Cero privacidad y ruidos molestos . No es lo que muestra la página . Tengan cuidado antes de reservar La obra en frente con trabajadores y el andamio más el ruido . Per la mia famiglia è stata una vacanza eccellente! Era tutto perfetto!

La ubicacion excelente, de facil acceso al centro y a la vez en una zona tranquila sin ruido en las calles. Siempre hay alguien en la recepcion y son extremadamente amables. The staff was also very kind and pleasant. The location is very convenient: it’s in a quiet area with no noise, but at the same time it’s easy to get to shops, and it’s close to the city center and main tourist spots. So we felt very comfortable, calm, and relaxed during our stay. Definitely recommend!

The location was superb overlooking picturesque old buildings and of course the canal below, it was also only a 10 minute walk to all of the main sights but was lovely and quiet in this particular area. There was a brilliant supermarket just across the bridge from the apartment complex that had everything you needed to stock up your kitchen. We had an absolutely fantastic time here and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Venice with everything at your fingertips. Not enough plug sockets around this particular apartment, the smaller bedroom only had one. Could also do with more cooking utensils in the kitchen and we only had one tea towel to use during our stay. We stayed here for 5 nights but only ever had one set of towels supplied, one bath towel and one hand towel per person, so had to use the same towels again and again.

- Olivia (3/5): Passer votre chemin. - La localisation. L’appartement est situé à côté d’un bar, impossible de dormir la nuit. Les gens hurlaient en dehors du bar, sans compter le voisin du dessus qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. L’appartement est très mal isolé, il y avait aussi énormément de moustiques, nous avons été dévorés. Le lit n’est pas très confortable, il y a un trou au milieu. Et notre hôte nous a fait savoir (au dernier moment) que nous devions passer payer la taxe de séjour à son bureau, ce qui nous a bien couper la première journée. Bref, vous pouvez trouver mieux !

The kitchen wares are a bit old and overused. No big pan, if you wish to make a meal for all of you. The worst part was the obligation to take the trash out. There is no information about this in the description, yet there are signs in the apartment. They say that additional costs will be counted if the trash won't be taken out before your leave. In my opinion, it's absurd since it's the object responsibility to take care of such matters, especially in the city of Venice, where waste disposal is more complex than in other cities.

Great view directly onto a canal. - Friendly staff and lovely spacious and clean accommodation. 15 minutes walk from saint marks square. We had the three bedrooms apartment. Perfect for a mother travelling with 2 adult children. The steep staircase up to the third bedroom with open side felt a bit perilous. Not suitable for a small child or someone with poor mobility.

- Michele (10/5): Memorable - The flat was very spacious and equipped with a lovely kitchen. The position is great as it’s only few minutes walk from San MarcoSquare but not in a busy area. There’s a lovely grocery store next to it that came very handy for the evening as most restaurants were booked up. Nothing.

Servizio di check-in a distanza ottimo e puntuale. Tiziana molto gentile e premurosa. Accesso alle stanze, dislocate rispetto agli appartamenti, tramite una rampa di scale un po stretta e ripida, ma niente di grave.

- Kamvoussiora (9/5): Overall a great stay! - Location was great, close to all the main sites in Venice! The apartment was clean and nice and the support was exceptional. They answered the chat constantly and were very helpful about everything we needed. The only thing we didn't love is that 2 of the 3 bedrooms had really small beds, they felt smaller than an average bed for one person, like they were for kids, but it wasn't explicitly mentioned that they were small.

- Martin (9/5): schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit guter Anbindung - ruhige Lage, man ist rasch am Markusplatz und am Rialto un bei Vaporettostationen, schöne Terrasse, gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, man kann leicht nach Rezeptionsschluss in die Unterkunft, sehr detaillierte Beschreibung, wie man das App erreicht und wie man den Schlüssel bekommt!
