Emiliano is a great host, and was very diligent in ensuring we had a great experience at his place !
• Clara (10/5): Exceptionnel et super accueil - Très beau B&B avec plein d’attentions de la part de Emiliano. Il est très accueillant et vous fait vous sentir comme chez vous. La salle de bain est à part de la chambre mais cela n’est pas gênant du tout ! Le balcon / terrasse est magnifique pour le petit déjeuner et le soir. Tout est propre, la literie est très confortable, les espaces grands et aérés ! Je recommande à 100% ! Nous reviendrons si nous retournons à Rome !

• Anette (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. - Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermieter. Emiliano hatte noch gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Gemütliches Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und eigenem Bad im Zimmer. Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Tee zur Selbstbedienung. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Ca. 10 - 15 min Fußweg zum Petersdom.

• Lara (10/5): Soggiorno davvero piacevole - Accoglienza e disponibilità del proprietario eccellenti. Posizione strategica. Zona molto tranquilla poiché il B&B si trova proprio alle spalle di Piazza S.Pietro quindi c’è molta polizia e controllo. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi ,ovviamente a chi piace camminare. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

This was perfect location close to the vatican, the neighbhood was beaituful and safe which was a must for me. Close to a bus stop and many little cafes and resturants. A 45 mins walk into the heart of Rome. The host was lovely and helped us out so much. The room was clean and the coffee was amazing. We sat out on the Patio many times to enjoy our coffees and you can hear the Vatican bells. Nothing it was perfect.

• Laurens (9/5): This small guesthouse has a great location and host, and everything you need. - Location is great, in a very quiet and easy-to-walk neighbourhood, right next to the Vatican. The city center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or so. It is a small, cosy guesthouse with three rooms. Breakfast is simple but nice, with coffee/tea, fresh fruits and cakes being available. Two rooms have a bathroom connected to the room, we had the third room with separate (but private) bathroom. This was no problem for us, it is a small and quiet guesthouse so we never ran into anyone at night. On the other hand, we did have the nicest balcony out of the rooms on which we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon beer in the sun. Emilio is a great host and stops by everyday, he is always ready to talk or give recommendations. Highly recommended!

• Rafał Tomaszewski (10/5): - Właściciel Emilano to cudowny człowiek i bardzo dobry Manager. Lokal ma wszystko czego potrzeba i jest w doskonałej lokalizacji. Ten wybór to bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Codzienne sprzątanie i uzupełnianie lodówki nawet w piwo, a na sylwestra dodatkowo w pyszne frizante. Właściciel zna najlepsze restauracje i chętnie się nimi dzieli, zawsze chętnie pomoże i podzieli się dobrą radą. Chętnie tam jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy.

Мені не сподобалось що відразу ми заїхали в кімнату яку напевно не дуже добре прибрали . Коли сказали то половину прибрали а іншу не прибрали . Іще що пишуть номер зі сніданком , то відразу скажу сніданки тут солодкі . А інколи хотілось не солодкого , а іншого сніданку .

We were prepared that beakfast was in italian style, but all the food was from plastic bags - it’s a pitty. Served fruits was mediocre.
• Fernando Mecklenburg (10/5): Un lugar muy bien ubicado si vas principalmente al Vaticano. - Emiliano es un excelente anfitrión que te ayuda en todo momento y te da mucha tranquilidad en una ciudad como Roma es necesario. El lugar es ideal si visitas el Vaticano ya que está a 10 minutos caminando por un sitio muy tranquilo. Hay transporte público muy cerca y de facil acceso y uso. Tiene una terraza muy agradable que usamos por la noche. Roma es un lugar lleno de carteristas que si no andas muy atento te clavan, fuimos testigo de robo en un Bus y a mi me trataron de robar pero tenia identificado al ladron...hemos viajado por muchos paises (mas de 200 ciudades) y Roma es por lejos la peor de Europa en ese sentido. Ni siquiera en lugares complejos latinoamericanos vi tanto desmadre.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, hat uns viele Gute tips gegeben. Küche gut ausgestattet. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. El lugar es muy silencioso y esta muy cerca del Vaticano y pocas cuadras del metro. Emiliano es un excelente anfitrion y esta siempre atento a las necesidades de uno. Seguramente volveremos.

