The mini-refrigerator was a bonus. Having a person present at check-in was helpful. It would be helpful to know there are stairs both from the building front door to the elevator and from the elevator to the hotel front door.

Tudo que precisei fui prontamente atendida, desde guaradr minhas bagagens após o check-out, até ficar fazendo um pouco de hora para carregar meu celular. Nada a reclamar. è um B&B ótimo.

Complessivamente una buona scelta, carino, curato, staff gentile. Non posso assegnare 10 a causa del materasso, per i miei gusti troppo molle, ci si affondava. Il riposo purtroppo non è stato ottimale.

• IWenAlice (10/5): - Location was great, less than 10 minutes walk from Termini station. Also felt safe, which was my biggest concern as a female solo travelers. As it's close to the train station, there're tons of food option and easy access to metro. I even walked to Vantican. Staff was responsive and friendly. Room feels smaller than the picture, and would've liked a bigger table (as half of it was the kettle / plate) but bed was spacious for a single person.

• Cheryl (8/5): Clean and very close to the train station. - Close to the train station. Very clean. Check in was easy. There was a lovely lady that was there. Room was very small and a bit pricey. If you are elderly or compromised there are two sets of steps to reach the elevator. I’ve travelled the world and visited Italy 40 times. While I can say I liked the room because it was clean and new, I worry about such small rooms and guests putting their suitcases on the bed possibly leaving behind potential critters. TV was hard hard to figure out.

Couldn't really pull out the chair from the desk as it's always blocked by the bed. Only got a blanket therefore needed to turn on the heating. No hot water in early morning (like 7:00 am)

• RUI ANTONIO 10 (8/5): - Proximité des transports et gare Il faudrait être rassuré par la plate-forme booking pour pouvoir fournir la photo de la pièce d'identité via whatsapp. Effectivement, après une certaine heure, il n’ai pas possible d'effectuer l'enregistrement car il n'y a plus de personnel à l'accueil.

• Neil (10/5): Fantastic place to stay conveniet for main station and metro - Room was a good size in close proximity to the main station and metro. Plus excellent inexpensive restaurant (Restaurant Andrea) just around the corner. There was nothing I'd complain about - you do have to carry your luggage up a couple of flights or steps but whilst the Guest House is between the 3rd and 4th floor the majority of steps can be avoid by use of a lift. Many of the plugs are next to light switches so many hard to use with a British plug adapter. Like other places some 'light switches don't seem to do anything when actually they seem to be an override for electric plug sockets (so if charging a phone check its charging and if its not flick the switch by the room door).

• Angela K (10/5): - We stayed at Evergreen during our trip to Rome, and our experience was wonderful. Our host, Laura, was incredibly sweet and welcoming — she coordinated everything so smoothly and made check‑in effortless. The building has a lift, which was very convenient, and we were greeted with tea and water in the room, a thoughtful touch after traveling. The room itself was spotless. The sheets, towels, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely and easy experience.

• Timo (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. - Gute Lage, direkt am HBF von Rom. Cafes ums Eck. Lage war ruhig. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Klospülung wenig Wasser und laut.
• Julia (10/5): Perfekt für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt - Ich war nur auf der Durchreise in Rom und brauchte eine bahnhofsnahe Unterkunft, bei der ich spät einchecken und früh abreisen konnte. Das hat im Evergreen wunderbar geklappt - ich bekam genaue Anweisungen für den Self-check-in, und Laura war so freundlich, mir die Rechnung nachzuschicken, weil ich sie in der Früh nicht angetroffen habe. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber und ordentlich und ich habe alles vorgefunden, was ich benötigt habe. In der Früh konnte ich in einer kleinen Bar in der Nähe frühstücken (das war mir noch lieber als am Bahnhof, wo es natürlich auch alles gegeben hätte). Die Gegend wirkte trotz der Bahnhofsnähe auch am Abend nicht bedrohlich. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber es gab niemanden, der gelärmt hat, so dass das nicht weiter gestört hat.

• Werner (10/5): Erholsam und komfortabel 10 Minuten von Termini entfernt. - Die Lage ist optimal für Besucher, per Bahn im Bahnhof Termini ankommen, Enfernung zu Fuß weniger als zehn Minuten. Die Zimmer im vierten Stock sind mittels Aufzug bequem zu erreichen. Ich wurde persönlich empfangen und zum Zimmer begleitet. Es sind hohe Räume mit dichtem Fenster, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Wasser und Süßigkeit zur Begrüßung, angenehmem Bodenbelag im Stil von Fertigparkett und einem geräumigen Badezimmer mit neuwertiger Ausstattung. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit Doppelbett, ging nach Südosten, so dass ich am Vormittag Sonne hatte, man sieht auf die gegenüberliegenden Gebäude, sehr ruhig kein Straßenlärm.

It was quiet, although one night we could hear a sound which I suppose comes from toilet fan/light, from the room next to ours, which was a bit louder. Other than that no other complaints. We could leave our luggage for some time so we can catch some more time in Rome on our last day. Location is great, 2 streets from Termini station so it is connected with the whole city. It felt safe, and I would say it is safe, especially since the police was at few spots at the station; of course caution is always recommended.

• Anatoliy (9/5): Buono e funzionale - L’hotel, situato in prossimità della Stazione Termini, è facilmente raggiungibile. L’interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, sia la piccola ma funzionale hall, sia la camera, adeguata per un soggiorno di una persona per una notte. La localizzazione dell’hotel presenta alcune difficoltà, essendo segnalato unicamente da una modesta insegna all’ingresso del palazzo. Ulteriore criticità rilevata è la scarsa insonorizzazione della camera, nonché l’impossibilità di richiedere due cuscini.
