Il y a que 2 chambres pour 1 personne, une est correcte mais l'autre est extrêmement petite, le plafond est à a peine 2 mètres de hauteur et 2 minuscules fenêtres. Même dans une caravane les fenêtres sont plus grandes... Le réceptionniste m'a expliqué que lui a Paris avait été dans un hôtel et que la chambre était minuscule et sous les toits. OK mes moi j'ai bien regardé les photos de la chambre qui était une chambre "normale" et je me retrouve dans une boîte minuscule.

• Nynke (8/5): Heerlijke plek van waaruit je Florence goed kan ontdekken! - Mooie grote kamer waar we als gezin (4 mensen) konden slapen. Heel dichtbij alle toeristische plekken. Ontbijt: eenvoudig en niet echt voedzaam. En wat onhandig: voor receptie/ontbijt moest je in ander gebouw zijn. Dus eerst twee trappen naar beneden en daarna weer twee trappen omhoog (er was wel een lift aanwezig)

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes Zimmer und ein gutes Bett. Das Frühstück ist okay, der Kaffee gut. Leider nur Toastbrot und kalte hartgekochte Eier beim Frühstück. Ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen.

• Klaus (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt im historischen Stadtzentrum. - Tolle Lage, mitten im historischen Stadtzentrum. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Gebäude an sich hat einen historischen Charm. Anfahrt mit dem eigenen Auto ist wirklich herausfordernd. Der Preis für das Parken im Parkhaus nebenan ist nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert.

We were arriving late and they provided all the details to locate the building, access the front door & keys for the room including a handy video clip. Spacious & quiet room and a good quality breakfast. Great location to visit the sites plus short walk to the train station.

• Ermeline (9/5): Nice Renaisance Spacious Room - Our room was spacious for 3 adults and 1 child (11 years old). Personally, I like the ambiance of the place. The only thing I overlooked was the whole property is not very mobility scooter-friendly. My husband has limited mobility. There are a few steps to hurdle. My husband had to get off the scooter everytime there was a step or two up or down, and the scooter was heavy to drag for someone (me) who is just 80 lbs (38 kgs). It was also a challenge for my petite daughter. There is an elevator though to go up to the second floor where our room was. Breakfast was good at the beautiful reception/breakfast room. The room was cleaned and towels changed even if we stayed only for 2 nights. The property is about 8-10 minutes walk to/from the train station. My husband on the mobility scooter. Well, the historic center is best explored on foot.
• Qiuming (9/5): Superb - Typical “continental breakfast”and pleasant meal has been served, however, not many other hotels do this anymore. Great service has been provided by staff. The location is wonderful, and it is close to the train station, Duomo, and Uffizi Galleries etc. and so many eating places around the facility. So called “guest checkin form”maybe not a good way for hotel service; once you ask the travelers do more, they may skip this against you and avoid the facility.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were high quality, as well as the towels. The TV was almost laughable it was so tiny. The room is very old fashioned and needs freshening in my opinion. It must have been gracious years ago but is outdated and musty.

As a solo female traveller I felt very safe staying here, and the location is excellent. The shower, very small and struggled to get hot water.

The first time we stayed we were on the same floor as the lobby, the second time we stayed we were on a different floor accessible through the courtyard. This room was larger than the first one. Everything was great, we will likely stay there again. Going up and out through the courtyard.

The staff is just great, and the location is very central and walkable to most things. My room had an unpleasant oder. The building (entrance and common areas) is rundown and not very pleasant, but clean. The first impression was a bit shocking and a letdown. The breakfast was okay but I could have done without.

There were a few small features that made it feel 3 star like the lack of an entrance and going through different buildings to get to your hotel room or door mats as carpets in the hallway but overall it was a great stay.

My single room was small but I felt cosy and safe and I liked it was very quiet. Only sound was from the local church bells in the morning. A bonus there’s a lift. Friendly staff. Room serviced each day. Would love to stay here again. No available electric sockets to charge my phone etc - so I had to unplug the lamp. Could easily rectify with a multi socket extension cable. Not a room with a view, but that didn’t matter to me.
• Dale (6/5): Go for the rooms, not for the breakfast. - The location was excellent. A short walk to the tane and the train or tram station Considering the price foe the accomodation. And the name i.e B and B. To be charging 15 euro per head including children, for what at best would be described as a sad and stale breakfast, put a bit of a dampener on what could have been a positive stay.

• Poufke (8/5): Very good - Central location close to mostly everything we wanted to visit. The room was in a beautiful historic building. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and efficient. There is not much that we did not like. However, there are a few things that would greatly improve the experience: 1. Lack of electric sockets in the room. Those days we have so many devices to charge at night so please put more sockets in the room. 2. Lack of acoustic isolation (especially the door) in the room. It's a bit unpleasant to hear any noise or voice from outside the room.
