• Kaitlin (6/5): Would not stay here again - The front desk staff were polite and helpful. They offer bike rentals. There was a room to store luggage before and after check out. Carpets are old and dirty and make the entire hotel stink. The rooms do not look like the pictures. No amenities.

The only minor point was the tea/coffee making facilities were in the room, but no coffee was available all stay.

• Edda (7/5): Tolle Lage, Zimmer nett, jedoch zu basic für den Preis - Sehr tolle Lage und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Ausblick in den Hof. Das Zimmer war angenehm leise. Die Matratzen waren bequem. Es war sauber. Wäre es günstiger gewesen, hätte ich alles in Ordnung gefunden. Das Zimmer war nach meinem Empfinden zu klein und zu basic für seinen Preis (evtl. teuer wegen Christi Himmelfahrt). Die Dusche hatte wenig Wasserdruck und war mit heiß/kalt nur schwer regulierbar.

• Diana (4/5): Very deceiving - Location was great and quiet. Small fridge in the room and breakfast was okay. The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures on booking, very deceiving. The bedsheets where dirty, scuffed walls, shower curtain moldy and the plastic vent on the bathroom door broken, also one light by the bed had no cover and no lightbulb. Bad coffee.

The price was OK for the location given the inflated Amsterdam prices The room was located below the street level with windows facing inner yard and this was a surprise as it either wasn't mentioned in the room description or not highlighted enough (other hotels usually mention it in the room name). Also the soundproofing was non-existent and bathroom very small.

• fırat (7/5): İyiydi - Konumu inanılmaz iyi. Hem sakin hem ulaşıma yakındı. Keyifli bir bölgede. Çalışanlar da çok nazik ve yardımsever Konfor aramamanız lazım. Yatak hobbitlere göre :) oda küçük ama bu bence Amsterdam için kaçınılmaz bir durum. En azından bir terlik olsa iyi olurdu.

• Mariia (7/5): - The hotel is very nice, and the location is perfect - calm street, the museums are just 5 min away. The beds are comfortable. There is coffee and tea 24h at the reception Two things. First, the hotel sends a lot of messages and it's definitely not what a guest coming for leasure wants to see. Such a guest wants to give their money and have everything done for them. I think this sort of communication is too pushy and doesn't create a good impression. Second, when I came, I was supposed to have a video call in my room, but the wifi barely worked there, so I had to move to the lobby to have my call which was not convenient.

• Lydia (9/5): Tolles Cityhotel mit Flair im Museumsviertel - Schönes Hotel mit Flair in der City, Bahnen und Busse in der Nähe, zum Hauptbahnhof ca. 15 min. Das Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen , Nähe Leidseplein und Museumsviertel. Unser 4-er Zimmer war mit 2 Doppelbetten ausgestattet, mit Blick in einen ruhigen Hinterhof mit zwitschernden Vögeln. Es war geräumig, nur im Bad könnte es noch eine zusätzliche Abstellmöglichkeit geben. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab extra Sitzmöbel. Einige Ecken benötigen evtl.zusätzliche Putzaktionen( Deckenlampen/ Lamellen Badtür). Das Personal war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch beim Service. Zusätzliche Wünsche/ Anfragen( Geburtstagsüberraschung) wurden zwar gegen Aufpreis, aber mit Luftballons und Süßigkeiten im Zimmer voller Freude erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist hübsch präsentiert und bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl an Müsli, frischem Obst, Joghurt, Brötchen, Brot,...und würde immer wieder nachgelegt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck problemlos abstellen, da wir am ersten Tag bereits gg.9 Uhr angekommen und am letzten Tag erst 21.30 Uhr angereist sind( Nachtzug) . Das Hotel ist eine schöne Kombination aus historischen Häusern und modernem Design. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und können es empfehlen. Evtl. wäre eine zusätzliche Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad sinnvoll.

• Aldana (7/5): En relación precio-calidad, es caro para lo que son las habitaciones. - La ubicación estaba buena, y las instalaciones compartidas también. El desayuno muy completo. La habitación cuádruple era excesivamente pequeña. No teníamos espacio para caminar, y contábamos con un carry on cada huésped solamente. En el baño no hay ningún agarre de seguridad, por lo que si son huéspedes adultos o con necesidades especiales, deben tener cuidado.

