Virginia (10/5): It’s a great place to stay, close to everything in Florence. - It’s a great Penthouse Apartment, the location is Superb, we came for short time, but thanks to the location we were able to see almost everything, the view from the terrace is beautiful. We really love the property. Showers’ Bathroom don’t have anything to hold anything, like soap 🧼 or bottle.

Die Penthousewohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und es gibt einen Aufzug in das 6. OG. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ein Luxus, das Bad modern, alles hat funktioniert. Das Highlight ist jedoch die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Palazzo Vecchio. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. alles top!

Bernard (7/5): Position perfect but amenities limited - The position was excellent close to everything restaurants, shopping and sights The kitchen although advertised as fully equipped was limited to a cook top and a kettle. The advertised sofa was 2 uncomfortable leather chairs unsuitable for sitting in for too long. The glass shower door collapsed and had to be repaired temporarily by us. It was reported and hopefully repaired now. Crockery was also limited eg only one dinner plate.

Susan (9/5): Great place to stay in a fabulous location.. - Penthouse apartment..Very spacious living area with a separate lounge area, good sized dining area and adequate kitchen. Great to have a rooftop garden area which we made good use of. Two bathrooms made the stay for our party (2 couples) more private. Property was very clean, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the property felt very secure. The office staff were efficient and an unexpected gift of a bottle of fizz was gratefully received - not sure if this was because we had the penthouse apartment or because one of our party had his birthday whilst staying here.. The location was fabulous! The bathroom which wasn’t the en suite one is very cramped.

We had the penthouse suite with the balcony, so just to sip a glass of of wine overlooking the piazza della signoria is a unique experience. Apartment is comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed. The soundproof could be better because in the night it was very loud and one windows didn’t have shades (or we didn’t see them) so it was very bright in the morning. It is actually good when you need to get up early! Some mosquito window screen would have been nice.

Questa volta abbiamo scoperto Relais Piazza della Signoria e devo dire tutto è stato eccezionale. Uscendo dall'abitazione ti trovi direttamente in Piazza Della Signoria. Cosa volere di più. Fantastico. Grazie di cuore per tutto. In pratica ci è stato assegnato un mini appartamento, molto confortevole e con tutti i comfort possibili immaginabili, completo di cucina, due ampie camere matrimoniali, bagno con doccia super, balconi con affacci su Firenze, ascensore di servizio che giunge al piano. Ottimo tutto. Impossibile dire cosa non ci sia piaciuto.

Charlotte (10/5): Fabulous stay in the heart of Florence - Fantastic location in the heart of old Florence, approx 2 minutes walk from the Uffizzi galleries, 5-10 minute easy walk to the Duomo. Property had everything we needed, shower was good, bed was comfy and we’d stay here again. -

Recommend staying in the Signoria suite as you get a great balcony which overlooks the piazza. It is right on (in our opinion) the most beautiful piazza in Florence, next to the Uffizi and round the corner from the Ponte Vecchio. It can be a little noisy at night or early morning at times but worth the pay off for all the great things! Great accommodation with small kitchen, seating area, comfy bed and decent shower. Great staff. Good value. What’s not to love!

Genişliği yeterli, dolaplat geniş, sıcak su yeterli...keşke küçük de olsa bir kanepe ya da koltuk da olsaydı. Ya sandalyede oturuyorsunuz ya da yatağın üstünde. 2 adet apartman arasına bakan pencere var, onları da açamıyorsunuz çünkü alttaki restoranların yemek kokusu odaya doluyor. Bu yüzden oda hiç gün ışığı ve temiz hava almıyor. 6 gece kaldığım için rahatsız oldum, sanki hiç oksijen yokmuş gibi oluyor odada ve hep karanlık.
d2d6a284e307711f27344fe7cf34cc70 (3/5): Not great at all, would not recommend and have better options in Florence for the price and location. - Very good location next to Uffizi Gallery and city center, 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station. 1. There is no room service (new towels, clean up of trash bin, waters) for stays less than 4 days. When you ask for new towels, staff feels reluctant to give you new ones despite the small ask. 2. Door locks are old and inconvenient, relies on a door key instead of key card in most hotels. 3. Staff are a bit rude and hasty to customers at times. 4. Toilet has a weird funky smell due to hair being clogged up. Not properly cleaned. 5. Wifi is really bad and disconnects every 5 mins, especially on computer. 6. Staff is only onsite from 9am to 5pm, for checkout before 9am or any problems after 5pm, will be hard to contact staff. 7. Restaurant is really loud below the apartment, seems like its a club and even the windows cant keep away the sound.. Hence, I do not believe this should be rated a 4 star establishment, the 3 star rating on google seems more appropriate.

We had a nice little kitchenette so we could have breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Blok (10/5): Would stay here again whe coming back to Florence. - This was directly in the Piazza Signoria. Perfect central location! The unit had lots of space and closets. We needed some extra pillows and the front desk delivered immediately. Couldn’t have been better located. We parked in their parking lot outside of town and they drove us into the city center, then brought our car to us upon departure. Very smooth and very friendly staff. Not much. Bed was ok, but I’m being picky.

Suzette (8/5): Great location, comfortable beds! - We booked the penthouse with the private large deck, which was a highlight. Such a sweet spot to listen to the bells ring and sit in the sun after a long day of shopping and running around. You can't beat the location and as a very important bonus, the beds are very comfortable and the shower in the main room was excellent, great water pressure! We noticed that if you did not have a window or two open that there is a strong sewage smell that runs through the apartment. As long as you have air flow you don't really notice but when you close the house up and come back from a day out it can be very strong and off-putting. The other complaint I have is that they were very stingy with the towel situation. When we checked in we were given two bath towels and one hand towel and one kitchen towel. I am used to having two towels in my bathroom.... At least a different hand towel. We stayed for four nights and we're due for a cleaning after two nights and I was told that I had to wait for a new towel until the cleaning and they would not give me an extra towel. Seems like a small thing that they could have just easily given to make my stay more comfortable. Overall not that big of a deal but to me it all counts when you are making decisions and booking accommodations.