• Olga (9/5): Комната в квартире - Очень хорошее проживание для людей, которым комфортно жить в одной квартире с соседями. У вас будет комната в общей квартире в обычном жилом доме. Для меня такой опыт был впервые и это была моя ошибка и невнимательность при бронировании. Если вы готовы встречаться на общей кухне с посторонними людьми, если вас не смущает их передвижение за вашей тонкой дверью, это размещение может вам подойти. Владелец очень вежлив, белье как и кровать комфортны, в комнате чисто, свежий ремонт, у вас будет отдельная полка в общем холодильнике с номером вашей комнаты, на которой будет сок, молоко, бутылка пива и йогурты. В комнате есть печенье, хлопья, чашки. Поблизости есть хорошие рестораны. Квартира находится на первом этаже. Недостаточно горячая вода в душе. Неудобное место для завтрака в комнате, стол стоит на балконе, если погода плохая, в номере только узкая тумба-столик шириной примерно 30 см у стены под телевизором, за которой неудобно есть

Er ist nicht nur ein großartiger Gastgeber, sondern ein Mensch mit Leidenschaft für alles, was er tut – besonders für Kaffee und gutes Essen. Dank seiner tollen Restauranttipps und den herzlichen Gesprächen über Kaffeezubereitung und Pizza haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war, als würden wir bei einem Freund wohnen. • Michał (10/5): Polecam! - Właściciel bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny - na wstępie sprawnie oprowadził Nas po mieszkaniu, podpowiedział restauracje, polecił dobry transport powrotny...Mówi płynnie po angielsku, umożliwia pozostawienie bagaży po wymeldowaniu. Pokój ma wszystko co potrzeba, łazienka również - prysznic może być mały dla kogoś większego, ale dla Nas nie stanowiło to problemu. Śniadanie na słodko dla własnego przygotowania, w lodówce jogurty, mleko, sok, dostępne owoce, herbata, kawa. Można coś samemu przygotować - jest mikrofala, toster, kuchenka... Łóżka wygodne, pokój sprzątany codziennie, okolica spokojna tuż przy murach Watykanu. Bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas - serdecznie polecam! -

Todo perfectamente organizado, muy cerca de la Ciudad del Vaticano, lo cual lo hace una ubicación ideal para dar muchos paseos por la zona. Emi es demasiado amable y atento, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones por la zona e indicaciones que nos fueron muy útiles. Cuando volvamos a Roma seguramente repetiremos el alojamiento.

Er hat uns, für unseren Aufenthalt, mit sehr guten Tips bezüglich Restaurants und Gelaterias versorgt. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Guest House ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liegt zentral zum Petersdom. Sollten wir wieder nach Rom kommen würden wir erneut diese Unterkunft wählen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Grazie tante 😀!

• christine (9/5): Perfect for a Vatican visit and getting in and out of Rome - Emiliano the host was very polite and welcoming and full of useful information. We could whatsapp him any time with questions, and he was quick to respond with accurate information. It was 7-10 minutes walking distance from the Vatican, which was important but also quiet. It was a 15-20 minute walk to San Pietro train station, which can go into town and then out from Termini to Castel Gandolfo, or to Trastevere and on to Fiumicino airport. The bus stop was 5-7 minutes walk away. Ww had the twin bedroom was compact with twin beds, bedside tables, an area to hang clothes, a side ledge/food bar with two chairs and a coffee maker. A door led onto a balcony with a table and chairs where we sat in the evening. It was very clean with all the essentials and a kitchen and fridge to keep and cook food. There was a private bathroom for the room. With the hot weather, the air conditioner was very welcome. Unfortunately we were so busy fulfilling our bucket list we didn't take any pictures of the room or kitchen area. But the pictures of the twin room and the separate bathroom are pretty accurate. With three rooms behind the same front door, it could be used for a family if there are no strangers there at the time. One had to be mindful of the small platform that lights up between the kitchen and the bedrooms. You have to step up and then step down to get between the two, which older clients with leg lifting issues need to be aware of, otherwise for most people it is no problem at all.

• Theo Metz (8/5): Prima appartement dichtbij de meeste bezienswaardigheden. - Locatie op wandel afstand van het vaticaan. Als je een beetje van wandelen houdt zijn de meeste bezienswaardigheden prima te voet te bereiken. Verder keurige nette kamer. Alles schoon en net. Prima bedden. Ook de gedeelde keuken is prima. Wij gingen elke dag uit eten dus niet veel gebruikt maar prima. Het enige wat ander had gekund is het ontbijt. Waarschijnlijk is het Italiaans gebruik om te ontbijten met allerhande zoetigheden. Dus zoete broodjes, of zoet beleg. Wat wij als Nederlanders dan missen is het normale brood met kaas of iets dergelijks.

He provided us with a map of the city and listened to the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was really great. There's a shared kitchen and a fridge with all amenities available. Very nice location for a visit to the Vatican but a bit far from city center.

