Душ нормальный Кухня абсолютно не приспособлена для еды. Практически нет посуды! 2 чашки, одна ложка. Старые маленькие чайники. Нет стола ни на кухне, ни в комнате. Очень шумно от скрипа и стука входных дверей!

• Karoline (4/5): Keine große Erwartungshaltung-keine große Enttäuschung - Lage. 3 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Termini. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt und die Betten gemacht. Unsauber, unfreundlich und man sollte alle persönlichen Gegenstände wegschließen. Nachdem mir etwas entwendet wurde, bin ich zur Rezeption und habe mich beschwert, daraufhin musste ich mich rechtfertigen, warum ich so aufgebracht bin... Nunja....

• Fabien (3/5): - emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre de Rome personnel très aimable. la navette proposée par l'hôtel pour rejoindre l'aéroport en dehors des heures des trains et bus est bien utile mais pas donnée literie inconfortable et lit 2 personnes très petit, en dehors des standards de taille usuels salle de bain minuscule, douche très petite qui ne convient pas aux grands gabarits même pour un gabarit standard l'ouverture de la porte mesure 25 cm donc attention à ça! isolation avec les autres chambres inexistante, on peux suivre en direct la conversation téléphonique du voisin. je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, son seul point positif est son emplacement et son personnel aimable mais qui ne peux rien faire pour les problèmes cités plus haut

Local limpo. Quarto mais espaço de todas as acomodações que fiquei na minha viagem pela Europa. Não gostei porque ao realizar a reserva constava que ficaria no hotel Palma porém, quando cheguei ao hotel, o funcionário me informou eu não seria lá que me acomodaria e sim em um outro local. O que gerou um certo estresse porque tive eu me deslocar novamente até o novo local e aí chegar lá o funcionário informou que não poderia deixar as malas das minha irmãs, algo que eu já havia previamente perguntado e informada que seria possível. Além disso no calor do momento acabei não gravando as informações do endereço da nova acomodação e no final do dia quando precisei retornar tive que ir novamente na primeira acomodação, a qua indicava o endereço no booking para me informar novamente do endereço da acomodação na qual ficaria.

• Mykyta (10/5): За эту цену я ожидал худшего! Прияное удивление. - За эту цену это просто шик. Прекрасное расположение прямо на против ж/д вокзала Termini. Новый ремонт, новая техника. Все современное и новое. Персонал очень отзывчивый и добрый. Можно бесплатно оставить свой багаж до 18:00 после выселения. Также советую вам заранее попросить поселить вас в здании, расположенном ближе к вокзалу, ведь как я понял - там более новый ремонт. Это не минус, но учтите, что вам придется заплатить городской налог за каждого туриста в размере 5€/ночь.

• Sempre in viaggio (7/5): Ottima qualità prezzo - La posizione ottimale vicina alla stazione e comodissima da raggiungere a piedi, sotto ha il bar per fare colazione e un mini marchet, la camera è molto soft, ma comodissima per chi, come noi, partivamo al mattino e rientravamo alla sera. Letti molto comodi unica pecca, non aveva un cuscino in più da darci.

• Basma (9/5): Beautiful stay - That it had A.C and a T.V, wasn’t like the picture it seems like they renovated the place. The staff were really nice and friendly, they welcomed us and escorted us to our apartment. The only weird part is that after we checked in we had to switch to a different hotel and didn’t stay in Palma. The elevator is old and you have to manually close it. It was right in front of the station which was very helpful. Other than that it was a really nice stay and wish we stayed longer. It just needs more paying attention to cleaning

La ventana insonorizada mucho el ruido ya que da a una calle muy transitada. La cama relativamente cómoda y muy grande. La ubicación, ya que estaba literalmente a 2 min. Andando de la estación termini. Tiene ascensor y un microondas compartido.secafor aunque viejo en la habitación. Cambiaban diariamente las toallas( bajo mi punto de vista demasiado) Dejadez en general de la habitación, no estaba extremadamente limpia, con moho en los raíles de la ducha ( la cual la mampara estaba rota y no cerraba), persiana llena de polvo, no tiene cortinas asique entra la luz a primera hora de la mañana. El 80% de los enchufes no funcionaban, la antena de la TV no cogía bien los canales, el armazón del somier sobresalía mucho más que el colchón y en las esquinas se acumulaba la mugre. Es un conjunto de varios edificios y de primeras nos mandaron una dirección y luego resulta que era otra.

Los trabajadores amables y serviciales y nos guardaron las maletas hasta que salió el vuelo. El ruido, se escuchaba todo, tanto la calle como el resto de habitaciones. Y la ducha, o salía helada o salía que quemaba.

• Vladimir (10/5): - Удобное расположение, в 800-х метрах от вокзала. Метро в 500-х метрах, напротив остановка автобуса. Проживали во 2-м корпусе. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Завтрака нет. В санузле мыло, шампунь. Каждый день уборка и смена полотенец. Кровать удобна. Есть холодильник. Нет ни одного стакана. Даже пластикового. Нет чайника.
• MIGUEL ANGEL (1/5): Para no repetir y mucho menos recomendar - solamente me gustó la ubicación El check in tuvimos que llamar a un telefóno porque no había nadie en recepción y la comunicación fue horrible. No hablaban ni italiano ni español ni ingles. La habitación no olía bien, ni estaba demasiado limpia y el baño tampoco , En concreto la ducha daba asco meterse en ella, estaba llena de moho y de suciedad y estaba todo muy viejo y poco cuidado. La primera noche tuvimos una cama decente para dos perdonas y la segunda noche nos la cambiaron sin avisar a una cama de 1,20 para dos personas, sin consultar, sin avisar y sin informar, un servicio pésimo.

• Carolin (6/5): Der Aufenthalt war okay, da im Hotel nur geschlafen wurde. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. - Die Lage ist super. Der Bahnhof ist zu schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Dusche im Bad war verrostet, verkalkt und wirkte sehr unhygienisch. Die Steckdose im Bad wurde mit Paketband befestigt.

• Fang (7/5): Disappointed - The room is spacious. The location of the property is not what I booked for. It’s further away from the central location. They told me only one day before I checked in. It’s a bit deceptive. Also, the reception staff is not very friendly.
• Kevin (8/5): Pleasant - The room was very clean and comfortable La Palma does advertise that you are staying in a room on the next block over from the check in location. The first stay we were closer to the train station and sights we wanted to see. However, on the second stay we were told that the checkin location was somewhere else and we had another 10 minute walk farther from the station. The room itself was fine, but it was a farther walk. It would be nice to know where exactly you are staying in advance to help with planning. I might have chose a different location had I known that it was different from the first one we stayed at.

• Artur (1/5): I absolutely do not recommend this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your impression of this beautiful city. But if your b - The hotel location is very convenient — being close to the train station is the only advantage of this hotel. Everything else is a complete nightmare that doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The main disadvantages of the hotel: it is located on the ground floor of a residential apartment building, with a separate entrance through a gate for which you are given a bunch of keys (there are no key cards at all). The entrance to the hotel itself is also by physical keys, like in the 20th century. The reception area is extremely cramped and uncomfortable, everything smells damp and feels worn out. The rooms are small, dusty, with dirty walls, mold in the shower cabin and on the bathroom walls. The power outlets in room 104 are literally covered with electrical tape — this place desperately needs a serious government inspection that should revoke its license.

• Geraldine (4/5): Estancia rara - No mucho El personal súper raro, hay que esperar un montón para que lleguen a “recepción”, haces el check in y luego te llevan a otro lado donde está la habitación, se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones, la limpieza del baño súper deficiente, no me gustó para nada. No lo recomiendo
