• Ritesh (10/5): AMAZING STAY AT A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL IN THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF FIRENZE! (FLORENCE) - Residence Hilda is an awesome hotel very close to the Florence Duomo. In fact you can see the beautiful dome of the duomo from the entrance of the hotel! Just gorgeous! We had an amazing apt style unit with one bedroom and one sofa bed (attached to the kitchen area). It was easter Sunday and the reception was closing early - but we were given detailed instructions for check in with a remote option to open the main door to the hotel and to the unit. We loved the place - everything is very close by and walkable ! Location is unbeatable ! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you to our host and the lady who came to help us on sunday when we were checking out (sorry forgot to ask her name). Amazing place! AC was not on - but did not bother us . The weather was very pleasant outside and we could keep the windows open for a bit. But sharing for awareness.

The bed was fantastic, and the choice of pillows (memory foam/down/hypoallergenic) was a luxurious touch. The staff are the heart of this hotel—professional, warm, and incredibly dog-friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better Florentine experience.

The suite was large but a lot of unusable corridor which meant that the bathroom was around 25 meters from the bedroom. The bedroom was great but the living room was wholly inadequate having only a bed and kitchen table and chairs.

The bathroom was also large with plenty of towels and the bed was super comfortable. I found the apartment to be exceptionally clean and the staff were always available to help in any way. The location was in an amazing urban location that was easy to walk to all the historical locations. I actually left a valuable article in the room on check-out and they returned it by an additional step of having it overnighted to another city for me. N/A

• Luiz Fiorese (10/5): Melhor Opção em Florença - Não foi a primeira vez que ficamos hospedados no hotel e, na minha opinião, é a melhor opção para uma família em Florença. O quarto é espaçoso e o sofá da sala se transforma em uma ótima cama para as crianças, o atendimento que a Valentina e seu Staff dão durante a estadia é insuperável e a localização beira a perfeição. Ainda menciono um outro diferencial que é ter um estacionamento a poucos metros de distancia do hotel e que funciona muito bem.

Atendimento super prestativo da Valentina que nos entregou uma lista de restaurantes segmentados por tipo de refeições e com detalhamento de endereço e ainda gentilmente assinalou no mapa, isso foi muito útil. Localidade privilegiada, prática de se locomover e pertinho dos principais pontos turísticos. De nada, tudo perfeito!
• Jackie (10/5): A brilliant stay in a wonderful apartment. - We loved our stay at Residence Hilda. The property was located in the perfect place near the Duomo. It was immaculate, and so clean. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They also offered a free daily cleaning service, but we chose not to have our apartment cleaned, because the owner offered to donate money to a local dog and cat rescue centre for every day you choose not to have your room cleaned. We stayed for 6 nights so we hope the donation would make a little difference. What a wonderful idea. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Asimina (10/5): Excellwnt! I would choose it again for my stay in Florence! - The apartment was very clean, spacious and very well maintained! The location of the hotel was very close to all the main attraction and 5 minutes by foot from the historic city center!
• Antonio (8/5): Sonst war alles sehr gut. - Also das Zimmer an sich war alles super. War super sauber. Super Lage war echt zentral. Man konnte überall hin wo man möchte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch man konnte mit der straßenbahn und mit dem Bus überall hinkommen. Alles in der Nähe. Das fand ich super Wir sind am Sonntag angekommen und es gab keine Rezeption. Aber man musste halt anrufen. Aber das ging sehr fix ins Zimmer zu kommen im Bad konnte man die Heizung nicht runterdrehen. Es war total warm, wie in der Sauna von nachtruhe gab es leider keine Spur davon, weil schon um 6 Uhr die reinigungskräfte sauber machen mussten. Wie eine Bombe sind wir vom Schlaf aufgerissen Und Schalldämmung gab es leider auch nicht. Man hat nämlich alles gehört, was auf der straße passiert ist weil die Fenster von den Zimmern keine doppelverglasung hatten, sondern normale Verglasung, so dass man fast alles gehört hat Andere Gäste hatten keinen Respekt von den anderen Gästen, die da runter gewohnt haben ( weil die die füße gestampft haben so wie Elefanten und das bis in die Nacht und so auch mit den Stühlen die hin und her geschoben worden sind und ganz stark. Das hat echt genervt)