• Jenny (8/5): An apartment with lots of thoughtful extras. Excellent position. - The location was brilliant, walking distance to the Vatican and many restaurants. We also loved the coffee machine and all the snacks that are replenished every day and the wonderful cake to be found in the communal kitchen. Aircon worked very well, rooms serviced every day. All round very good value for money. The host, found him abrasive and grumpy. Although others liked him, so maybe just him on the day. Fortunately we only had to see him on check-in.

• Roman (10/5): Great location, a 15-minute walk from St. Paul's Square and the Vatican is just 80 meters away. It took us 15 to 20 - Great location, a 15-minute walk from St. Paul's Square and the Vatican is just 80 meters away. It took us 15 to 20 minutes by public transport to get to the main attractions. In the evening, we walked back from Trastevere. The apartment was very clean, with daily cleaning and breakfast items replenished every day. I especially liked having breakfast on the balcony, surrounded by the sounds of birds. There were no busy roads near by. Many thanks to Emiliano and his family for their warm welcome and assistance navigating the city. They helped us in every way during our vacation. The metro was a little farther away than we preferred. We only used it a few times, preferring to take buses and walk.

• Rustam (8/5): Great location, clean room with large windows. Helpful host. Would recommend. - Great location, very close to St. Peter's Basilica and good cafes and restaurants. Good size room with a good bed and a helpful host. Large windows with shutters that can be opened. There are three rooms in close proximity with a shared corridor and kitchen, so some noise sometimes is to be expected but that was never a problem for us.

The location is just a 10-minute walk from San Pietro Square, with easy access to public transportation. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Host Emiliano is exceptional—highly attentive to detail and incredibly service-minded. If you ask for something, he will do his best to accommodate. It was especially touching to see him standing in the rain, waiting to welcome us upon arrival. Breakfast is served in traditional Italian style, and the well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed to make a great cup of coffee or tea, both included. And those wonderful cakes… simply delightful!” Due to its proximity to the street and railway line, the location is not very quiet even at night.

• Mazurek (8/5): Very good - Host is a very nice and helpful guy. The location is also good – 5 minut walk to the Vatican City, close to the bus station (line 64 or 46 will drive you to every Roma must-have place). The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours. Breakfast was also not what we expected, but i quess that's what Italians eat.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Emiliano went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the stay was enjoyable—he were always available for questions, quick to provide local tips, and truly seemed to care about our experience. The location is ideal, close to the Vatican and major sights, yet peaceful and quiet. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and pastries each morning. This guesthouse truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Rome! 10/10 -

• Zsofia (9/5): The perfectly located lovely guesthouse with the kindest host :) - The guesthouse is in the perfect location, just minutes away on foot from Saint Peter’s Square. It is a lovely neighbourhood and building. Emiliano is the perfect host, he provided anything we needed and responded instantly to our messages. He even brought a brand new coffee machine when the one in our room broke. The breakfast was good. The room, kitchen and bathroom very clean and tidy. They cleaned every day. I recommend. It is the perfect stay in Rome!! The only thing we didn’t like is that our private bathroom was outside the room, but it is not a big deal. We would have just liked it better if it was in the room (the other rooms had en suite bathroom). But again, this was just a minor dislike :)

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, Emiliano is a super great host, he cleaned our room everyday. The breakfast was placed in the room and filled everyday if something was missing. By bus 46, the stop is 5 minutes far away from the Guesthouse, you can reach the downtown in 15 minutes. Flexible check in, check out, what was extremely good for us because of the flight. We stayed in room nr. 2 with a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed our rich breakfast! In the shared kitchen is a fridge in which is placed a separated shelf for each travelers (rooms) with welcome beer and yogurt. If we will go back to Rome I’m sure I will book our stay at EMI’s Guesthouse 😊
• Barbara (10/5): Nice and cozy place near to Vatican - The guest house is within walking distance of St Peter's Basilica and all other attractions. The bus stop is at the end of the street. Emiliano is a very kind person,really good host. He provided us lots recommendations and he was always open for a short chit-chat 😊 Sweet breakfast (criossants, cakes, cornflakes, cookies) included in the room which is replaced every day by Emiliano during the cleaning. There is a common kitchen as well which is well equipped (coffee, tea, cakes, fruits). The room was comfortable, with a private bathroom, airco, smart TV. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable stay. We will hopefully return. There is nothing that stands out for us as a dislike for this rental
• Renáta (9/5): Simple and great Italian accomodation - Typical Italian apartment. The accommodation is within walking distance of St Peter's Basilica and all other attractions. There is a bus stop at the end of the street to get to the city centre. Emiliano is a very nice host, he welcomed us personally when we arrived. He provided us with lots of advice and recommendations 😊 Coffee machine and sweet breakfast included in the room. We also had a salty breakfast on request 😀 The common kitchen is well equipped.
