• Susan (8/5): Lovely quiet and comfortable stay in a convenient and interesting area. - It’s a lovely location, and the traditional courtyard setting means that, even though it’s in a lively, central part of town, it was a peaceful night’s sleep with a very comfortable bed. So, there was a facility to make tea and coffee but only in a shared area- we arrived quite late due to train delays and so no one on duty- there were no clean cups and a notice saying you weren’t allowed to take cups into your room. I just washed one in the bathroom but it didn’t feel very welcoming.

• Valeriia (7/5): Nice place, but you should not rely on in house breakfast - Location of the hotel is amazing, behind the corner of the building you could see a direct road to The Cathedral. Our room itself was nice, so on style with the city. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. We had a nice stay We were disappointed with breakfast. The first morning was ok - 1 bread with ham per person, butter, yogurt, crackers, 3 types of sweet bakery, a small bottle of juice per person. But the next day was a huge disappointment - only very sweet bakery (one cake literally had a layer of sugar on top). It was hard to eat and left us hungry.

L'hôte fait un effort en donnant des cantucci de Prato. La literie est bonne et pour une nuit, c'est appréciable d'être à proximité de tout. C'est propre. Elle sentait un peu, donc un parfum d'ambiance très fort odorant avait été placé pour masquer l'odeur. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun personnel, tout s'est fait par téléphone, en plus à l'arrivée, difficulté de voir les consignes pour rentrer car il n'y avait pas de réseau internet.

Personal que atiende en el desayuno y en la recepción son muy muy amables, profesionales y simpáticos. Muy limpio. Muy acogedor, es un hotel pequeño con 7 habitaciones más o menos y se crea un ambiente sereno, cómodo, SEGURO y agradables. Todo me gustó. Lo recomiendo.

• Sarah (10/5): Lovely guest house, would stay here again - A lovely little guest house in a fantastic location. Near to everything but still very quiet on an evening. I slept so well every night! My room came with its own private bathroom which was external to my room. Took a little bit of getting used to! The guesthouse itself is very safe and secure which I really appreciated as a first time solo traveler.

La séparation entre la chambre et l’accès à la salle de bains était vraiment pénible, surtout que notre chambre donnait vraiment sur la réception… donc obligation de passer devant tout le monde pour aller à chaque fois à la salle de bains. Vraiment pas pratique.

У объекта было указано, что заезд не позднее 19 часов. Мы пытались по всем каналам связаться с отелем, но нам не приходило ответов ни через букинг, ни на эмейл, ни в ватсап. Примерно за пару дней до заезда нам все же ответили, что все хорошо и мы можем заселиться позже. Но все это время мы жили в неведении как будет, можно ли будет заселиться или придется срочно искать чтото другое. -я сама не досмотрела, что собственная ванная комната, но она не в номере, а на этаже. Это было ужасно. Если я или муж ночью вставали в туалет, то просыпался наверное весь дом, все двери ужасно скрипят, замки открываются ужасно шумно. Но это моя вина, что я не обратила внимание на то что ванна и туалет в отдельном помещении. -не было даже тапочек, учитывая, что ванна и туалет отдельно. Приходилось шлепать босиком по кафелю, либо каждый раз одевать кроссовки -в ванне не было больших банных полотенец. Были полотенца размером примерно 50х70 или както так. Скажем среднего размера. А полноценных больших банных полотенец не было. -один очень маленький холодильник в столовой для всех. По инструкции туда можно положить только один продукт, что бы другим тоже хватило место. То есть если мы с мужем, то можно например одну бутылку положить или одну пачку с сыром. -из посуды были только чайные ложки в общей столовой, не было даже блюдец или тарелок. В номере были два стакана. -кровать и подушки очень неудобные. Я привереда, но муж, который может спать стоя, сказал, что тоже очень плохо спал. В общем я не поймала вайб этого места.

• Yanling (9/5): - Sembra un mini Hotel avendo sei camere sole con uno stile particolare, trasformato da un tipico condominio italiano in centro storico. I clienti sembrano meno giovani e quindi avendo pace. Tutto è molto organizzato e soddisfacente. La camera ha i mobili buoni e particolari, luci carine. Il letto è comodo, si sente qualcosa di più non come nella casa, ma meno in un hotel. Il mio bagno è esterno ma pulito e arredato a livello alto, l'esperienza di uso è molto buona. La colazione è davvero buona. Costruzione del passato, muro non è grosso abbastanza.

• Dion (7/5): We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable. Host communicated well. - The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom shower was a bit small and the drainage from the shower blocked at times. Coffee and tea were provided at no charge in the dining room area. Noise from guest moving around was disturbing at night. The room was not sound proofed from noise inside the building. A mini bar fridge inside the room would be a great addition as the only shared fridge mini bar fridge was in the dining room. Eating in the bedroom was not allowed.

Also a plus is the water dispenser and acces to a small kitchen where You can prepare yourself a cup of tea or an instant cofee on the house ) IT is also possible to leave your lugage there , after check-out , If your departure is in the afternoon ! Also the staff is very kind ! 1. ATTENTION: for those traveling from november to march: the room is very cold , i dont't think the temperature was any higher than 15 -16 ° Celsius ! This is a big inconvenient for those used with higher temperatures ( we keep our home at 22°C for example ) or for families with infants ! ( The room has rocky walls and floor , so it's cold by it's nature and the property displays some law of Toscana acording to witch they can use the central heating system only 12 hours a day and at maximum 20°C ! Sincerely , i doubt that the law is still active , since the source of the text was some Google article from 2020 ) Be sure to also bring some slippers with You cause the floor is cold , as i allready mentioned ! The air conditioner they will tell You to open dose'nt have the power to change the temperature with more than 1 , maximum 2 degrees ! 2. The self checkin is'n very dificult but keep in mind that You must use WhatsApp! The property will not respond You via no other chanell (phone call or email ) ! And even on Booking's chat they respond with delay and ask You for an WhatsApp number ! And also You have to pay the city tax by card , with the link they send You in WhatsApp!
• Pedroni (8/5): Soddisfatti - Bagno privato esterno alla camera ma comodo e pulito. Ottima posizione da raggiungere dalla stazione dei treni e per visitare la città-
• Anna Lisa (6/5): Adatto a giovanissimi. - La struttura è molto caratteristica, molto carino lo stile. La posizione è ottima. Il bagno esterno alla stanza è davvero scomodo, in quanto si deve praticamente uscire in soggiorno per raggiungerlo, inoltre è microscopico senza lo spazio per appoggiare nulla. Piccola anche la stanza, con condizionatore che non riscadava affatto e illuminazione scarsa. Il letto non era particolarmente comodo. Inoltre c'era un tappeto a coprire un pavimento scoppiato. Sostanzialmente credo che la struttura sia più adatta ad un pubblico di giovanissimi, ma non per adulti.

• Markéta (8/5): - Nice position near the cathedral in a more hipster part of the city, clear instructions for check-in, very nice appartment with a style, big room and nice and clean bathroom, nice balcony. Sending ID documents via WhatsApp is not ideal as well as paying the city tax online via a link. The reception is open only in the morning - it means that the communication is also possible only in the morning. The door closes automatically so it makes a lot of noise. No water in the kitchen but not possible to take cups in the room. One glass in our room was quite dirty.

The tv wasn’t programmed for multiple languages, it had lots of mosquitoes, getting in and out involved long codes. Even the WiFi password was lazy. Plus the place wasn’t that clean. Though the beds and bathroom were it was just dusty in the corners.
