Room was good, AC was fine. Bathroom is small but in this price its perfect. I got external private bathroom with key. It was fine. Other room have attached one

Le système pour entrer dans le logement est nickel. L'appartement est un peu sombre mais convient parfaitement pour ce qu'on en attend. Je recommande vivement ! Rien. Tout était nickel !

• Ashley (4/5): Dirty/smelly bathroom with good proximity to transportation - only tolerable for short stay - Excellent location in proximity to the train station for commuting through the rest of Italy, ~10 min walk with ~3 bridges. Also very convenient to the bus station for transportation to the airport (4 min walk with only 1 bridge). Which is important for anyone bringing luggage!! The bathroom smelled horribly of sewage. The bathroom was dirty with some mold in the shower and many small flies/bugs in the bathroom. Additionally the AC unit was not working.

The shower was amazing and the bed was great. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The steps getting to the second floor need repaired. They were damaged and made it a bit treacherous walking up and down with our bags.

• Fernand Cesar (10/5): - Quarto grande, o melhor no valor que procuramos na Itália, roupa de cama ótima, banheiro grande, tem tudo que precisa além de ser muito bem decorado, não tem cheiro de cigarro, nem mofo, esta perto da estação e fizemos tudo de a pé, não tem funcionários para atender, mas as que estavam lá no momento da chegada muito prestativa, o email e celular para contato funcionou muito bem, recomendo, eu amei o quarto foi a melhor noite na Italia sem dúvida não tenho o que reclamar, tudo estava dentro do esperado e foi superado

The room was quite cozy. The stairs. From Venezia SL station, you need to cross a few bridges to get to the hotel, and the stairs were crazy. And you need to go one floor up to the room without elevator.

The apartment is simple yet nice and has a magnificent view over the canals and small bridges. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken.