However, the walls are quite thin — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. While the bathroom was clean, the carpet and walls in the room were noticeably dirty.

• Abby (9/5): Gorgeous clean well connected hotel with friendly staff, just bring your own travel cup if you want a coffee in your roo - Our stay was fantastic, impeccably clean in bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We didn’t try breakfast but it looked good and if we were to stay again we would add that on. We sat in the lobby area and had a coffee most days and the coffee from the machine is really nice. Beds were comfy, ceilings were high which is nice for a standard small Amsterdam hotel room. We had a nice view to the garden which you can sit outside in as well (met some friendly cats in the garden too) The location is very connected by trams to central and de pijp but also if you don’t mind walking you’re close enough to do that too. No coffee facilities in the room and you can’t take cups up from the lobby to your room. However, the coffee downstairs is free to use all the time and much nicer than an instant coffee you would usually get in your room! Next time we will just bring a travel cup to take a coffee up to the room.

• Joana (7/5): Amazing location, good value for money - perfect for short stay! - Location is definitely a high score - close to museum district and Vondelpark and to Leidseplein famous square, with many options for restaurantes, bars, clubs, theaters, cinemas, coffee shops, and also shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful (asked for early check in and used main area to work after checkout), good amenities in room (toiletries, free water, cookies) and nice touches like free coffee and tea. Oh and having an elevator was quite nice as my room was on last floor, and in Amsterdam its not that common for smaller hotels. Room was comfy with a nice view but really small - as I stayed for 1 night was fine, but for a longer stay would be uncomfortable. Bed was also very small (and im 1,65mts) and right next to the heater which made the room not get warm enough, and the bed too hot.

Il bagno era grande e con spazio per appoggiare le mie cose Il letto era strettissimo, il materasso era largo solo 70 cm e la base era ancora più stretta quindi ho dormito molto male. Non c'era la possibilità di preparare caffè o tisane in camera. Ero l'unica a fare colazione e quindi mi hanno preparato le cose su richiesta - gentilissimi, per carità, ma non proprio la scelta che ci si aspetta con la colazione in albergo.

Also, it's great they have an elevator and common area to hang out. Great location that felt safe, close to public transportation and good food. We got a room on the basement level facing the street which was not ideal. In late evening people would be talking loudly and smoking right outside our window. The smoke would seep into our room which we cold smell. Told the front desk the next morning but they really couldn't do anything about it.

• Kokarevičs (7/5): Mid experience with great location. - The location was great. The main spots were near, no need for public transport to explore the city and canals. Everything we needed was approachable by feet. the neighbourhood itself was also nice. The staff was kind and positive which set a good vibe. The pictures on the site of the rooms were different of what we got. Also, when we checked in online before hand, it showed a nice picture of a spacious room with 2 windows. Instead we got sent to the basement with a small window peeking to the street. Felt claustrophobic. The cleanness of the room was also questionable. Pillow case was not clean, the carpet had some damage, bathroom was ok, but also not the cleanest. The light covers also dirty.

• Ina (9/5): - Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, da Kultur, öffenlticher Nahverkehr und Natur in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen sind. Das Frühstück war für mich ausreichend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vergessenes Ladekabel für mein Handy kein Problem - ich konnte an der Rezeption an diesem Abend das Handy laden. Sehr gerne empfehle ich dieses Hotel weiter.

• Petra (8/5): - Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Ruhig aber zentral gelegen. Der Aufenthalts/Frühstücksraum ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und der Empfang vom Personal sehr nett. Kaffee /Tee sind für alle Gäste gratis und frei zugänglich. Wir haben für 3 Nächte im "Gartenzimmer" verbracht. Es war sehr ruhig. Badezimmer scheint relativ neu zu sein. Wir haben 3 Einzelbetten gebucht, die im Raum verteilt gewesen sind. Größe ist ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Amsterdam gerne wieder! Das Zimmer ist mit einen Teppichboden ausgestattet, der etwas unangenehm riecht. Liegt vielleicht an der Gartenlage vom Zimmer. Zimmer macht abgesehen vom Geruch einen sehr sauberen Eindruck.
