• Sandy (7/5): Don’t accept a 3rd floor room! - Location was excellent. The breakfast was good and they had American coffee! I was stuck on the third floor. The stairs were expected but a window so high I could not look out of, a closet the size of a playhouse and zero turn around room was not. I mananged to peek in rooms on the second floor and they had wonderful light and appeared to be bright and airy. This third floor room was kinda like a midget house it was so tiny. Had there been a fire there was no exit except down those three flights of stairs. I would most likely give this place a 9 with a 1st or 2nd floor room but a third floor room is a hard 4 or below for a rating. I gave it it a 7 to cut the difference.

• Luciana (8/5): Fomos bem acolhidos e tivemos uma primeira noite em Veneza memoravel - Fomos recebidos sem dificuldade alguma em um horario sem check in presencial e não tivemos dificuldade alguma para o check in remoto e acessar o quarto. Tudo muito caprichoso , bem cuidado e recebemos um upgrade de quarto com banheira que foi uma grata surpresa. Outro ponto a destacar é a proximidade com a estação de trem , a poucos minutos andando , e em um bairro super interessante de Veneza. O café da manhã para eu que tenho restricao a leite acabou não me atendendo muito bem , muito simples , não tinha ovo mexido que é algo que prezo em café da manhã , mas para meu marido atendeu super bem e ele saiu satisfeito. Um ponto de atenção - escada é um incoveniente para quem esta com malas grandes ou tem dificuldade de mobilidade , porem eu já estava ciente disso ao fazer a reserva.

• Lori H (10/5): Stay here! - Location was perfect, a very short walk from the train station. The room and ensuite bathroom was a good size and had no train noise. Breakfast was exceptional with any kind of coffee, an assortment of cheese, meat, fruit, and sweets with a beautiful dining area in the enclosed garden patio. The lovely ladies looking after everything were very kind and helpful and made sure we had all that we needed.

The bed was as hard as a wooden board, really not comfortable. The air system was defective and it was very hot in the room with no or very little air.

Emplacement idéal près de la gare et du vaporetto, tout se fait facilement à pied. Chambre très confortable et impeccable, bon petit déjeuner. Accueil et explications au top, avec un rappel très utile sur la taxe d’accès au centre de Venise (exonération si hôtel réservé). Pensez à vérifier avant l’arrivée !

• nicole (9/5): Venezia fast - Ubicación, limpio, espacio, comodidad. Estuvimos solo una noche y la ubicación al lado de la estación de trenes es muy cómoda. El desayuno es variado y surtido con el personal muy amable. Está cerrada la puerta en la tarde, sin personal. Esto hace que el checkin, aunque funcional, sea muy impersonal. Asimismo significa que no se pueden dejar las maletas en custodia, porque no habrá nadie que te las pase. Hay que pagar en la estación por ese servicio, que es un costo extra.

