Incredible service and communication was made easy with quick, almost instantaneous replies via WhatsApp. Overall a very pleasant stay; staff were so so sweet, made us feel very welcomed! Would definitely recommend. Location is good too, very near the Metro. Staff were willing to accommodate all our requests. Really recommend!!

• Sophie (8/5): - Perfect location in Prati, easily walkable or metro to all the main sites. Lots of shopping and places to eat in the area. The room was clean, secure and had everything you would need for a short stay. The staff were helpful communicating over WhatsApp but didn’t see anyone during the stay. The shower is very crammed with no room to move and the shower head is not good. It’s very small but this is what you would expect, it’s not an issue for a short stay.

Het piept en kraakt, lawaai van de flat zelf en overige kamers. Als andere mensen praten hoor je dit. En wanneer je iets kapot aantreft in de kamer, meld je dit via de app (geen persoonlijk check in) doet men alsof jij het zelf kapot heb gemaakt. Misleiding van dagelijks schoonmaak word niet goed gecommuniceerd; geld niet voor de handdoeken.

• Olga (9/5): Perfecto para una estancia agradable en Roma! - Habitación acogedora, limpia, amplia, cama cómoda, baño perfecto. La anfitriona muy amable, nos contactaba por wasap. La ubicación muy cercana al vaticano y a la salida de buses al aeropuerto. Buena zona, tranquila y segura. Repetiría en el mismo alojamiento. Que para pagar el impuesto municipal, si era con tarjeta, había que pagar 1€ más por persona.

• Dana Iskakova (10/5): Очень хороший отель за свои деньги - По сути данный отель - это разделенная квартира на номера, есть общая кухня на которой есть плита, раковина, капсульная кофемашина и микроволновка. В номере есть свой холодильник, чайник, фен и телевизор. В номере есть отопление. Уборка была ежедневно, постель так же меняли. Самостоятельное заселение очень удобное, инструкции дали в день приезда. Отель расположен в очень хорошем районе, в пешей доступности Ватикан, пешком можно дойти за 15 минут, рядом есть супермаркет и различные кафе и магазины. Контингент района приятный, смело можно гулять вечером. Недалеко так же находятся метро и автобусные остановки, удобно добираться в любую точку города. Есть плита, но нет кастрюли и сковородки (возможно мы просто не нашли их)

También hay muchas líneas de bus y un metro cerca. En sí, la zona es muy activa, pero el alojamiento y el edificio son muy tranquilos, casi no se escucha nada de la calle. Obemannad, men en BRA kommunikation ändå via messages & telefon.Fick en fin HJÄLP då början på min resa var turbolent med inställd fly, försenade avgångar - sen en borttappad koffert ! Generellt en fin upplevelse trots lite logistikproblem. Jag rekommanderar härmed boendet. Enda problem för mig var att det inte fanns internet på rummet - men det gick ju att komma ut via SMS.

Ενώ μας είχαν δωθεί πλήρεις οδηγίες για την είσοδο μας στο δωμάτιο, φτάνοντας συνειδητοποιήσαμε πως ήταν κλειδωμένα. Όλες μας οι προσπάθειες να επικοινωνήσουμε με κάποιον για να μας ανοίξει ήταν μάταιες, με αποτέλεσμα να μείνουμε χωρίς δωμάτιο για ολόκληρη την νύχτα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια επικοινώνησε μαζί μας στις 10:00 το επόμενο πρωί, ρωτώντας μας αν τελικά καταφέραμε να μπούμε...

Habitación con todo tipo de detalles (zapatillas, toallas, botellas agua, jabón) y limpieza diaria. Además, pudimos hacer el check-in antes de la hora. Muy recomendable. Repetiremos. Lo único es que el guarda-equipaje es dejarlo en la recepción, a la vista.

Firstly, the communication was exemplary. I had prompt replies from the host and he was so helpful with all my needs, including looking after my bags when I had a very late flight after check-out. The room is clean and the staff are just lovely! Sabrina greeted me, and helped me settle into my accommodation. Grazie for the restaurant recommendation. Went to Locanda Meloni and has the best pasta of my life!!! The location is great for the Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo! It is a very safe neighbourhood too. However, if you want to be closer to the sites like the Trevi Fountain/Spanish Steps/Colosseum/Roman Forum it is a little further out!

