- Alina (7/5): Harika konumu, huzurlu atmosferi ve çok kaliteli kahvaltısıyla keyifli bir otel; çalışanların ilgisi çok iyiydi. Ancak y - Otelin en sevdiğim yanı aile ortamı hissi vermesiydi. Müşteri profili oldukça kaliteli, çalışanlar ise güler yüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi. Konumu gerçekten muhteşem; buradan İstanbul’un birçok yerine ulaşım çok rahat. Şehir kalabalığından uzaklaşıp dinlenebileceğiniz huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor. Kahvaltısı ise beklentimin çok üzerindeydi; çeşitlilik, lezzet ve kalite açısından gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Bir sabah kahvaltıya yetişemediğim için karşıdaki Beyaz Fırın’da kahvaltı yaptım, fakat otelin kahvaltısı çok daha iyiydi. (Beyaz Fırın’ın da kaliteli bir pastane olduğunu düşünürsek bu büyük bir artı.) Yataklar fazla sertti; klasik yumuşacık, bulut gibi otel yataklarından değildi. Yastıkları da oldukça sertti. Değiştirilmesini rica ettim fakat gelen yumuşak yastık daha da rahatsızdı. Ayrıca odaların ışıklandırması çok loş ve karanlıktı. Kahvaltı salonunda kahve makinesi olmaması da eksikti; termosla verilen kahvenin tadı içilmeyecek kadar kötüydü. içeride endüstriyel kahve makinesi olduğunu fark edip makine kahvesi rica ettiğimde hemen yardımcı oldular; bu da olumsuz deneyime küçük ama güzel bir artı kattı.

- Ihsan (8/5): Tolles Hotel in schöner Umgebung für eine Stadttour nahe öffentl. Verkehrsmittel -Marmaray-Bahn- - Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Der Frühstücksraum hat auch einen Aussenbereich mit Rauchmöglichkeit. Tee soviel man möchte. Nur für ein Americano Kaffee musste man zusätzlich zahlen. Ansonsten alles toll. Die Zimmer in der 1. Etage waren recht klein und in einem anderen Zimmer hat es extrem stark unangenehm gerochen. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel in die 5. Etage war es eine andere Welt und ein tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und das Bett auch wie reserviert breit genug.

- Victor Puertas (8/5): Bien - El hotel se encuentra en la zona mas cara de Estambul, es una zona con muchos restaurantes y con muy buen ambiente, aunque a precios muy elevados. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones son grandes en general. El precio para la zona esta bien, aunque no baja de 100€ la noche. Desayuno tipo buffet esta bien aunque no muy variado El personal en general no es muy amable. Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas y se escucha el ruido de los coches, además de las llamadas de la mezquita.

I booked a nice room with a sea view to recover from my surgery, and the comforts of the hotel+ the beautiful view from my window every morning have really helped. The staff were really helpful carrying my bags, bringing me extra pillows and water. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. The location is superb: beautiful park, seaside, lots of cafes and shops nearby. The hotel and the area around it are not cheap (although I got a good deal on booking.com), but if money is not an issue for you or you need a treat, I definitely recommend it. The hotel is on central heating/ cooling system. Wasn't an issue for me, but would be nice to have an individually controlled aircon in every room.

- BENAY (6/5): fair - Hotel Suadiye is a preferred choice thanks to its unique location in Suadiye. As always, it was clean. Although the hotel is very established, it does not seem to invest in renovation. We have stayed here many times, mainly because of its location, but overall the property feels quite outdated. The staff are polite, but not particularly focused on building a connection with guests, they tend to just do their job and move on. The luggage assistance also felt a bit forced, as help was offered only after we had already carried most of our belongings ourselves. Overall, we are satisfied, but if there were alternative options in this location, we would definitely consider them.

- Duygu (6/5): - Konumu oldukça iyiydi, denize çok yakın. Etrafında çok güzel cafeler ve restaranlar mevcut. Odaya sigara kokusu sinmişti. Camlar açık bırakıldığı halde koku odadan çıkmadı. Oda değişiklik talebinde bulunduğumuzda ilk önce daha küçük bir odanın olduğunu belirttiler. Karşı çıkınca Housekeeper odasının yanında bulunan nispeten aynı boyutlardaki farklı bir odaya geçtik. Fakat 2 gece kaldığımız otelde uyarılarımızda karşın 2 sabahta saat 8 de çalışanların kapı önünde yaptıkları sohbet ve sesler nedeniyle uyandık. İlk gece sonrasında şikayetimizi resepsiyona bildirdiğimiz halde sorun ertesi sbahta devam etti. Çıkışta bu durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde arkadaşları uyarmıştık başka ne yapabiliriz ki başında mı bekleyelim şeklinde profesyonel olmayan cevaplar ile karşılaştık. Şikayetimiz varsa müdür ile görüşmemiz gerektiğini söyledi, müdürünüzle görüşelim lütfen çağırın dediğimizde ise bugün pazar müdürümüz çalışmıyor diye trajikomik bir cevap aldık. Yılların oteli olan Suadiye oteline bu durum yakışmadı. Uykusuz iki günlük tatilin ardından otelden çıkış yapmış olduk.
