Pas loin à pied de La Rambla (15min), On peut rejoindre la mer en passant par La Rambla également et nous avons même fait La Sagrada familia à pied. Pour le parc Güell, prenez les transports ou taxi car à pied ça reste loin (pour l'avoir fait c'était une épreuve😊) -Le petit balcon fermé prêt des fenêtres avec tables et chaises super bien pensé. -La dame de l'accueil à notre arrivée était froide à mon goût, et semblait être agacée à chaque questions que je posais. D'ailleurs il y a eu un quiproquo à notre arrivée en payant les taxes de l'hôtel, elle m'annonce un total plus élevé que ce qui est indiqué sur Booking, ce que je lui fais savoir mais elle n'a pas cherchée à m'écouter et me disait de contacter Booking. Sauf qu'en vérifiant après, les montant des taxes étaient bien celles indiqués sur Booking et donc j'ai bien payée le montant exacte que Booking affichait, elle s'était trompée sur le montant d'où le fait que je ne comprenait pas, mais en réalité je n'ai pas payée le montant plus élevé qu'elle m'a annoncée mais le montant exacte. Sinon, les autres hommes de l'accueil sont très sympa
• Nadine (7/5): Bien mais très bruyant. - Accueil sympathique. Un des réceptionnistes parlait français donc top. Emplacement à 10 min du métro . Appartement pour 4, propre et plutôt spacieux. Très bruyant lorsque vous donnez sur la rue principale. Fenêtres pas du tout étanches. Il y a deux bars en face, les gens font la fête sur les terrasses jusqu'à point d heure. Et autre point négatif, deux banquettes en guise de canapé lit. Mal au dos assuré.

En las fotografías iniciales, daba la sensación de que la cama doble estaba separada del sofá-cama y de la cocina, en otra habitación o, al menos, con algún tipo de separador. Sin embargo, todo está junto, pegado, en la única estancia pequeña que tiene el apartamento, a excepción del baño. Además, es bastante oscura y en una primera planta. Nos pareció muy caro para lo que fue.

As for the friendly staff, I don't know where they were supposed to be, but we didn't come across them during our entire stay. No one at the reception was that friendly or helpful. The online check-in and the deposit solution were already quite disastrous: the executive studio offered for 4 people is max for 3. Definitely don't choose it for 4 adults. I will definitely look elsewhere for my next trip to Barcelona, ​​not even for free here. I am very sorry for this review, but I can only write this way, unfortunately the airport transfer offered by Booking did not work out, but it was not the first time that Booking did not comply with something and only sent compensation.

• Claudia (10/5): Struttura ottima - Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. La struttura e le stanze erano molto pulite e curate nei dettagli. Inoltre, la posizione è davvero centralissima, perfetta per muoversi comodamente e visitare i dintorni. Unico piccolo appunto: la stanza per quattro persone risulta un po’ piccola, ma per noi non è stato un problema dato che eravamo in tre e siamo stati comunque bene.

Hellhörig, Unterhaltungen aus anderen Apartments und Flur laut hörbar, Zimmertüren knallen laut zu, Aufzug im Apartment hörbar. Personal spricht absichtlich schnelles, undeutliches Englisch und wirkt genervt. Abgewohnte Möbel. Staub, Spinnweben und aufgequollener Fußboden. Es wird nicht geputzt, Müll muss man am Urlaubsende selbst wegbringen in die Container auf der Straße. Geschirrspülmaschine stinkt. Bad viel zu eng, Tür geht nach innen auf. Der angebliche Pool, haben wir nicht gebraucht, ist ein schmales Wasserbecken. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt, zum Schlafen reicht es. Können wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Un sacco di utensili disponibili in cucina abbiamo cucinato quasi tutte le sere era facile e veloce, cè pure un tavolo da pranzo. L'acqua calda durava poco dopo (4min) dovevi aspettare un po prima di riaverla noi eravamo 4 ragazze e per lavarci anche i capelli è stato un po un dramma però niente di grave.

Attenzione alla manutenzione! - ​Soggiorno nel complesso positivo, soprattutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e la posizione: una zona residenziale tranquilla, ma collegata benissimo a musei e attività principali. La stanza è super accessoriata, completa di tutto (dal ferro da stiro allo starter kit per colazione e pulizia), il che rende il soggiorno molto pratico. ​Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni disagi. Il più rilevante riguarda l’acqua calda: non è indicato da nessuna parte che sia limitata e la prima sera siamo rimasti senza, dovendo fare la doccia fredda. È fondamentale avvisare gli ospiti in anticipo. Anche la manutenzione e la pulizia potrebbero migliorare: c’era polvere sotto i letti e alcuni elementi (maniglia della finestra e anta della doccia) andrebbero riparati. Il divano letto, purtroppo, non è risultato molto comodo nonostante sia molto grande. ​Struttura consigliata per la logistica, ma con qualche dettaglio tecnico da sistemare per essere perfetta.

Nice to have some little extras like the cleaning pack and tea and coffees. Good location...only 20 minutes or so from some key sights The roof terrace was a little tired and the pool is even smaller than it looks on the photos. Its more a water feature.

A 15 min andando de plaza Cataluña y un supermercado justo en la misma calle. Lo que no me gustó es que el sofá cama era muy incómodo, el colchón era súper fino y parecía que estabas en el suelo. Si vais dos personas y dormir en la cama no vais a tener problema, pero si sois más y os toca dormir en el sofá cama es bastante incómodo.

• Virginie (4/5): Beaucoup trop bruiant ! - Juste un membre du personnel correct mais ce n’étais pas le cas de tous. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cette établissement ! Un seul membre du personnel accueillant sinon pour les autres membres ce n’étais pas le cas. Sur 4 nuits passée dans cette endroit nous n’avons pu dormir correctement que 1 nuit ! Un ou plusieurs des appartements voisin ne respectaient pas du tout le calme après 22h musique cris ont entend vraiment tout les bruits dans c’est appartement nous avons même eu droit à entendre une personne vomir un matin et le bruits de la décharge des toilettes aussi.
• Angela (3/5): Uno de muchos mediocres pero caro - Buen barrio. Supermercados, tiendas, bares y restaurantes a dos pasos. El apartamento no merece el precio que piden. Unos días antes, hemos estado en un apartamento muy, muy similar en todos los sentidos, en un buen barrio, y pagamos poco más que la mitad. Y con el precio que se paga aquí, quizás no debería ser obligatorio que los huéspedes saquen su basura a la calle ... Otra cosa: el baño está muy frío.

• Fat (9/5): Calme - Très bien entretenue Le chauffage qui est programmé pour s’éteindre la nuit alors qu’il fait très froid on a pas pu le rallumer Et j’avais mes deux bébé un nouveau né de 15jour et l’autre de 3ans
