I didn't like that there was nobody in the reception. I would offer that the reception was available at least till 5 PM. The rooms are very small and also bathrooms were not comfortable for a shower as it was all open.

The directions to enter the property were exact and we were able to find the room with no problems. The location was great with good restaurants and walking along the water. The stairs to the bathroom. My husband cut his head on one while picking up his back pack. Not a lot of room for luggage. The shower vacillated between hot and cold, although a new water heater was being installed the day we left.

- Mana (6/5): It was good but not what was advertised. - Good location, next to US consulate. Cool bi-level room design. We were surprised to find that the window was completely covered with plastic due to construction on the entire building. We got an email about this prior to check-in on but after booking. We would not have booked this room if it didn’t promise a seafront view. Not worth the price.
- Stefan (1/5): - Nič, bolo to hrozné, priamo šokujúce! V okolí sú domy ktoré sú viac-menej upravené. V hod a malý dvor za vchodom už bolo podozrivé. Neviem čo bolo špinavšie chodba, alebo výťah... Bolo uvedené že je to hotel, no nebol žiadny personál. Keď majitelia to považujú za hotel, mali by dať do poriadku aspoň výťah. Keď sme vošli do izby, šokovalo nás to... Všetko pôsobilo špinavým dojmom, no a čo tak pôsobilo bolo aj špinavé... Dvere, skrine, vypínače a ani posteľ vyzeral podozrivo. Museli sme nabrať odvahu ľahnúť si. Bolo šíriť nejaký osviežovač, no po čase sa to vytratilo a bolo ako v mesiace nevetranej izbe. Nepomohlo ani otvorené okno. " Kúpeľňa" bola na takzvanej galérii s nebezpeční lávkou, cez ktorú sme sa dostali ku "kúpeľni". drevený rám umývadla a drevená podlaha vyzerali odpudzujúco. A sprcha so sklenenou výplňou bolo priamo nebezpečné. Po spláchnuťí záchod sa plnil asi 20 minút, a je susedia spláchli, tak sme to počúvali celú noc. Schody a amatérsky vyrobená lávka boli živoyu nebezpečné ( myslím si, že mali by platiť nejaké normy a predpisy, no tu by ste ich hľadali márne. Bolo všetko podomácky a veľmi fušersky vyrobené) Jediné pozitívum, že bola teplá voda. Bolo to najhorsie ubytovanie v našom živote. Po pozitívnych skúsenostiach z Positana to bolo šokujúce! Jediné pozitívum ...
- Marija (5/5): - Spacious rooms and a kitchenette in the common area, where we had breakfasts. The host Rossana (who we had been only in contact online, as the property is not stuffed) was very kind, attentive and helpful. She answered our messages very fast and provided us with useful information. The property is undergoing renovation, the main facade is covered in scaffolding. The entrance to the building is through rather untidy and hostile courtyard, that’s also part of the building site. We had a “courtyard” rooms, which are not towards the courtyard, but 2m away from the neighbours facade on a small ally. The fumes of fried food and sewerage were coming from the outside when window was opened. Big air-condition machines covered with dirt and bird feces were attached to the windows on the outside. These machines were extremely loud in the evening. Next to the traffic of the main road. The facilities are not safe for children and elderly, as the stairs leading to the bathroom on the mezzanine in the rooms are not following any safety codes (railings, steps).

- Rubén (1/5): NO VOLVERIAMOS (CAMBIO DE HOTEL) - Lo único que puedo decir es que la mujer del hotel y atención al cliente de booking se portaron muy bien, tuvimos que cambiarnos al día siguiente de hotel Para empezar no me gusto absolutamente nada, parece un edificio abandonado el cual parece que se va a caer, esta totalmente con andamios por todos lados, no se ve la calle desde el balcón de la habitación, esta sucio, con humedad, en recepción nunca hubo una persona, vamos que el check in te lo haces tu puesto que tu habitación esta abierta y dentro la llave, la habitación que nos tocó había humedades, polvo etc. La habitación era incomoda porque para ir al baño tenias que subir escaleras, el baño daba asco puesto que encima no tienen ducha y es bañera, el wc no tenia tapa, y se veía muy sucio, tuvimos que llamar atención al cliente de booking para comentar lo sucedido y pedir cambio de hotel, encima el lugar en el que esta tampoco me inspiraba mucha confianza, solamente pasamos una noche y encima la cama incomoda y las almohadas ya ni te cuento, las mesitas de noche eran de piedra que encima se te puede rayar el móvil. Yo lo siento pero no recomiendo esto llamado hotel....

- Fruzsina (7/5): Tolles Zimmer - falsches Timing - Das Zimmer ist tatsächlich einzigartig gewesen - die Ausstattung, die Beleuchtung. Das eigene Badezimmer auf der Zwischenetage hatte etwas an sich - von dort aus konnte man auf das Bett herunterschauen. Das Gebäude ist derzeit komplett mit einem Gerüst umgeben, was den Meerblick versperrt. Zusätzlich sind die Bauarbeiten tagsüber sehr laut und der Verkehr über Nacht stört den Schlaf.

