No kind of air con/temperature control, no bed lamps, bed side table etc. Very very basic. It wasn't a total rip off, but nor was it THAT cheap a stay considering the room.

Man kann mit den Händen die Wände berühren. Der Teppichboden ist extrem fleckig und schmutzig. Das Bad ist zu klein, dass man, wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, die Tür offen lassen muss. Es gibt kein Frühstück.

• Elaine (10/5): Really good hotel in the heart of Amsterdam - Super easy to get to property, with prinsengracht tram stop only a few metres away, 20 minute walk from Dam square, 8 minute walk to Vondelpark. Overall super well connected location. The room although small (single room) was comfortable and had everything needed for a 2 night stay! Reception staff were incredibly kind and polite. Nothing negative to say!

• Christoph (8/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und leicht zu erreichen. Gleich in er Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und man ist in wenigen Minuten im Geschehen. Die Prinzenkracht vor der Tür ist ein besonderes Plus. Vor allem am Morgen, wenn es noch ruhig ist und das Wetter passt. Nichts. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel genau, wie ich es mir erwartet hatte.

Le lit n’était pas confortable du tout. Les linges étaient jaunes, et il y avait des poils et cheveux dans le lit à notre arrivée.

The carpet needs replacing, it had liquid stains and the pillow had liquid stains as well. The luggage foldable furniture was broken. The shower is sized like a fridge, you can barely move inside.

• malinda (10/5): Truly professional staff and a brilliant, quiet location right on the water. - "The team at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Their professionalism and helpfulness were truly exceptional. We also loved the location; it was the best of both worlds—quiet and peaceful right in front of a canal, but just a short walk away from great cafes and restaurants." The rooms are pretty small, but everything makes up for it.

Unzählige Lokale unterschiedlichster Küchen, holländisch, italienisch, asiatisch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Straßenbahn, U-Bahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder. Relativ kleineZimmer, ist aber für diese zentrale Lage normal.

• Fazari (7/5): Reception TOP, pulizia meno. - L'accoglienza con tutto il personale della reception è stata eccezionale! Veramente tutti molto cordiali! Nella hall c'è un angolino con acqua, caffè, frutta, the caldo tutto gratuito a nostra disposizione. La stanza molto calda (forse a volte fin troppo). Super comoda per gli spostamenti, il tram a pochissimi minuti dall'hotel. La pulizia della camera non è stata granché. Veniva rifatto il letto e solo il primo giorno è stato ripulito il bagno (avendo soggiornato 3 giorni). Il pavimento, fatto di moquette penso non sia mai stato pulito avendo appositamente lasciato dei piccoli pezzi di carta e ritrovati al solito posto fino al nostro check out. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo finito la carta igienica e le donne delle pulizia hanno sì tolto i rotoli, ma non hanno ricaricato tant'è che siamo dovute andare alla reception a chiederla (alloggiavamo al 4° piano). L'ultimo giorno siamo rimaste senza acqua calda.