Close to the train station too, for accessing with my suitcase upon arrival/departing Rome. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly and helpful property manager with prompt communication. Good value for money. Would recommend to others wanting a similar accommodation experience in Rome. Could do with some more kitchen utensils and supplies eg plastic covered/protected utensils for non-stick pan, tongs. Water in shower took quite a while to heat up (resulting in water wastage) and the highest temperature wasn’t overly hot. Water pressure also quite low and not ideal for washing hair.

Sweet, warm and very attentive to guests. - Communication was swift and efficient. - Instructions were clear. - The room was small, but clean and with decent facilities (enough for a transitioning solo traveller). - There was virtually no phone signal in the room, leaving no way to use the Roaming capabilities (still, Wi-Fi is available to compensate for the lack of Roaming mobile data). - The price is a bit high for a BnB.

• Mona (10/5): Great location and safe neighborhood, but challenging checkout process - The location and structure of the building are very good, with a metro station and excellent options for restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, the neighborhood is very safe at night; you can walk around and enter or leave the facility without any trouble. It was a little difficult to check out. I needed to leave after 10 p.m., and you have to leave the keys at reception, but you also need the keys to open the door to the street in order to get out. So, the whole process is almost impossible. I was lucky that a couple was coming in, so I asked for their help to open the door for me while I left the keys at reception.

• Giulia (8/5): Great location, wonderful attentive host, offering very clean and quiet room, with private bathroom. - My host was amazing - very attentive and helped with all sorts of things from enquiring on my behalf whether my train would depart as there was a strike planned for the date I was due to leave, to recommending where to get the best coffee, to directing me as to where I might purchase a travel adaptor as I'd forgotten to pack mine! The guest house itself was in a nice part of the city, tucked away at the back of a very quiet and secure apartment block. Felt very safe and was beautifully clean. Great value for money The room was small (and the shower was tiny) and had very little natural light.I guess these factors were reflected in the price, so I don't want to be too negative.

The building was also very nice and in a great Location just ten mints walking from the Vatican . You can go walking also to center of the city . • Nur (8/5): Great location! - A nice facility in Rome which has a great location. Quite close to the metro and also quite close to the Vatican city and other touristic spots in Rome. It is possible to go to the most of the important places of Rome by walking. It was such a clean room but the furniture was just a little bit old. There is a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine available in the common area. Also there is a mini fridge in the room, well, ours was not working. The staff member was such a nice man and always reachable. There are many parking options near the flat such as garages or spots on the streets. We enjoyed our stay here overall. The AC was really old and noisy. And our mini fridge in the room was not working.

• Maja (10/5): 🫶🏻 Affordable and convenient! Would book again! - 📍great location! It is far enough from the tourist crowds but at the same time it is vibrant and the neighborhood seems very safe. The area and the building itself seem like a place where the people of Rome would live as well. ➡️ approximately 10 minute walking distance from Vatican, but you could reach anyplace in Rome from there on foot or by public transportation (bus and metro stations are in the proximity) 🧽 everything was clean and smelled good. The rooms are cleaned daily, and you get fresh towels at request. ✨ the manager Riccardo was super nice, patient and kind. He communicated with me upon my arrival through WhatsApp and was available at all times. 🤫 since the building itself is secluded you don’t hear any street noises. 🥐 I like to book a stay without breakfast included so it was a plus for me that it is a property with no breakfast included. There is an espresso machine available but there is also a Starbucks 4 minutes away from the property, as well as many other cafes. ☕️ There are many cafes and decent looking restaurants in the area. 💧a public water pipe is just a few steps away from the building so you can always get drinkable water there instead of buying bottled. 🛍️ Sephora, Starbucks, L’ocittaine, LiuJo, The NorthFace, Furla, Chanel, Max Mara, just to randomly name a few of the shops on the same street as the property. 🪶 There were seagulls making a lot of disturbing noises throughout the night, and they are loud 🫣

Victor was super useful and very communicative. All the instructions were very clear and he was helpful when I had questions.

• Greta (8/5): Great location & comfortable beds - two highlights of our stay in the guest house! - The location was convenient, and the beds were comfortable, which was a definite plus. When I initially booked the room, breakfast was included. However, it seems that this is no longer the case. Upon inquiry, we were provided with coupons for a nearby coffee shop. Unfortunately, the options there were limited to coffee and sweet pastries, which don't align with my breakfast preferences. Additionally, the hotel's coffee situation was also disappointing, with only a small, malfunctioning coffee maker located in the hallway, requiring guests to leave their rooms to make coffee. Also you're housed in what was originally a flat-turned-guest house and this came with its drawbacks. The acoustics were quite bothersome, as we could hear people entering and leaving the apartment, etc.
