• salvion319 (8/5): Good pick! - Very friendly ane nice staff Great central location Pastries based breakfast with coffee and juices Next to metro stop Mergellina I had to go with my family to begin with but had some complications and Franco (the host) showed a lot of flexibility about it which was very much appreciated. Of course there is always room for improvement in some details but overall very good price and quality wise.

• Cristobal (2/5): Disappointing - Room had some awkward smell (sheets/towels smelled very vinegary), shower didn't fully drain, the check-in process was very awkward (I had to go to the next door restaurant to get the key; the person was very unhappy to be helping me), the bed was sagging in the middle. Overall not a great stay for the price and I would encourage you to look elsewhere when visiting Naples.

• Elena (10/5): Lo consiglio sicuramente - Soggiorno di tre giorni a Napoli. Era la prima volta che andavo e Irene è stata molto gentile e mi ha dato un sacco di indicazioni preziose. Si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal lungo mare, vicinissima alla stazione Mergellina. Il centro (piazza Plebiscito) si raggiunge a piedi in circa 40 minuti, altrimenti si può prendere la metro da Mergellina fino a Cavour, che è vicino al Museo Archeologico. La zona sul mare è molto carina, con tanti localini, però certo non è in centro. Per il resto è tutto perfetto. Camera grande, pulitissima, ottimo segnale WIFI, aria condizionata, c'è persino il phon in camera. La colazione è servita all'ultimo piano in un delizioso terrazzino che da su un giardino bellissimo.

• Colin (10/5): Friendly B&B - Nice place and very warm welcome. They made a special effort to let me check in late with a last minute booking after a problem with my original booking at another nearby hotel. Generous breakfasts! Some traffic noise, but that is hard to avoid in Napoli.

I had a room on yhe third floor which was light and nice (changed it from one on groundfloor which seemed bigger but was too dark for me). Outside the house looks a bit worn out - typical south - but insude everything is nice and new!

• JUNKO (8/5): また泊まりたいホテル - ホテル入口はわかりにくいです。事前に写真でチェックしておくことをおすすめします。 こじんまりしたホテルですが、店員さんも親切で朝ごはんや観光スポットも丁寧に教えてくれます。 ただ、２４時間在中ではないので、早朝（８時より前）にチェックアウトしたい場合は、事前に料金などを払っておくことをおすすめします。 中央駅までも電車で２０分ですし、スーパーも近くにあり、便利です。
• Andrea (8/5): Hotel was close walking distance to US Embassy. - We arrived at almost midnight and the owner was waiting for us, not only him but the restursant next door opened up just to serve us hot food. This was the most thoughtful and accomadating gesture ever given to us as a guests. We enjoyed our one night stay. Would very much recommend this B&B to all!
• godwin (10/5): interior clean - it actually located in a good area which is close to the u.s. consulate in naples and also to the beach. the appearance of the building will discourage you but trust me u will love it when u get inside the building
• Emma (10/5): Nice B&B near the U.S. Consulate - The B&B was only about a 5 min walk away from the U.S. Consulate, which makes it a nice place to stay for anyone with a Consular appointment. Also, it was very close to a metro stop; so, it's very easy to reach the central train station or travel to other places, like Pompei. The elevator to reach the B&B (which is located on the third floor) requires a fee of 10 cents per use; however, the owner of the B&B gave us plenty of 10 cent coins to use, so we never had to pay out of pocket. The breakfast was typical for Italy: water, juice, cappuccino, a huge pastry filled with cream, and bread with jams, butter, and/or nutella. Some of the tables for breakfast were located on a balcony, from which there was a lovely view of gardens. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at the B&B and would definitely recommend it to others.

• Verified traveler (10/5): It is a nice b&b very close to the bay - I needed a hotel near to my aunt and this was perfect, literally across the road. The manager came down promptly to let me up in the lift and explained everything about using the room and where to find free drinks and breakfast things. The room was large with a good shower in a large bathroom. The only downside was that it was chilly, despite putting the air-conditioning on, however that would be a distinct advantage in the warmer weather.
• J6044KQmartag (8/5): Nice place to stay, a bit far from the town centre - This is a nice B&B located a bit far out from the historic centre of Naples, yet close to metro station (provided that metro works, had to wait for over an hour for it while travelling to the airport...). The rooms are cosy and clean, breakfast is typical Italian (only biscuits and pastries), however there is an option to buy cheese/ham/etc. You can have the breakfast on a lovely balcony overlooking a garden. Wi-fi connection is a bit slow. All staff is very friendly. Tip: B&B is located on the third floor. The lift is activated by 10 eurocents and also you need to have a key to open it, so when arriving do ring the door bell to ask for assistance instead of climbing 3 floors just like I did :)
• Jamila (8/5): Naples June 10th 2015 - 2 night stay. Wanted to be close to the marina. Very decent hotel for cost. Entrance is dark at night. 10 cent to use lift each time but hotel gave us enough change for our stay.
• Anita Viveka (8/5): positiv upplevelse - Första intryck var, att vad är det här för en plats?B&B är nämligen beläget innaför en stor dörr som vätter mot vägen , vilket är en stor fördel, när man väl är förtrogen med saken. Man stänger ut allt oljud från gatan och på kvällen (dagen) kan man sitta på balkongen, där morgonmålet serveras, som är ovanför en trädgård, mycket skönt då trafiken annars är ganska häftig i Napoli.Hotellägaren är väldigt hjälpsam med allt som man behöver veta, delar mer än gärna med sig om platser det lönar sig att besöka kartor t.o.m turistböcker till låns o.s.v.Om man bara kommer ihåg att det inte är ett hotell utan B&B, så kan jag varmt rekommendera denna plats.Platsens ägare beaktar det du önskar, sen finns det en fin matplats på samma innergård som det lönar sig att besöka, stället drivs av en familj sen något decennium o maten är verkligt god.

