- Noemi (1/5): Sconsigliato - Nulla Tutto: iniziando dal quartiere terrificante, pauroso e pieno di gente non bella (tralascio le foto di gente accampata sulle scale di ingresso dell'hotel) Qui su booking dice late check-out che mi è stato detto non poteva esserci (ok, no problem , importante è saperlo in tempo per fortuna, ma non scrivetelo) Pulizia terribile, abbiamo dovuto chiedere cambi camera, lenzuola sporche come il resto della stanza. Plauso almeno per i cambi camera fatti. La colazione senza infamia e senza lode.
- Schauer (1/5): Vyhněte se obloukem! - Jediné, co se mi na tomhle hotelu líbilo, byl moment, kdy jsme odtud odešli. Vyhněte se obloukem!!!! Brutální špína, plíseň, chlupy v posteli i na ručníkách, fleky na matracích a rozbitý nábytek. Celý hotel působil nehygienicky a zanedbaně, jako kdyby tam roky nikdo pořádně neuklízel. Postele sotva držely pohromadě a pokoje vypadaly, jako kdyby tam bydleli nějací narkomani. Snídaně byla taky katastrofa – špinavé nádobí, chlupy mezi talíři, mastné hrníčky a evidentně nečerstvé jídlo. Nejdřív jsme navíc dostali úplně jiný pokoj, než byl na fotkách na Bookingu. Po stížnosti nás sice přestěhovali, ale druhý pokoj byl snad ještě horší. Nakonec jsme radši odešli a museli si zaplatit jiný hotel. Ani lokalita nebyla bezpečná, všude kolem samí narkomani a pochybný lidi. Upřímně nechápu, jak tenhle hotel může mít čtyři hvězdy. Možná tak před 40 lety. Pokud nechcete zkažený pobyt, tomuhle místu se vyhněte obloukem.

There was a pleasanr lounge area on the ground floor. The room was spacious and the shower always had water at any time of the day. The hotel met all my expectations. It was a very pleasant 4 days that I spent in the hotel and there wasn't anything that would have improved my stay. I would certainly stay there again.

- Meander10631261062 (2/5): Stay away - We checked into this hotel on Sunday and left within 20 minutes because the conditions were completely unacceptable. The room was not clean, the pillows were yellow-stained, and overall hygiene standards were extremely poor. The pool was also dirty and clearly not maintained. What concerned us most was the safety around the hotel. There were people directly outside our room openly taking and injecting drugs, which made us feel very unsafe. This was not the environment we expected or paid for. Due to the cleanliness and safety issues, we could not stay and checked out almost immediately. Since then, I have emailed the hotel twice requesting a refund and have received no response at all, which has made the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointing experience and not at all as advertised.

- Richard (3/5): It was not as I expected. The pictures on the website did not actually represent the present condition of this hotel. - The hotel is old and run down. It’s not clean and located in a rather sketchy area.

Convenient location to metro etc. Area around hotel grubby - drug users on the streets (plenty of police presence so didnt feel unsafe). Traffic noise on Saturday night took awhile to adjust to.

- Braden (6/5): Not what we were expecting being listed as a 4 star hotel. Not a holiday destination. - It was affordable. The breakfast was simple but good. Spacious room for family of four. Beds were comfortable. Definitely not a 4 Star Hotel as they claim. 2 star at best. It felt like a run down university dorm room. The shower didn’t drain, the door handle to the bathroom was broken (we mentioned this to the front desk and cleaning staff and it never was addressed properly), there was black mold around the edges of the shower, dust bunnies under the beds. The neighbourhood was rough (very visible drug users nearby, needles on the sidewalk around the corner, was told it was not safe to be out at night).

Only hot food selection was scrambled eggs and heated croissants. For some reason, we are a family of four but only 3 sets of towels provided each night of our stay. I had to ask for more.

Läget är bra, då man kan ta sig till Akropolis till fots (ca en halvtimme). Men några av kvarteren bakom hotellet är ganska nedgångna och inte så trevliga att gå i på kvällen. Välj hellre att följa Marni-gatan upp till 3 September-gatan även om det är en liten omväg.

I would recommend sticking to the main streets. I have to admit that the breakfast wasn’t the best and the selection was very limited. The scrambled eggs, which should have been warm, were cold. Because the only options for breakfast are cold cut meats and cheeses. There are cereals available but when I asked if there was any soy milk available the unhelpful restaurant staff just said there was none. I’m allergic to milk as well as being vegetarian so I couldn’t eat anything. Reiterating what the other people have said, the rooms also seem a bit unclean and it’s in a really rough area/location.
- Arkadiusz (8/5): - Generalnie bardzo miły, przyjemny i tani hotelik z super obsługą. Codziennie wymieniana pościel, ręczniki - jak najbardziej na plus Na to lokal ma mały wpływ ale niestety mało zachęcająca okolica. Nic groźnego się nam nie działo ale warto było wracać do hotelu przed zmrokiem.

- Marie-Eve (1/5): Horrible expérience ! - Rien. Hôtel sale. Quartier infesté de toxicoman et de seringues à même le Sol. Pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Déjeuner exécrable. Les Chambre sont délabré et sans entretien. Punaise de lit! À éviter absolument !!

- Sjoke (4/5): 4 jours suffit... - La dame âgée à l'accueil était très accueillante et aimable. Les '4 étoiles ' doivent daté de y il a 20 ans en arrière... l'hôtel est mal isolé et plusieurs sanitaires/ Ustensiles sont en train de lâcher ou tomber en panne. Un peu vieillotte, le quartier très sale et des drogués dans les ruelles juste à côté, très dommage pour l'hôtel ( et eux... triste 😥).
