L'insonorizzazione non è il punto forte della struttura, si sentono i rumori dalle stanze vicine e del corridoio.

• Weronika (7/5): Dobry standard z dala od zgiełku miasta - Na plus na pewno czystość i standard. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Telewizor w razie czego posiada YouTube i Netlix dla tych co chcą włączyć sobie coś polskiego na wieczór. Dodatkowo lokal jest bezpieczny i nikt obcy z ulicy nie wejdzie, ponieważ do bramy wejściowej trzeba mieć kartę. Ogólnie raczej dobra relacja ceny do jakości. Na minus brak czajnika w pokojach, ani szklanek dla osób które chcą coś wypić bez konieczności stawania w kawiarniach i tracenia pieniędzy. Lokalizację też oceniam raczej na minus, ponieważ na pieszo nie jest najbliżej do głównej atrakcji. Natomiast bezpośrednio od hotelu przebiega linia tramwajowa nr 24, którą zdecydowanie polecam do przemieszczania się z centrum do hotelu. Ogólnie okolica nie należy do najbardziej klimatycznych zatem fani włoskich scenerii z pocztówki poczują się nieco zawiedzeni.

• Виктория (1/5): Не рекомендуем - Соседнее кафе, где был вкусный кофе Соотношение цены/качества. Заплатили за 3 ночи 800euro за номер около 11 квадратных метра, хотя в брони указано 16. При решении этого вопроса на рецепции нам сказали : why not? В номере не было стаканов, воды питьевой, окно выходило на лестницу 1 этажа, шумоизоляции нет, в дверях щели. Ключ на номер дают только 1. Если вы с большими чемоданами в 11 квадратах просто неразвернуться. Лифта нет, чемоданы несете сами по лестнице. Не рекомендуем номер в этом отеле, были разочарованы.
• Thais (10/5): - O anfitrião fez toda a diferença em minha passagem por Milão. Localização boa, 20min de Milano Rogoredo e 25min caminhando até o centro. Fácil acesso a transportes. Vários comércios bem próximos (pasticeria, restaurantes, farmácia, pontos de ônibus). Quarto bem confortável para Hostel, com bom espaço. Limpeza IMPECÁVEL! Un Baccio, Mago! :) Grazie mille per tutti.

Fora da área movimentada demais e, mesmo assim, fácil acesso. - Da senhor da recepção, que explicou bastante sobre locomoção, comércio ao redor, etc. A localização facilita por ter boas opções de café próximo e transporte à mão. Minha cama inclinava um pouco para o lado.

• Elena (1/5): - One positive aspect is that the hotel is located right next to a tram stop, making transportation very easy. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I booked 5 rooms with double beds. At check-in, we were given 5 rooms with two single beds pushed together. That is not the same as a proper double bed, and it is unacceptable to disregard a confirmed reservation like this, especially when booking multiple rooms. The rooms looked nothing like the photos online. They were extremely small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The shower cabin was so narrow that anyone slightly overweight would struggle to fit comfortably. The shower head was fixed to the ceiling, making it impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. It was impractical and clearly not designed with guest comfort in mind. Soundproofing was practically nonexistent. You could hear absolutely everything — every movement, every conversation. There were connecting doors between rooms, and you could clearly hear the neighbors talking as if they were in the same room. Privacy simply did not exist. On top of that, every time the tram passed, the entire hotel shook. Sleeping peacefully was impossible. From the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere was unpleasant. We were greeted by an older receptionist who was rude, unfriendly, and immediately confrontational. There was no warmth, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy. The room temperature was around 17°C and it was very cold. When I went to reception to address the issue, I was told that 17°C is “not cold” and that it only seemed that way to me. Dismissing a guest’s discomfort instead of trying to resolve it is completely unacceptable. Overall, the misleading photos, extremely small rooms, lack of soundproofing, and very poor customer service made this a genuinely negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Mike McCormick (9/5): Friendly Staff, Great Location, and Clean Rooms - The rooms were cleaned every day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff we very friendly, especially "LeLe" behind the registration desk. There was no safe in the room. Also, when we came back to our rooms at night, we found the shutters on the window were left open after we had locked them when leaving in the morning. So, somebody could have easily climbed into our room and stolen something. We were also on the top floor and the property has no elevator. This was only an issue when we arrived and had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. I need the exercise, and when leaving, the man behind the registration desk let us take our luggage out an emergency exit on the second floor. This made things easier for us when we checked out.

• Beatriz Sicilia (9/5): Me encantó - Muy contenta con mi estancia. El señor Mr. Ninguno es entrañable, muy atento y cuidadoso con nosotros, dándonos los mejores consejos para conocer Milán. El barrio es tranquilo (tienes lo esencial cerca: farmacia, bares, pizzería e incluso un Lidl) y con el metro (línea 24) es muy fácil moverse y llegar al centro! Repetiré con este hotel si vuelvo a Milán :)

• Alexandra (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Das Zimmer sieht auf den ersten Blick sauber aus. Allerdings war das eines der schlimmsten Hotels. Im Duschbereich war Schimmel. Aber das Schlimmste war die extreme Hellhörigkeit. Alle zehn Minuten fuhren Züge vorbei, Nachbarn machten Lärm, Autos und Passanten waren deutlich zu hören. Es war, als gäbe es keine Fenster oder Türen. Deshalb mussten wir uns um ein Uhr nachts ein anderes Hotel suchen, weil an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Auch das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich.

Durante tutta la notte non sono riuscita a riposare bene perché si sentiva chiaramente il vicino nella stanza accanto che russava. Sconsiglio di prenotare questo hotel nel periodo invernale, perché nelle due camere in cui abbiamo soggiornato faceva molto freddo e il condizionatore non riscaldava adeguatamente.

Pulizia sufficiente, acqua del bagno tiepida e non calda. Fermata del tram a pochi passi. La struttura è carina, il problema è il personale pessimo. Non volevo farmi condizionare dalle recensioni negative sul personale invece devo confermarle. Prenotate due notti, si è verificato un problema e sono stata costretta a posticipare la partenza. Ho fatto presente il mio problema due giorni prima dell' arrivo programmato tramite mail alla struttura e tramite messaggi su booking, tali messaggi sono stati ignorati e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Contattata telefonicamente la struttura mi risponde un signore molto sgarbato, mi dice di richiamare la sera tardi perché lui non si occupava delle prenotazioni. Richiamato la sera, mi risponde la stessa persona che sempre in maniera molto sgarbata mi dice che loro non ci possono fare niente e che avrei dovuto vedermela con booking, cosa non vera perché il cambio date di prenotazione è a discrezione della struttura. Arrivati in struttura, il giorno dopo alla reception era presente una signora, alla gentile richiesta della possibilità di spostare la prenotazione, anche lei utilizza modi altamente sgarbati e maleducati negando la possibilità di cambiare date. Alla richiesta di un eventuale sconto per la notte successiva visto e considerato il pagamento di una notte non usufruita, il prezzo proposto risultava nettamente superiore
