Loved that we could walk to the museums and so many great restaurants. Loved the generous happy hour. And the staff and especially our host Francesco were so friendly and took great care of us. De kamer was leuk en met een balkon en in een historisch pand. De douche was wat weinig water maar valt ook weer te verwachten in zo’n prachtig oud pand.

- Linda (9/5): A hidden gem in a great location - I loved staying in this old palazzo on a busy neighborhood square. Francesco and his staff are warm and welcoming. The small balcony overlooked the Piazza Goldoni, and I enjoyed watching the comings and goings in the neighborhood. It's not difficult to walk from the main train station or to any of the major sites from this location. There are lots of restaurants nearby. My room had a Nespresso, beautiful linens, and a lovely bathroom. The room was a little small, and might be too cozy for a couple, particularly those with large luggage.

The staff were so friendly and the free drinks on arrival and during the evening were most welcome! Minor issue with noise from the street late on Saturday night but not unexpected and easily resolved with Aircon and earplugs so our enjoyment wasn't spoiled

The location is great, right on the river, 10 minutes from everywhere. There’s also provision of drinks which was a really nice touch to sit and have a drink on the balcony. Francesco (and his sister) are amazing hosts who could not do enough for us. I hope to go back in the near future!

- Olga (9/5): - Our stay at Residence Vespucci in Florence was truly wonderful. The owner, Francesco, made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Upon arrival, he generously treated us to wine and cheese, which immediately helped relieve the stress of travel and created such a warm, friendly atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated in an eclectic style — elegant, artistic, and full of character. You can really feel the care and personality in every detail of the space. Everything for guests was thoughtfully prepared. The bathroom had many amenities already provided, including toothpaste and bathrobes — something you rarely find nowadays without having to ask. At any time, guests could enjoy a coffee or take a bottle of water, which was another very thoughtful and generous touch. Francesco was always ready to help with any question or request and clearly cares a lot about his guests. If I return to Florence, I will definitely try to stay at Residence Vespucci again.

Очень рекомендую! Нам понравилось всё, но капризного туриста надо предупредить про отсутствие шумоизоляции.

Personalet var super venligt og imødekommende - altid klar med anbefalinger og en hjælpende hånd. Værelset og badet var perfekt størrelse og altanen var skøn at sidde og nyde en drink på! Hertil var det virkelig luksus, at man kunne få eller hente drinks, vand og snacks mm. døgnet rundt.

Comodissimo arrivando dalla Stazione. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza 3. Stupenda. Perfettamente insonorizzata, si dormiva quasi meglio che a casa. Valore aggiunto alla struttura, il proprietario, sempre gentilissimo e super disponibile. Mia figlia Martina di 10 anni non voleva più lasciare Firenze e dopo aver viaggiato in diverse città e di conseguenza aver soggiornato in diversi alberghi o bnb ha asserito con assoluta certezza che “residenza Vespucci” e’ il suo posto del cuore! The staffs are all nice and friendly. With a full fridge of drinks for free. Could be a bit noisy in the early morning as the truck passes by to collect the trash.

Le camere offrono una vista meravigliosa sul fiume Arno, davvero suggestiva e rilassante. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo: la struttura offre servizi di alto livello a un costo assolutamente adeguato. Le camere sono pulitissime, profumate, ordinate e dotate di ogni comfort possibile, curate nei minimi dettagli. Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario/responsabile, una persona gentilissima, disponibile e accogliente. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, con un gradito benvenuto, e ci ha anche consigliato ottimi posti dove pranzare. Il servizio è stato impeccabile dall’inizio alla fine. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the center, the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio etc. The place was very clean, warm and welcoming. The afternoon soiree was a great bonus. I am sure that this will not be my last stay at Residenza Vespucci!

I was doing Firenze marathon on the Sunday and it was the perfect place to stay, a short walk to the start/finish line All good for us

- Louise (10/5): Fabulous and will definitely return. - It was a true haven in a busy city. We were treated with such warmth and kindness it felt like home rather than just a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful place with fabulous decor and we loved the doggo. Nothing - it was great.
- Nikola (10/5): Best spot for a getaway in Florence - The residence is a charming old apartment with a perfect location in downtown Florence. Close to all the interesting spots, but not directly in the crowds. The view of the river is absolutely the best part! It has all the amenities that you need and a free mini-bar with endless prosecco. The staff were great, very welcoming and helpful with local advice and anything we needed.

- Michael (10/5): Fabulous! - Our hosts, Loreta and Francesco, were extremely welcoming and accommodating from the moment my wife and I arrived. They gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants and many historical sites that Florence has to offer. They even held a happy hour with complementary drinks every night of our stay. Our room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the Arno river. Now my wife will complain everyday until we return! We liked everything!

- Janet (10/5): Special birthday celebrated in a special place. - Beautiful building . Great location by the river. Eclectic design. The owner and Lorella were just very lovely people. It was like staying in someone’s house as a guest not in a hotel. Loved meeting the other guests for aperitif- nice to be able to have what you wanted from the fridge etc. Great communication and help from Lorella, what an asset to this establishment. Just the bedroom was a little too busy for us . However this was not of a detriment to our stay which we loved.

- Alice (9/5): Wonderful hosts. Beautiful location - Lorela and Francesco were terrific hosts. They helped us get oriented, made dinner reservations for us, even treated us to homemade cake and cocktails. We were lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking Arno. Beautiful view and sunsets.

- Brigitte (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Eine wirklich perfekte Lage,einzigartiger Blick auf den Arno und von den sehr netten Gastgebern mit reichlich Prosecco und anderen Getränken verwöhnt.Das auf dem kleinen Balkon zu genießen war wunderbar! Wenn man überhaupt etwas bemängeln könnte , wäre es die Größe des Zimmers,das nicht besonders geräumig war.