• thesarsy (10/5): Absolutely recommended! - I really loved this B&B located in the heart of Naples. Franco is the most amazing host and the rest of the staff is also very friendly and welcoming. The were very helpful with touristic informations and with all the rest of the advices that I asked. The B&B is very cute, clean and perfectly located. You can easily reach seaside (walking distance) or the downtown of Naples. Prices are absolutely reasonable.

• Dick (8/5): Nice hotel away from the center of Naples. - The primary purpose of our visit to Naples was to visit friends who lived in the Posillipo area so this hotel was very conveniently located. I would not recommend it if your activities will be located primarily near the center of the city.

My room - booked two months in advance - was double booked and they failed to provide any alternative accommodation or provide any assistance. No help was made to assist, they took no responsibility and I was forced to return home early. Awful!!
• pacolinus (6/5): Cortesia e ottima posizione - Ad un centinaio di metri dalla stazione di Mergellina, al 3° piano di un antico palazzo un po' malandato. Cortesia e disponibilità da parte dello staff, sempre prodigo di gentilezze ed informazioni. Le stanze sono un po' spoglie (magari un'altra sedia non guasterebbe) ma lo spazio c'è e la pulizia è invidiabile. Le 2 cose un po' deludenti sono la colazione (ottimi i cornetti caldi) non troppo abbondante e la fornitura di shampoo e sapone, che sono quelli in busta. Se avete necessità di parcheggio, chiedete allo staff che vi indicherà un garage convenzionato. Nel complesso comunque l'esperienza è stata più che positiva e non escludo la possibilità di ritornarci!

• felice (8/5): Comodo per chi deve proseguire da Mergellina - Individuato su internet, ma le foto mostrano solo la parte migliore. L'ingresso del palazzo e' sconfortante e priva di indicazioni chiare ( citofonare!) l'ascensore richiede una chiave e una moneta, mentre la struttura e' gradevole e accogliente. Franco molto gentile e disponibile. Qualche appunto sulla pulizia della camera: sotto al letto si trovava di tutto! Colazione continentale appena sufficiente.
• Stan Myles (10/5): cozy and convenient - Being a bed & breakfast the accommodations are modest but very comfortable and we'll appointed. The shower is great! The staff makes very effort to make their guests feel at home. The breakfast space is small -- guests arrive early to get the tables on the balcony. The location is very convenient -- only steps from the metro and intercity train stations. The neighborhood is acceptable as long as the usual precautions are taken against street crime. If you are comfortable being in Naples, this is a great choice!
• Jim burke (10/5): Great service - At first the location made me question my choice. It is located on the third floor in a residential area. That was no issue. The room was large and comfortable. A bit noisy at times. The service was outstanding. Both the young lady who works thw day shift, and the owner could not have been better. Very helpful with any question, or need. The location was close to the bay, train station, restaurants. I will be back!
• Jamesbosader (8/5): Not fancy but great - When I first arrived, I was a bit skeptical. It's location is in a residential ares. The room is good size, a bit noisy, but clean. It is within walking distance to the sea, and some decent restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Complimtary breakfast is typical Italian. Great espresso.

• Sabretoothed (10/5): Good position close to metro and sea - Nice B&B in good location around corner from metro station, close to sea and ferry terminal walking distance for hydrofoils. Rooms and nice inside good value. Safe part of Naples though I didn't find any part really unsafe this is close to a more Expensive area
• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely B&B - Don't be put off from the outside courtyard, once inside the B&B is lovely and it's just across the road from the station. Ilaria and Franco are VERY helpful - Franco even drove my partner and I to the football stadium which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Thank you Franco! We are really glad we stayed in Mergellina rather than in the center of Naples.
• drewrich1997 (8/5): We'd stay here again - First off, don't let the exterior sketch you out. . . this is Naples. There may be a big pile of trash a block from the front door. . . but this is Naples. Inside you'll find a lovely B&B and a balcony with a great view and excellent hospitality . . . because this is Naples. The room was large and the AC was comfortable. Fresh linens daily and bathroom was clean. Only complaint here was that the shower was finicky (slow to drain, temperature was all over the place, and the shower head would keep falling down). The staff was great, mostly. The breakfast was super and you had free access to the fridge. They tried to put a shot of espresso in you every time you walked in the door :). Plus, when we had to leave early for the Capri ferry, they hooked us up with breakfast to go! Only downside was the day we left and had to catch our train the girl was late (this is Naples) so we had to take a cab. But, she did hook us up with a cab ride so we got there no problem; we just had to pay for the taxi. It was convenient to the metro (station less than a block away) and only 4 stops from the main train station. Great for exploring a wonderful and unique city!
• Konstantinos (10/5): Loved the hospitality! - This hotel is in optimal position for people who want to get to know Naples. It is in walking distance form the ferries for the islands from the metro and from the USA consulate in Naples (very convenient for people making US visas). The place from outside is not well maintained however the inside of the hotel (suited at the third floor) is nice. Our room was very clean with TV and a brand new air conditioner and a balcony with a view of a beautiful back yard garden . There are always available snacks and you can enjoy day-round the famous Naples espresso coffee (for free). The strongest asset of this place, other that it’s location, is it’s the hospitality. Ilaria is always ready to direct you to the best restaurants and places! She also organized for us a very nice tour of Naples pointing the must-see places. They are also very flexible and allowed us to use the room in the afternoon well over the checking out time. Overall this is a nice place for people who need a good starting point to explore Naples and the islands or (as in our case) are visiting Naples only for a couple of days. We definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to our next visit!