- dosolina (10/5): Piacevole scoperta in Riviera! - Ho appena terminato un breve soggiorno insieme al mio ragazzo in questo splendido fitta camere. La prima cosa da sottolineare è la pulizia costante e attenta che viene svolta ogni giorno , sia nelle camere stesse che nella sala comune che viene messa a disposizione degli ospiti ogni volta che si vuole; di particolare apprezzamento , almeno per noi , la possibilità di farci il caffè al mattino. Le camere in ordine , fresche , calde e con un buon odore; lenzuola pulite e cambio dei teli da bagno ogni 2/3 giorni. La struttura in generale è nuova , ben tenuta e con dettagli artistici ricercati che le danno un valore aggiunto. Le Host al nostro arrivo sono state pronte ad accoglierci con gentilezza , cortesia e un gran sorriso; ci hanno anche intrattenuto per una piacevole chiacchierata sulla città sorseggiando il nostro amato caffè. Disponibili a qualsiasi chiarimento e davvero presenti durante tutto il soggiorno. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico e zone limitrofe come Posillipo. Super consigliato , da ritornarci!. Nulla di significativo.

(PS: torneremo) Nulla sulla struttura, però la posizione é un po’ scomoda se si considera di arrivare all’una di notte ahah (la linea L2 della metro non rimane aperta oltre le 23.00) quindi considerate questo eheh

- György (8/5): Szállj meg egy galériában! - Hangulatos, tágas szoba. Az egész szálláshely hangulata olyan mintha egy művészeti galériában lennénk. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész. A közösségi konyhában kávé és tea elérhető. A környéken sétálva mindig biztonságban éreztük magunkat. A kilátás a tengerre és a közeli tengerparti sétány minden apró kényelmetlenségért kárpótol. A tömegközlekedés jó a belvárosba. Jó szívvel ajánlom! A galérián van a mosdó, magas kényelmetlen lépcsőfokokat kell hozzá megmászni. Az ablakunk egy forgalmas utcára nézett, a forgalom zaja miatt érdemes füldugóval készülni. A kilátás a tengerre némileg kárpótolt!

- Amanda (8/5): Unique & Comfortable Stay in Napoli - The hotel is a super unique stay with a wonderful host/owner. The hotel hosts regular artists to showcase their work and the day we arrived a new artist was hanging her beautiful pieces around. The rooms are very comfortable and have excellent sound proofing that completely block any street noise or activity inside the hotel. The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, a nicer neighborhood to walk through and a metro station just up the street. The building the hotel resides in is under some construction, so the entry courtyard and exterior scaffolding were a bit confusing upon arrival. Just follow the check in instructions and once you get to the 2nd floor, the hotel is beautiful. The bathrooms in most of the rooms are also situated up a somewhat narrow staircase within the room. This may present a challenge for some guests and should be considered before booking.

- Irina (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto in uno di più belli quartieri di Napoli - Ottima posizione, accesso comodo, camera accogliente, staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Molto utile servizio per lasciare valigia nel giorno di checkout. Al momento c’è anche la mostra di un’artista che abbiamo avuto un piacere di conoscere, ho capito che organizzano spesso le mostre, il che arricchisce l’esperienza Aggiungerei più spazi di appoggio per le valigie, ma in generale tutto è perfetto

- Dawn (8/5): - The location was great. Able to walk across to beach. Restaurants close by. Great area for exploring Chiaia area and beyond by foot although also on good bus route. Room quirky. Staff lovely and very helpful Although the room was lovely and quirky and we are a reasonably fit couple in our 60's, if you have mobility issues it may not be for you due to the steps and bathroom on upper floor.

- Julie (9/5): Great location - Good location close to transport links (lines 2 and 4). Nice area with lots of restaurants and shops. Clean and spacious room with fridge and kettle. Host was very helpful. Stone steps up to the ensuite bathroom were quite steep. There wasn't much in the way of toiletries, but there's a nearby supermarket and also a pharmacy, so not a big deal.

- Pablo (4/5): - ... Se escucha todo en otras habitaciones, la ubicación (no tiene pequeños comercios tan cerca), el trato no es muy bueno.
- Susy (9/5): Strategico e pulito. - Soggiornato nella struttura un paio di settimane fa per ospitare una mia amica che non era mai stata a napoli e devo dire che , a parte la posizione molto strategica, bagno pulito, ottima accoglienza grazie anche alla proprietaria, veramente super disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente la struttura . Ottima qualità prezzo. L'unica cosa che non mi ha fatto impazzire la il soppalco a passerella per andare in bagno, ma capisco che si devono ottimizzare gli spazi visto che in questi palazzi ci sono dei soffitti super alti.
- Wendy (6/5): - La posizione. La struttura e molto bello su booking (le foto) ma in realtà la doccia era sporchissima (capelli, tutto calcolato,...). Nella doccia al piano di sopra l'acqua non defluiva e c'era un cattivo odore. Non ci sono coprimaterassi sui materassi. Le stanze hanno bisogno di un restyling e una pulizia grande.

- Denise (8/5): Otima estadia, apenas dificuldade com transporte na cidade - O quarto era bem confortavel, o banheiro tambem muito bom, a limpeza excelente e o espaco em geral muito bonito e organizado. Alem de funcionarios muito simpaticos e prestativos. Apenas a distancia do centro foi um pouco incomoda porque o metro proximo da acomodacao nao funciona o dia todo, entao tivemos muitos problemas para nos locomover por Napoli

Everything feels fresh and modern, with thoughtful details that make it both comfortable and stylish. The location couldn’t be better – right in the center, close to everything you need: restaurants, shops, and transportation. It made moving around the city very easy and enjoyable