• Helmut (9/5): Sehr schöner 4 Tages Urlaub in Venedig - Sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof Santa Lucia! Mit Gepäck vom Bahnsteig bis in Hotel 5 Minuten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Frühstück für unsere Gewohnheiten ausreichend und sehr gut. Leichtes einchecken und Gepäck kann bis zur Abfahrt des Zuges ohne Probleme im Hotel gelassen werden. Der Frühstücksraum sollte bei Temperaturen unter 10 grad + früher beheizt werden. Es war etwas kalt beim Frühstück.
• Brigitte (8/5): ein ruhiges,sauberes Mittelklassehotel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, praktische Nähe zum Bahnhof - ein kleines, feines Hotel, beste Lage, sehr nahe am Bahnhof in einer sehr ruhigen Seitengasse. Unkompliziert zu jeder Tages - und Nachtzeit auffindbar. Besonders wenn man am Abend schon müde von der Stadttour ist, jederzeit per Vaporetto oder Bahn leicht erreichbar. Die Gastgeber äußerst freundlich, der Check - in auch am Nachmittag oder Abend, wenn die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist, ganz einfach und gut per Mail beschrieben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Hand - und Badetücher wurden bei Bedarf auch täglich gewechselt. Das Bett und die Kissen sehr angenehm, nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart. Das Badezimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Die Duschkabine war allerdings recht eng. Adipöse, stattliche Menschen tun sich da vielleicht ein bisschen schwer. Wir hatten offenbar auch Glück mit den Mitbewohnern, es war in der Nacht kein Lärm im Hotel zu hören. Unser Zimmer lag im 1. Stock, so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben (es gibt keinen Lift!). Die Aussicht war auf eine Mauer hin, das war zwar nicht so schön, aber dadurch hatten wir kein Gegenüber. Und wir kamen sowieso immer erst am Abend in unser Zimmer, da war uns die fehlende Aussicht egal. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein, aber wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Innenhof, in dem man frühstücken kann. Das Frühstück war für diese Preiskategorie sehr gut und ausreichend, Pikantes, Schinken, Salami, Käse, Süßes, Säfte, guter Kaffee, frischer Obstsalat, Tomaten, Müsli... Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden! Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es gibt keinen Lift, aber das wussten wir ja schon. Es könnte mühsam sein, mit Gepäck in den 3. Stock (enge Treppe!) zu müssen. Ein Manko gab es allerdings schon im Zimmer nämlich die zu geringen Ablageflächen sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad. Das wäre eigentlich sehr leicht zu ändern und würde das Zimmer deutlich verbessern. Man könnte z.B. im Vorzimmer zwischen Schrank und Mauer einige einfache Regale anbringen, die würden wohl nicht viel kosten und würden den Gästen das Leben erleichtern. Eine 2. Kofferablage wäre in einem 2-Bett-Zimmer auch von Vorteil, dann könnte der Tisch frei bleiben und verwendet werden. Auch im Badezimmer wären Ablageflächen und ein paar Haken zum aufhängen von z. B. Toilettetaschen sehr brauchbar. Vielleicht könnten Sie uns beim nächsten Besuch mit solchen Verbesserungen erfreuen?

Front office reception timing is very short. I had difficulty getting inside the property for checking in at 7 pm. Fortunately, one hotel guest was coming out and he helped us get inside and handed over the keys after checking my name.

The location is just a very short walk to train station and vaperetto is literally at the end of the alley. I walked to rialto bridge , st marks basilica and bridge of sighs. Room is warm when it’s cold outside and it has a bath tub with plenty of hot water. There are lots of shops close by to buy glass, leather or paintings. Hotel is down an alley which looked a little unsafe but actually was very busy with lots of other hotels also in it. The alley is easy to miss. It is between two restaurants. I would stay again if in Venice again. Especially if I need the train station. Breakfast starts at 8am and everyone comes at the same time. Would be nice to have breakfast earlier to explore Venice as it wakes up. No lift. But that seems the norm in Italy with these original old buildings. . Be prepared to take luggage up steps.

• Candelaria (10/5): Nos encantó el hotel! - Fue una gran decisión hospedarnos en el Hotel Locanda Ca Lucrezia! Es un hotel relativamente pequeño pero con mucho encanto. Está muy bien ubicado tanto si llegas por avión o por tren. La estación de tren esta literalmente a 2 cuadras pero para nada es una zona ruidosa, sí nos hizo sentir muy seguros el movernos por la noche ya que había gente andando constantemente, es una zona con restaurants y desde donde salen casi todas las lineas de vaporetto lo cual hizo que podamos movernos muy fácilmente a todos lados. Nuestra estadía incluía desayuno el cual nos gustó mucho, había ensalada de frutas, fiambres, yogurt, panes, croissant, etc. Las mujeres que nos atendieron eran muy amables! Al llegar, pudimos dejar nuestras valijas sin costo hasta que la habitación esté lista. La habitación era muy linda y cómoda, el baño era enorme! Lo único que podría comentar es que el hotel no tiene ascensor y que la mapara de vidrio de la bañadera es un poco corta y caía algo de agua pero nada que moleste demasiado. Un detalle mas que nos pareció muy lindo es que, en el desayunador, dejaban mantas en cada silla por si hacia mucho frio ya que fuimos en invierno. No tengo nada malo para decir, tuvimos una muy linda estadía, volveríamos!

• Luana (10/5): Recomendo muito - M-A-R-A-V-I-L-H-O-S-O! Localização excelente! Perto do trem e da saída da Ilha. Local silencioso, atendentes maravilhosas. Recomendo demais! Sem falar do café da manhã que é delicioso Só não gostei que não tem elevador e ficamos no último andar, mas nada que nos atrapalhasse.
