- Senan (2/5): - The rooms were marketed with inclusion of Wifi, in reality the wifi signal was very poor, intermittent with many many cases no signal/internet at all. I discourage staying at this hotel that do not fullfill their announced commitments. Additionally, receptionist is unfriendly and unprofessional that do not fit in the tourism industry

- RYODAI (2/5): The hotel is not connected to any Wifi. - I can't say I'm surprised at how highly this hotel is rated. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Even though the wifi in the room was not connected at all, the staff did nothing to help. To top it off, the reception staff laughed and dismissed my request for a different room. This is a serious problem though. Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel.

- Faraz (10/5): Great and very clean hotel at a good price - Very clean hotel. You will find tea facitlity inside the room with hot water kettle. Bell boys are alk very helpful. If you want a very clean and hygienic hotel at very cheap rate , then this Hotel is the perfect choice. The only drawback is, the mattress was very uncomfortable as i could feel the springs and mattres was completely worn out. I cannot comment about the noise level that much , as all the bars and restaurants were shut due to the outbreak of Corona virus COVID 19. Hotel is a 4 minute walk from the biggest metro station called Union ( Itehad in Arabic) this station connects the Red and green lines. 5 minutes walk to the most oldest and famous AL Ghurair centre. Across the road you have 24/7 convenient store which serves almost everything a person requires.

This is a very nice, well equipped place to stay if you're traveling on a budget but still expect some comfort and amenities. The staff was very helpful too. The location, very close to the Union metro station and with all sorts of shops and restaurants just round the corner was ideal. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Dubai.

- Mandi (10/5): Dubai Comfort Inn - The staff at Comfort Inn were all very polite and friendly. They answered all questions I had. There was someone ready to clean my room every morning. They also serve a nice breakfast. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof. The metro is down the street and it made it easy to travel to see Dubai.
- Randy (4/5): Feels like there is renovation every day! - You can’t rest well. Around 9 am every day the cleaner will start cleaning the rooms in a noisy way. If feels like they do renovation daily due to their noise. Staff are not friendly, there is one day that I tried to do a local call at the reception, the receptionist keep asking me if my call is local and gives me a judgmental look.

- Thais (8/5): Great days there! - The hotel is very close to the Union Station Metro, comfortable, good for who needs a cheap choice with a interesting comfortable. Also there is a little bit noise that comes from outside the room when people are outside nothing to complain a lot for us.

Management is really bad, because they even don’t allow you to have visitor in your room. Two staff members at site have different policy about it. Even the manager on the phone was like “You should leave the hotel otherwise I’ll call Police”. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I think staff and site need training.
- Roderick (10/5): Deira Gem! - I initially had reservations about booking a 3 star hotel in Dubai but the Comfort Inn proved me wrong. The location was excellent if you are in search of a great value for money place to sleep in Dubai. We were out most of the time and the hotel suited our needs. Within walking distance to the Metro Red Line Union station about 300 meters as well as bus stops. Al Ghuriar Shopping Centre also about 300 meters which is a stop for the Open Top City Tour Bus. Free shuttle service to City Centre Mall Deira. Location also close Gold and Spice Markets as well as Dubai Creek cruises. We had an early morning flight and taxi cost was only 16.50 Dirhams! Lastly I like the old world charm of the hotel dark wood furniture with beading and superb floor tiling. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again. Oh yes almost forgot - we had an in house buffet lunch for 40 Dirhams which was excellent as well as late night burger combo for 22 Dirhams also was sumptuous!

Walking distance to a supermarket, walking distance to restaurants, very close and walking distance to the Metro for easily going all over the city. I have made the hotel to my chose number one when staying in Dubai. Several times lately I have been staying there, and will next time if there is a room awailable.

The outside vertical sign coming from Union station is in Arabic but on hotel side it is in English n Arabic. The law says the name should be affixed in both English and Arabic and I had quite a tough time finding.it sine I came by metro. Then they advertise their location on Al Rigga street when they are one street over and it is not Al Rigga. Such inconsistencies should be rectified for other clients like me. IT WAS 42degrees+ and I danced from shop to.shop.around Union station for about 1hr before I could get to locate the hotel.. No.signs from the Metro station.quite deceiving!! Nice hotel and nice restaurant food buffet. For once in DubAi, restaurant food was without Chilli...and nice but a bit arrogant check.in staff.

The hotel is 3 star not five, so if you are expecting five star move along with your selection, however, if you are after a clean well located hotel with friendly staff and a pretty good buffet breakfast then you would be happy with this hotel. The metro is very close, maybe 100-200m away, there is a shop across the road that is open 24 hrs. It’s easy to get around by metro. Also in a short walking distance is a shopping mall. A taxi to or from the airport was reasonable, maybe $25-35/AED .

- Verified traveler (6/5): Easy airport access. - The hotel was in a reasonable location quite close to the souks and easy to access Dubai International Airport. The hotel was clean and the condition good. Staff were quite friendly but several had difficulty understanding what was actually being asked and were unable to give specific information / directions. The breakfast selection was poor (in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in in this area over the past two years whilst intransit on long haul flights) with very few western options - (cornflakes for cereal and that was it!), very little salad and no yoghurt or fruit, food lukewarm. No tea/coffee making facilities were in the room and no bottled drinking water was provided which is unusual for Dubai.. The receptionist said "There are no extras for anything". A bonus is the nearby modern (but small in comparison to the large shopping malls) Al Ghurair Shopping Centre that has all modern shopping chains, a Carrefours supermarket and good eating options as well as many other shopping opportunities. Buses and underground stations are nearby.

- Ezan Jay (8/5): Excellent staff and service provided! - Checking in was very smooth and fast. The room that I specifically request was made available for me. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. Basic necessities were made available in the room and upon request, in which was responded quickly. Wi-fi was alright although I did experience some issues such as failure to connect or weak signal sometimes. In-room service like meal orders were easy and deliveries were professional and in reasonable timings. The hotel concierge by the of Hamid was very friendly and accommodating throughout my whole stay in the hotel. He recommended places to visit within the vicinity, help with the luggages during checking in and out and never fail to greet whenever we chance upon each other. The hotel definitely made my trip a comfortable one.

The staff was tremendous and bent over backwards to help when ever possible, from the front desk staff to the door man to the pool attendants. Stayed 3 nights and would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

The staff is courteous and eager to help. Rooms were clean and well kept. Our overall experience with this hotel has been excellent. Lastly, family-friendly and very near to bus and metro stations.

I was welcome as though I was a loved family member, come to visit. Comfortable bed, lovely room, and stellar restaurant. The only drawback was that the shower and bathroom floor were VERY slippery; I put the bathmat in the shower whilst I bathed to avoid falling. An easy and inexpensive taxi ride to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. I'll be returning to Dubai in July, and I've already reserved my room.

Restaurant staff was courteous. The rooms did not have dark curtains. So room was full of light in the morning which made it difficult for me to sleep.
