las toallas usadas se quedan donde las dejes (pero al menos huelen bien). Si le dejas algún envoltorio o algo encima del mueble ahí se queda. La luz de la cama no funciona, o no se apaga o no se enciende. No reponen el champú ni el gel.

• Pia (8/5): - Fas Arpartment liegt im Gleimviertel in der Nähe des Mauerparks und der Max-Schmelling-Halle.Der ÖPNV gut zu erreichen,in der Nähe befinden sich viele Geschäfte und Restaurant.DasZimmer ist zur Einzelnutzung gross genug.Es war sauber und mit dem nötigstem ausgestattet. Das Bad und die Toilette sind sehr klein.Für 3 Personen ist das Zimmer sehr eng.Da sich das Zimmer in der Hauptstrasse des Viertels befindet ist es Nachts sehr laut.
• Peter (8/5): Wir sind zufrieden und haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. - Die Lage ist super. Der Empfang und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einfach. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag gesäubert. Das Bad ist sehr eng und die Schiebetür etwas laut. Das ist nur nachts etwas nervig, wenn jemand die Toilette benutzt.

• Knut (5/5): Sehr beengtes, etwas heruntergekommenes Zimmerchen in guter Lage - die Lage war sehr gut, Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Extrem winzig, was so bei den Bildern nicht zu erkennen war. Eine Matratze war total durchgelegen, Die Dusche konnte nur im Flur untergebracht werden. Es war so eng, dass man zu zweit kaum aneinander vorbeikam. Die Koffer konnten nirgends abgestellt werden. Sehr dunkel da nur ein kleines Fenster vorhanden, welches kaum Licht durchliess. Andererseits gab es keine Rolläden oder Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln bei Nacht.
• Pascal (5/5): - Wo die Pension war es gut wie die Pension ausgestattet war eher nicht so ganz Gut ein Chinesisches Restaurant das Ein Hotel Betreibt was nur Ein Doppelbettzimmer betreibt was in einer Miergegend liegt dann war der Preis so hoch das Personal war zwar nett die eine Mitarbeiterin konnte Deutsch von anderen Mitarbeiter hätte ich mir gewünscht das er mit mir Deutsch spricht und zwar deutlich und wenn er es nicht kann dann auf Englisch aber ist auch egal im Endeffekt fehlt noch vieles was man noch ändern müsste aber ich gebe immer Hotels eine Chance als gebe ich diesen Hotel eine Chance die Umstände zu ändern Mit Freundlichen Grüßen Pascal Lübcke

Location unidentified; all dark on the street; no lights or any indication of the Gasthuise; the foto of the pension and the street is completelly different from the reality; all external fotos publicized by booking.com are fake! Very difficult to find the place; asked help in a restaurant 10 m away and nobody new the place The entrance ended up beeing a standard living multi-stage block without any naming of the gasthuis!! The check-in is made in a chinese restaurante, located next door. Bedroom extra small: TV only 8 channels all in german

One of the mattresses of the single beds had sunken so much, you either had to put a pillow to fill the spot and attempt to sleep comfortably or accept the fact that you’d sleep folded in some way. A nightmare honestly. Toiletries were also in sample sizes of like 5? 7 ml? So not nearly enough and they shouldn’t be on the list of what they offer.

В номері тепло і ви також самостійно можете відрегулювати температуру в номері. Вайфай доступний і якісний Персонал готелю говорить англійською дуже погано. Рушники і подушки необхідно замінити, бо вони вже пошарпані, але чисті. Кавоварка в жахливому стані і була погано вимита - в ній була пліснява, самостійно вимивала. Користуватись після гидувала все одно.

• Michele (9/5): Close to concert arena; great staff, and excellent restaurant! - Very close to Max Schmelling Halle which was fantastic for me as I was there to see a concert. The check-in is inside a Chinese restaurant, which I didn't realize. There was some construction scaffolding around the entrance, so I had a little hard time finding it, but thankfully, one of the very nice staff members waived me in. BTW, the restaurant is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend eating there. My double room was spacious and very clean. It had nice big windows that opened to a courtyard. Also, the heater worked well. Oh, and very convenient to both S + U-bahn stations, grocery stores, and lots of places to eat. The bed was ok, but definitely on the firm side. Pillows are feather pillows, which are not my favorite is they don't have much shape. The only toiletries provided were 1 packet each of shampoo and 1 of shower gel, plus the soap dispenser at the sink. Conditioner would have been nice.

• Claudia (4/5): Würde ich nicht wiederholen! - Liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig an U- und S-Bahn. Zimmer so klein, dass man im Stehen schon das Bett berührt. Als Sitzmöbel nur ein Barhocker. Dusche lädt nicht zum Betreten ohne Badelatschen ein. Geht gerade so für eine Nacht. Höchstens!

• Harry (9/5): Voor ons doel was dit een prima verblijf. Een volgende keer zou ik er zo weer heengaan - De bereikbaarheid was prima (ik ben goed bekend in Berlijn, dat helpt natuurlijk wel.) Inchecken verliep vlot, de kamers (twee eenpersoonskamers) waren zeer schoon, de bedden goed, het sanitair prima in orde, er was een wifi hotspot de kamers werden iedere dag goed schoongemaakt, kortom, niets dan lof voor dit pension. We zaten vlakbij een U Bahn station (Schönhauser Allee). Vlakbij een goede ontbijtmogelijkheid. De kamers lagen aan de binnenplaats, en soms hoorde je de mensen op hun balkon praten. Mijn reiskameraad had aanvankelijk geen kussen op zijn bed. We moesten enigszins aandringen om dat opgelost te krijgen. Dat was het enige

• Henri (3/5): Preis/Leistung ungenügend bis schlecht - Die Verkehrsanbindung war super. Die Unterkunft ist nicht schimmelfrei (Bad) . Die Betten sind durchgelegen, ein Lattenrost ganz durchgefallen. Die Bad Türklinke los sowie der WC Sitz auch. Die Fenster sind mit Folien abgeklebt, so daß es in der ganzen Wohnung immer dunkel ist. Der Lüfter im fensterlosen Bad funktioniert nicht. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind viel teurer als in der Beschreibung dargestellt.

Fanen tænder og slukker sammen med lyset så man kunne ikke bruge dem om natten. Det var svært at have vinduet åbent på da værelset lå i en baggård som forstørrede al lyd…

• Jaime (9/5): Simple but Great Place to Enjoy Berlin - It is a simple place but has everything you need for a good stay in a great location in Berlin, it was super clean space, very good beds, they offer refrigerator, coffee machine, it has AC if needed for the warm nights, there are all kind of restaurants near by and metro / train is around the corner the people we interacted was nice, friendly and ready to help. We were 3 adults and it worked for us in a short stay (4 nights), I recommned it
