- Montanier (8/5): J'y reviendrai sans hésiter - Un bon rapport qualité prix avec un emplacement calme et très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire mais toujours servi à l'heure demandée.
- felpower (10/5): Alles war super und ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen - Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Natürlich ist es etwas kleiner, aber das ist ja ganz normal für Venedig. Dafür ist die Lage ideal, zu den ganzen ACTV Linien braucht man weniger als 5 Minuten, daher ist man am San Marco in etwas weniger als 15 Minuten, was wirklich sehr cool ist. Vor allem der Hotelchef ist super freundlich, er ist zwar nur vormittags anwesend, aber er ist immer über WhatsApp erreichbar

- christian (9/5): Petite chambre à budget raisonnable pour profiter de la ville. - SItuation idéale, jolie petite chambre qui sert de camps de base hors du bruit et de la cohue mais à proximité immédiate du centre touristique. Literie confortable de qualité, propreté irréprochable, salle de bain moderne, personnel aimable et disponible. Plateau petit déjeuner servi en chambre. On a apprécié la présence d'une prise répulsive contre les moustique . petit déjeuner assez basique, comme souvent en italie comparé à d'autres pays européens.

- gerardo (1/5): - El cobertor de la cama manchado sucio y olía muy feo, la habitación nada que ver con las fotos publicadas la habitación en general tenía un olor no agradable. Deben tomar medidas para mejorar estos aspectos.
- Meghi (8/5): Accogliente host e struttura - Zona strategica da cui si può girare tutta la città, bagno separato ma privato, molti spazi per gli abiti e grucce a disposizione, diversi asciugamani e ogni giorno rifornimento di shampoo e essenziali da bagno, dalla stazione santa Lucia si può prendere il vaporetto proprio davanti e scendere alla stazione “accademia”, da lì sono circa 10 min a piedi Altrimenti si può fare a piedi ma risulta più lungo (più o meno 30/40 min) Wi-fi connessione Internet non funzionante

- Borysiuk (9/5): That was a pleasure! - We had an issue with a radiator, but staff were more than willing to help us, mr Shepard were there for us for every request: corkscrew, additional shampoo/gel, knife, the radiator, late check in. Whatever we needed we had without any issue. I got sick during our stay and mr Shepard proposed a tea, very cozy place! The location is very comfortable. That issue with a radiator, but it was solved quickly :)

La struttura è vicinissima alle fermate del vaporetto per girare velocemente la città oppure con una bella passeggiata si raggiungono vari posti iconici di Venezia. La colazione consiste in due piccoli panini con burro e marmellata, un cappuccino o caffè e un succco di frutta. Aggiungerei uno yogurt e due biscottini e sarebbe perfetta.

Wir haben die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht verlassen und die Mehrkosten für eine andere Unterkunft in Kauf genommen .
- Aldo (8/5): Dormire sonni tranquilli a Venezia in una bella stanza é possibile! - Struttura riparata da rumori e movida chiassosa ma comunque centrale per noi. Le stanze erano molto belle, c’era tanta cura nei dettagli. Nella stanza al piano terra si sentiva un forte odore di umido/chiuso, mentre in quella sopra mancava il mini frigo (che a Luglio in una città umida come Venezia non è esattamente una bella trovata). Il signore che ci ha accolto per i nostri gusti era un po’ troppo lamentoso, non molto ben disposto verso il cliente, anche se alla fine si è sempre mostrato disponibile.

- Andreas (7/5): Top Lage - Es ist eine gute Lage Wir sind angekommen ,rauf ins Zimmer gelüftet und dann die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet das hat denn Betreiber nicht gefallen, er wurde laut und hat gesagt wenn das nochmals vorkommt ist die Karte für die Klima weg,es hat sich nur überschritten mit Klima ein und Fenster zu,das hat er nicht verstanden, das hat einen festen minus Punkt gemacht..

- Peter (4/5): Diese Unterkunft würden wir nicht mehr buchen und können sie auch nicht weiterempfehlen. - die Lage war gut und im Zimmer nur die Matratzen das Zimmer und das Bad war sehr ungepflegt und staubig. Die Zusatzdecke war mit Flecken versehen und der Bettüberwurf ebenso. Frühstück sollte man auf keinen zubuchen. Es ist an Minimalismus nicht zu überbieten.... Der Inhaber empfanden wir als sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.