Alle wichtigen Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie gute Restaurants und Trattoria sind in Laufdistanz von 10 - 20 Minuten erreichbar. In der grosszügigen Unterkunft gibt es alles was man braucht, das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und Handtücher auf Wunsch gewechselt, das Geschirr gewaschen. Wo gibt es das sonst? Die Beratung und Unterstützung für die Gäste war professionell, wir haben unzählige und nützliche Tips erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie Zuhause, beim nächsten Besuch in Florenz gibt es für uns nur diese Wahl. Es war alles ok

The space was perfectly decorated with everything needed for a short stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful with recommendations. They saw to our every need from opening doors to umbrellas. • Chunxi (10/5): 性价比非常高的民宿，家庭出行首选 - 地理位置堪称完美，房间和浴室非常宽敞。整栋住宅都是民宿，有若干个房间。配备电梯，内部装修朴实而典雅。厨房设施一应俱全。床铺尤其宽大。房主女士在入口处的Reception，周一到周六都在，非常热情地接待每一位住店的顾客。有一次回来半天没有找到门卡，多亏了她开门解围，有种在异国宾至如归的感觉。房间非常整洁，几乎是一尘不染。 提供的浴缸塞子无法有效堵住水流；厨房的抽油烟机设计不太人性化，打开以后烹饪过程中容易撞到头；建议给每个灯的开关做标记，对应的是哪个灯（房间大开关多，很容易搞混）。可能是由于住宅比较旧的原因，整体的隔音效果不是很理想。

We had a car and appreciated the convenience of the garage right around the corner. I would have liked a softer pillow.
• Paula (9/5): Sorpresa en el centro de Florencia - La ubicación (justo en el centro) y el tamaño de las habitaciones, así como la limpieza. Ponía que había desayuno disponible pero no lo había. Que no hubiera nadie en recepción a nuestra llegada (no durante todo el fin de semana) hizo algo más complicado el proceso de checkin que no sabíamos cómo hacer. Las camas no eran incómodas pero tenían un hueco enorme en el colchón, que indicaba que ya tenían varios años y se había quedado la forma de haber dormido sobre ellos.
• Sylwia (10/5): We'd like to return - Absolutely amazing apartment, cosy, well decorated, comfortable, incredibly clean, very close to the historical center of Florence, just a few steps from the Duomo. Close to other "must see" monuments. Nice restaurants in a walking distance. Kind and helpfull staff. We liked everything there. Happy to return :-) nothing to complain

• Alexandre (9/5): Parfaitement placé - Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, y compris une cuisine équipée. L'ouverture électronique de la porte ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû utiliser une clé normale au lieu des passes. La poignée de la porte était aussi mal fixée.

• Beth (10/5): It was a pleasure. I haven't been in such a fine place in all my years of traveling in Italy. - It was an extraordinary place. Everything was in perfect condition, and there were all kinds of little touches that made it special, things I haven't seen in other places. Very economical for what it offered. Wonderful location. Nothing
• Karin (9/5): Gepflegt, großzügig, mittendrin - Sehr gepflegte und geräumige Unterkunft nahe des Doms, aufmerksam und liebevoll ausgestattet (wo gibt es heutzutage noch Briefpapier auf dem Zimmer) mit Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Bademänteln, Hausschuhen, Süßigkeiten, Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank, begehbarem Schrank. Sogar die zum Doppelbett ausziehbare Schlafcouch war bequem. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Parkgarage so nah, daß man nicht vorher auszuladen brauchte. Der Lärm feiernder Menschen auf der Straße brachte uns nachts um den Schlaf, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.

• Sandra (9/5): Highly recommend with an amazing location and friendly staff - Amazing location. Central but quiet as our room was off the main street. Large space to spread out including a kitchen with everything you need. The housekeeping was thorough. The communication with the staff was great and they helped us with a taxi back to the airport. Multiple restaurants on the same street along with shops and a short walk to the Duomo. The only negatives were that the AC was off and it was hot in the room (travelled in October) and the pillows were hard. The staff assisted with some fans and a summer blanket.

• Béatrice (9/5): Très bien. Coût un peu élevé par rapport à la prestation. - L'emplacement, la taille de l'ébergement, la propreté, les meubles et fournitures en bon état, casi neufs. Accès simple avec carte électronique. Formule petit déjeuner au bistrot du coin: extra Rue assez bruyante. Donc pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit.
