On avait soif... 😅 Les frais de parking non annoncés préalablement. Pendant le buffet du matin le personnel à fait s'installer d'autres personnes à ma place alors que je n'avais pas finis. Ils m'ont fait comprendre que je mangeais trop 😂. Le personnel d'accueil aurait pu être plus agréable

- Michael (7/5): Decent - Front desk seating area was nice and the roof top pool also the staff at the desk were very polite and helpful. Breakfast very bang average and not many options. Also bedrooms need renovating, I stayed in room 502 and wasn't great to be honest. Think they ran out of paint decorating this room, marks all over the furniture no Netflix on the TV for evening time. Lastly no balcony. Only good thing in the bedroom was the recliner chair.

À notre arrivée, pour la prise en charge de nos chambres, la personne qui nous a reçu était désagréable . Il nous a redirigé vers son autre collègue car nous avions poser la question de tarification de taxe de séjour qui n’était pas la même entre Booking et celle indiquée par le réceptionniste de l’hôtel. Nous avons eu la problématique de la plaque d’immatriculation de la voiture pour le parking de l’hôtel (payant )pour sortir et pour rentrer.
- Jessi (3/5): 非常一般，网络也不好 - 我的房间第一晚就漏水了 （后续更换了房间）一行人入住 在第一天入住的时候 我们就花了大概十五分钟和前台沟通完所有的人员和续住 并且支付了所有的早餐费用和城市税，后来我的朋友入住的时候告知我们并没有支付，要求必须重新全额支付否则不能入住，这个情况发生了两次：） 后续还在吃早饭的时候又说我们没付早餐。在我们后来拿着所有的票据去和前台沟通退款的时候，前台听完我们的描述，要求我们在第二天的一个时间段再次到前台沟通才能办理退款。原因是那个时候第一天的工作人员才值班，才能办理退款？？？ 我不理解为什么是这样操作。体验感很差

- steveclarke35 (2/5): Disgusting Hotel not as described - This hotel is simply DISGUSTING the room we were given 409 was old and run down. It smelled of sewage, the furniture was all chipped, the light fittings were loose, the bath was stained, the towels were rough, the bed creaked. The tea and coffee was frugal at least the TV worked but only BBC News for English people. The breakfast was below average no cappuccino coffee, no poached eggs absolutely poor! Do not get sucked in by their old photos this hotel badly needs investment and proper management, the night receptionist did not engage and was not welcoming the only positive thing is that the common areas are clean. If you are viewing this before booking DO NOT BOOK!

- Magdalena (9/5): Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania , dobry stosunek ceny do jakości, super położenie względem stadionu - Hotel bardzo blisko stadionu Camp Nou - piechotą 10 minut, tyle samo do stacji metra, ponadto przy samym hotelu przystanek autobusowy, gdzie stają autobusy jadące do "centrum". Piekna recepcja, przyjazna obsługa. Pokoje wygodne, czyste, w pokoju czajnik, kawa i woda. Kontakt z obiektem ok. - niestety w cenie tylko basen odkryty na dachu, a za basen "kryty" i sauny trzeba dopłacać osobno - pokoje, a zwłaszcza łazienki wymagają odświeżenia - brak jakiejkolwiek salki zabaw /pingponga/bilarda dla dzieci

- Kateřina (6/5): Poměr cena kvalita za nás bohužel neodpovídal. - Lokalita a také každý den ustlaná postel nehledě na pozdější čas odchodu z pokoje + čisté ručníky. Úklidová služba byla opravdu výborná. Špatné odhlučnění pokoje - bylo slyšet chrápání i hovory z ostatních pokojů, ráno nás navíc budili lidé procházející po chodbě. Manželská postel nebyla manželská, ale dvě jednolůžka spojená dohromady tak, že lehce odjížděla od sebe. Vybavení pokoje je zastaralejší, nekoresponduje s renovovaným lounge / recepcí. Výtahy byly špinavé a vydávaly občas zvláštní zvuky.

Could hear fans singing national anthem. - Glad metro sration was near Room 719 …the seal between the shower glass and the bathtub was worn out and water was leaking to floor… slippery and both of us almost fell. This has been an ungoing issue since there was mold along the tile along the floor. We reported to the maid.
